I am Hareshkumar J. Shrimali from Surendranagar, Gujarat, India . I have Pre-paid Vodafone Card since long . Everyday, I receive so many SMSes of Businesses of Vodafone itself . I am so tired, my entire Family is Toooooooooooooo much tired . Sometimes, At Midnight at 2:00 PM also I receive SMSes . Why don't you take severe Actions Against such Companies ? I can't understand that . What is the need to write this complaint to you, if no serious Action from you is taken against Company & immediate after receiving Complaint ?????? Vodafone, India — neglecting the cancel of new update service

i have enjoyed vodafone service since 2 years. and my no is [protected].presently i was updated 3 Rs charge per day . now i donot want this service and i sent 5 sms to vodafone care to cancei it.but so far they donot take any action against my complaint.

    My postpaid number is [protected], I took a new connection last week. I already have a Vodafone postpaid connection. All outgoing from this number is barred today. When I checked with the customer care, I was told that the address verification was negative. I stay in the same address for the last 25 years. I already have a connection in this address for the last 4 years on which Vodafone is sending bills and taking payments.
    None of the Vodafone personnel visited my address so far. Someone called and asked for address thrice and said everything was fine and today they barred the outgoing. The customer care is absolute useless and they talk nonsense. I could not reach to any responsible person from Vodafone.
    Earlier this week, they had barred all outgoing on my old connection. They asked me to go Vodafone office to sort this out. When i went there, I was surprised to see that they themselves have changed my address and claimed that my address was fake (remember they were sending bills and collecting payments for the last 4 years). I do not know how could someone do this. they dont have answers and no regrets. It is the worst customer care i hve ever seen.

    How can I get the vodafone Sr.Manager's Number? There is no point talking to their customer care.

    I am not able to call, though I have submitted all the requied documents to the retailer M/s Patel in Ghandhidham on[protected].
    If my documents has not reached to the designated table, I think it not my fault. I should not suffer for my no mistake.Due to the non availability of out going calls, I ma in enourmous lossess and damages. I had discussed with the customer care but they could not solve my problem.help please.

    last month i have brought the vodafone sim off offer 50RP/ due to exams i ahve swtched off the phone after 10 days the incoming/outgoing calls are not coming and giving that the number is barred when i call to somebody or anybody . so i am request to subricbe the phone network very urgent.
    last 3 days my mob no- barred due to payment.on date 12.5.2009 i credit in your acct in Rs 1000/- through easy bill payment. at 1.30 pm vikaspuri.

    i am Ashish Sharma & I am using ur this no-[protected] in Prepaid for last 1-year but on 24th August night u Disconnecte my number witout any Information & when i call in customer care he say that ur number is barred because ur number Misplced & somone in ur side call us & give us details to deactivate ur number but i am not given any kind of request to deactivate the number, On 24-August 2009 i spkn with Ms.Shilpi to deactivate my GPRS sarvices but i don"t know why she deactivate my number & i Already given a complaint regarding my Balance deduction but stil there is no reply.

      My Mobile number of vodafone is [protected] and whenever we call up customer care for any inquiry or complaint the executives put the call on hold and transfer back it to the ivr mode where we need to again have to press option to get connected to customer care executive so help such customers to have good experience with vodafone so plz revert me on the betterment of customer

      i can not contact with customer care by dialing 111 or [protected].
      My call is not transffering to your customer care executives since one month . Many times I have registered the complaint at your mini store at CP metro station but no response I have gotten.
      I wanted to disconnect my postpaid number for that i have submitted written application at vodafone centre, Vashi the person's name was Prasad. He told me that i will get confirmation call within 3 days after that i have received confirmation call from vodafone and that lady said they will disconnect my number within 72 hours. The number was not disconnected within 72 hours so i called up in the customer care service 3-4 times but nobody has responded positively finally i called up again after holding me for 15 min person has disconnected phone again i called up i talked wid Public relation officer Sayel he has transfeered mycall to some senior executive named subodh or subash dont remember exactly and he was so rudely talking wid me!! this is very disgusting!! this is the way vadafone executives handle the customer !! then i went to vodafone vashi centre again and inquire about my application then they replied sorry the letter was with them only !!! so.. my point is that it was their mistake that they have not updated in their system then also they are rude to us then what is the meaning o[censored]sing such services!! it was so bad experience with customer care ever in my life!!

      i have 3 vodafone numbers on my name. ONe is used by my Dad. We had payed all the 3 bills before time and have the receipt as well. But i have been receiving call from call centre of vodafone saying " one bill has not been paid " and we will deactivate the service, which they did. Inspite of me telling them its been done, i have the receipt, i provided them the receipt details as well... but what so ever i had to do this 4 times, to different people calling from call centre.. ( i really dont know ...how they say THEY ARE HAPPY 2 HELP ).

      Now our bank show the entry of VODAFONE for the same bill been collected on 17th of April and we paid the bill on 14th...

      so now can someone help me with some CEO email id..or any NEWS cahnnel site...where i can carry forward this of VODAFONE...

      because of all this they have deactivated my DADs no... completely now..no out going and no incoming at ALL... my dad been suffering from his Business calls... BECAUSE of VODAFONE ERROR..or whatever... they dont even have a CLUE... i have mailed my complaint to vodafone care as well.. visited the store yesterday 3may again.. but no actions have been taken so far...

      i paid Rs. 35 to get a plan in which i got 350 free smses.. then i took another 'friends' plan in which.. in which we give a no. and talk in that no. at 20p/min. for Rs.15 are deducted per month.. but when i activated this plan, my earlier plan of 350 msgs got finished.. i was not told this will happen.. please help..

      We are unable to recharge our vodafone number [protected] and whenever we try to recharge it message comes that this number is barred. A number of complaints have been lodged with vodafone service centre, charata road, dehradun and also on number 111, even frequent personal visits have been paid to above mentioned service centre during the last one month however, the mobile number has not yet been recitified, they always give assurance that it will be recitified soon. Lot of our energy, time and money has been wasted in lodging complaints and paying frequent visits to service centre now we are obliged to write to you with hope that our problem will be heard and solved.

      Dear Sir,

      I was looking for a particular caller tune which was not there in your website song name is " Sau Rab di " From the album pyar zindagi hain one of the famous songs now as we tried calling the customer care they made us wait for 25-30 mins on hold and then also the problem was not resolved .. I have called them today dated 10th June 2009 at 5.00pm IST. So kindly look into this matter and do the needful.

      I am RajeshKumar.N, My mobile number is [protected].i have given a request regarding bonus valdity problem to customer care before 7 days, I dont get proper response from the customer care. I am retailer for vodafone also. The Customer Care is utter waste service bcos they are giving fake information to me, if they are not ready to solve the problem ... they should request the customer, but not giving wrong information. My problem is, if i send the msg to know the validity of bonus, its not showing . i get reply as " u r not currently enjoying any bonus benefits". If it shows in this way means then how can a customer stay in ur network? i am eagerly waiting for the number portability system bcos to get out from vodafone network.

      7th june 2009 Morning i spoke to customer care, whose name is sudha. she is saying that if a customer is using sms combo pack or sms pack they wont get the BVAL information it seems. Then i immediately called to retailer customer care and enquired about the information from Bhavani, she said there is no such system is introduced..then tell how to solve this problem..If this Sudha is giving wrong information ? to cheating the customers.If it continues means surely no one recommend the customers to buy vodafone or go for vodafone service.One thing i came to know very clearly that customer care is not properly responding to pre paid customers, and dragging the customers to their .

      This is Punit Sharma writing from Ludhiana [Punjab], regarding the customer care people behaviour of Vodafone mobile services. Actually, I wanted to cancel my life-time validity which I got activated in December 08 because I noted that my local call- rates had been increased on activation of this service. Also, there was nothing like life-time validity means if someone doesn’t use the phone /SIM for two or more months, the life-time validity gets deactivated automatically. When I talked to customer care regarding the same I got nothing but the crude and lunatic response. The behaviour of customer-care people was very contradictory to the normal behaviour. Concisely and precisely, Vodaphone is making fool of the people of India and playing with their money and time. I think time has come when government of India should take seroius actions against the Vodafone!!!

      Problem Faced : Mobile connect on Roming.

      Called up customer care mumbai.

      Mr Gufran Attended the call. i provided him all the detials for security reasons.

      He could only ask me to call them back from any other phone. and this took almost 12 mins 9 sec. the irritating part of the call is he need to keep me on hold for every question i asked.

      when i asked him to call me on my other no. he replied its only a inbound call center and he cannot do that.

      everthing was to be repeated again. to the new person i connect.

      Mr Gufran advised me call back and he asked me to mention the new representative that i was already talking to Mr gufran and pelase connected me to GPRS team.

      i did what was advised to me Doing so they needed all the details to be given again.

      not doing so Vodafone Customer care representative disconnected my call on his superiors advise.

      Please do the needful Customer care are charging us for the help call. and no single person is qualified to

      vodafone has the pathetic costumer care service. they have this so called 198 number to call and make complaints, but people responding to the call are arrogant and shout back at us. initially they had costumer feedback on they call. but it is unfortunate, when ever you compliant you are not activated to the service of giving feedback.

      1.they need you to deposit an amount before getting an connection. based on which they decide your credit limit. in case you want to increase, they ask for your salary slip.
      2.you never receive the phone bill on time. you always get it after the billing date, hence u will be asked to pay fine.
      3.even after u register for do not disturb service, you keep receiving caller-tune calls.
      4.even after you send series of complaints and mails, they respond back only by call, but never act on the incident.
      5.there is no coordination between the mail and phone complaints they receive.
      6.to get out of the service, i[censored] opt for the mobile number portability, they start answering to all the complaints. still i[censored] insist on changing to someother network, they will ask u to pay extra 1000 to take the number to someother network.

      i am fedup going to vodafone office again and again and writing endless mails. to mention in particular, it all happens only in Vishakapatinam vodafone service centre.

      I had very bad experience with vodafone custome care, i called them 15-20 times and still they are not able to answer/resolve my problem.
      Worst part is there representative (Asif,Iqbal.Ismail...) , they hung/cut my calls many times which is really bad, disgusting, and painful. And they given words many times to call back but they didn't call back.
      They them-self deactivated my caller tune and put there default one and charged money for that also.
      I am really pissed of from there service, in last 2 months there were 4-5 complaints against them from my side.

      When I wanted to escalate my request after getting irritated, I called 111 to ask my complaint number and executive disconnected my call.

      'm a vodafone customer and today i was call in customer care but company executive use abusive words to me,, so take strict action on him and his name is 'izaan patel" or like that..
      I hd taken a Vodafone number three months ago. This is a postpaid connection for which I had submitted all relevant documents then itself. I have also been paying all my monthly bills well within the deadlines. However, without any kind of intimation, today, Vodafone has suspended my services. When I call customer care, they cite "documents not submitted" as a reason for suspending the services.

      1) I have already submitted all my documents and my number has been active for over 90 days.
      2) Vodafone did not intimate through e-mail, SMS or phone about this issue, but just directly suspended the line at their whim and fancy.

      What action can be taken against this?
      many times vodafone will not update records which v submit in ther computer and miss it. so u will be called for and required to produce those again until they correctly update.

Lastly the reminder inquiring about receipt of bills and then payments. I would request you to kindly stop the automated calls, advertisement SMSs and this bill reminder. It would be appreciated that I am in business and such interruptions are very annyoing and disturbing. My bill has never been delayed by an hour even, since the time I have taken this connection.               Vodafone Prepaid Connection — Vodafone SIM can ruin your life

              Recently I have purchased a new Vodafone pre-paid connection (Vodafone number: [protected]
              SIM Number:[protected]. Even though I have a mobile connection but I purchased the new conncetion for some specific purposes (interview from the foreign university). I got the SIM and the store keeper tried to activate but failed and told me that server is busy so he will activate it again on the very next day… but nothing happened … I kept visiting him for next 3 days but he could not be able to activate … I got a little annoyed as I had already given the new number as my contact number for interview…. On 4th day after realizing that I am tired of coming his shop again and again, the shop keeper called Vodafone office had a long discussion with them and came to know that “this number is post paid and (way back) allotted to someone else”. It was really hard to believe as the phone number and SIM number was clearly printed on connection booklet and it is/was a pre-paid, un- allotted number. I think, its the utter carelessness on the part of Vodafone and I may miss my interview. I think Vodafone must be held accountable for such things.
              I request everyone reading to this mail, kindly avoid Vodafone connection for any sort of important work. You never know what important thing u gonna miss because of their foolishness and how much it can cost to you.

              At least a written apology is must from Vodafone, also this number should be issued to me.

              * Booklet with SIM number and phone number can be seen in attachment.

              lifetime Pre-paid sim — deducted monthly amount. from my account

              Every month Rs. 31 is deducted from my accounts, I dont know for what basis.
              I also registered for DND one month ago, but still the service is not de-activated...

              I had recharge with RS. 300 since there was an offer of 300 -> 350 Talktime. But what i got is that for Rs. 300 ->149 Rs . Since every where there is leagal that after taking the processing free they shd deposit the rest amount, so it shoud come around 280Rs.

              I Purchased Vodafone SIM & get activated the same for life time validity for receiving the call & in case of emergency for dialing also. During activation I clearly mention that in any Case I don’t need any other service. But after some time your company started some monthly deductions without giving any notice. I visited your store at Panipat ,But instead of giving any solution they started giving excuses for finding my faults.

              Vodafone — Deducted Amount without any info or notice

              Pls note that I m a new Vodafone Prepaid Customer in Delhi (Prepaid Mbl No : [protected]). Month of April 2010. After Checking the activation i have change the sim to my old number i used. On the Nineth day i have check my Balance I was wonder that my there was Rs. 30/- is deducted. Then I spoke to your local support number (111), regarding this issue and they give me a reply that, I pressed some buttons while Checking my other messages and that’s the reason for activating the Cricket Update Messages from Vodafone in my number and deducted around Rs. 30/- from my mobile’s account. Pls note that I didn't made any request for a Cricket Update messages. And this month i seriously agree with the above complaint. When i contacted customer care in this regard, they said very rudely that it must have been my mistake. i can assure that the time they told me the service was activated . they have made it a business to rob people of their balance by providing them with unwanted services. and also irritating their customers by calling unnecessarily. some action must be taken against these type of Monopoly of the Big companies.

              Vodafone — Refund amount of my cancelled mobile number

              Hi,

              This is with respect to the refund amount of my mobile number# [protected].

              I have a raised a request for cancellation of my mobile no#[protected] on 13th' April at Vodafone stores , Rednam Gardens, Visakhapatnam. They have raised the request for cancellation of my mobile no. (above), and the Customer relationship manager has asked me the reason(SIM was broken and not interested to continue with the same number) for cancellation, he noted the same and told me that the number will be cancelled within one week and I would expect call for verification. Even I have submitted the copy of my ID proof(pan card) and I gave my *alternate number # [protected]* for further communication. But I did not get any call from Vodafone at that time.

              When I checked my mails recently, I have observed that for the number#[protected], bill was getting generated even after I raised request for cancellation and the amounts were paid along with the bill payment of number#[protected] (Because combined bill is getting generated every month). Then after i come to know that the number was still in active.

              On *08th October*, We have visited *Vodafone store at Kukatpally*. In which customer care executive again raised request for complete cancellation of the number#[protected]. After 2days, I have been intimated that the number was cancelled completely and I got the waiver amount of *Rs.650.00 approx*.
              According to the bill, the total amount needs to get refunded is *Rs.1068*(amt.Rs.178*6months).

              I wrote the mail (same as above) to the customer care on 19/10/2011. I got reply from customer care executive named :SARIKA SATAV mentioned that there was some usage of the number #[protected] till October month. Also they are sending the refund amount of Rs.104/- only.

              I want to know how she could tell that there is usage of the number#[protected] since april, when the sim was broken also no incoming and outgoing calls for the same. It is the mistake of the customer care executive in vodafone, vizag office, who has not cancelled the number at the time of request for cancellation.

              Why should we suffer when the customer care people are not taking the action fully.

              We are not okay with the amount 104.47/- as refund . We are actually supposed to get more waiver . Please escalate this issue to your higher authorities so that we can get justice and they can know the work of their executives .

              Please give it in writing all the transaction which have taken place after we requested for the cancellation in Vizag and the reason why it has taken so much time for cancellation from April to Oct .

                  Hi,
                  My number from Vodafone [protected], is non operational from past seven to eight months, as I had discontinued using this number, after switching to another number from Vodafone, the bills of which were regularly paid by me, i got Advocate notice for not paying the bill of the discontinued number, on receival of this letter I paid the remaining dues in cash to a Vodafone cash collection agent and along with this payment I had submitted a letter for discontinuation, though Vodafone received the payment and with this assumed that the number would be discontinued, but to my surprise I found another bill having only rentals and these kind of bills are stilling comming. On back checking with Vodafone i was told that they had received the payment but not the letter, when i questioned this, one of the cust care exec spoke rudely. All the services on this number has been barred and I am also not using this number, but the bills are regularly generated. I feel this is ridiculous when the services has been terminated and no calls are being metered and I have also requested multiple times for number termination why are the bills being generated.

                  Vodafone — My number got Ban even after full payment

                  Earlier My number got Baad due to pending payment of bill, i paid whole amount of Rs 1000 @ 6 Pm on 15th June 08. after few hrs my number started working now today in the morning around 9 am it got Baad again. Now i am not able to sms or call without any reason i'm suffering from this problem.

                  Hi All,

                  This is a bizzare case in which I've taken connection (No-[protected]) from Vodafone (Postpaid Service) in year 2008 at Delhi. Recently I got married and moved to Mumbai now I want to cancel/deactivate number so I went to Vodafone store in Mumbai and requested for cacellation. They denied saying they can't do it as it is a Delhi number.

                  When I call customer care and tell them to deactivate my number, they ask me to hold the line and hang-up the phone thereafter.

                  It happened 28 times altogether in 15 days.

                  I tried e-mailing to their customer care ID, but no body replied back. I e-mailed them 5 times.

                  As I have no plan to go to Delhi in near future I am still wondering how to cancel it as they have left no option of cacelling it .


                  In the meantime I am paying the Monthly rental (Rs. 500) for no cause.

                  This is now getting so much so on my nerves that I am seriously thinking of taking them to consumer court.


                  This is simply harassing move by any cell fone company.

                  Myself Amit Rastogi, I am a Vodafone customer (987*******), since years but today I am facing such a problem which I can’t even imagine and expect from such a huge and company, I am trying to pay my bill since 3 weeks through your cheque pickup facility and calling again and again to customer care, my first cheque pickup request was on 10th Feb 2010 then on 16th, then again on 17th but nobody is coming at my place just because an agency from Vodafone calling me since 3 weeks and asking me to pay the bill and says that they won’t send their executive at my place, I was surprised that many of the times I request Vodafone care for cheque pickup, I enquired about this to customer care, they said they will do something for this, but nothings was done, finally I have a complaint no for this ([protected]), which was done on 20/2//2010 by Ms Manjeet, but still nothing is done till now and the situation is this now that my number is blocked, Thanks to Vodafone, is this the service which a customer expects from a company, even my limit is Rs.10,000 and my ph is blocked just for few hundred rupees.

                  Vodafone — Bill generated after cancellation request of number

                  Attached is email chain. Please refer my very first mail. It was to stop services on vodafone postpaid number on 8 march 2012. Now they have sent me bill for complete month with full monthly charges and are also saying that we will send a bill for april month also because request for number cancellation was initiated on 9th april. They added, due to some system issues, they were not been able to initiate cancellation procedure on 8th march and hence i have to make full payment for current bill and next month bill.
                  I want my current bill properly adjusted wrt 8-3-2012 date and also i am not expecting any bill in future for this number.

                      Dear Sir, I would like to bring to your kind notice that how few unauthorized people have been misusing special BPRT and E-top up numbers (which are meant for employees and authorized dealers) and causing a lot of trouble to general customers, like me.Few authorized dealers and your employees are assisting them in their silly acts. As far as I know, the people who have helped them to acquire these nos. or who have remained negligent towards the whole issue (in spite of knowing each and every thing), are:
                      Shipra Communication (Vodafone Mini Store, Bijnor [protected])
                      The problem or the misuse which I have been talking about is:
                      Suspending others' numbers.Getting other customers' information and interfering in their privacy.Intimidating the customers by pretending as if these people are the authorized company employees (which they are not and had never been).Making money by reactivating the numbers which have been suspended by them.
                      These nos. are used by these two persons:
                      Saurabh Kumar S/O Devendra Singh R/O Rani Bag Colony, Dhampur &Vansh kumar S/O yogendra pal singh R/o Rani Bagh callony Dhampur
                      And the nos. are as follows:E-top up nos.:

                      Though I have provided you the details of the persons who are using all these E-Top Up nos. and I am damn sure about their identity, these details may not match with your records as most of the numbers have been issued on fake IDs.Now. the question arises that how these ordinary people are using these numbers which comes with special priviledges (such as low call costs, recharging others' numbers). Well, the answer for this is that these numbers are issued on ordinary SIM cards (and not on blank e-top up SIM cards). As per the information gathered by me, these nos. have been swapped by Shipra Communication, Bijnor. He has charged Rupees 200 for this and did not even bother to collect the authenticated ID proofs and other necessary documents. Because, these SIMs are not issued on the blank E-top up SIMs, so recharging can't be done through these nos. but still these nos. come with lower call rates and are thus being negogiated for a price of more than 1500 Rupees.In addition to these nos., they are also using few BPRT nos. which are as follows:

                      As you must be knowing, these nos. come with following special features:
                      Every month balance is credited into these nos. by the Co.These nos. can get assistance from 765Can check the status of any other prepaid / pospaid vodafone number.
                      These numbers belong to different circles but are being used in Dhampur and that too by these two unauthorized persons. For your kind information, I would like to stress this fact that neither these persons nor any of their relatives have ever worked with Vodafone or Hutch.Also they got access to a D.S.E. SIM ([protected] Gupta Enterprises, Dhampur). This number came with the facility of Hac/Dehac. They Dehac'd many numbers through this number. Let me tell you that even I have been a victim of the misuse of these nos. and that's why I took pains to bring it to the higher levels, i.e., your knowledge.Few of the nos. Dehac'd by [protected] are:

                          Really, Vodafone is having too bad network coverage and custmor care. I am staying in BTM Layout-1, 18TH MAIN. 7TH CROSS. I am new to bangalore, I needed a number, so I purchased vodafone pre-paid. But its network is too bad. Then I complaint abt it to customer care, they give me a service request number[protected]. They promised to resolve this problem within 15 days, but more than 35 days are gone, No solution till now. I thinking to switch to airtel. In life I will never suggest to anyone to buy a vodafone sim.

                          Vodafone / Prepaid — Activation of Caller Tune without request and deducting the balance!

                          I received a message to the effect that I had missed a call and I sent a message to vodafone to send me the details of the missed calls and pat came the reply with the number I missed. Also came a bombshell that my sms to list the missed call costed me Rs.3-00. What is surprising and annoying is the fact that I miss a call on account of there being no tower or no network which speaks volume about their deficiency in service. I had to pay a penalty of Rs.3-00 owing to the short comings of the operator. It is hightime the users of vodafone realize the un-ethical standards displayed by vodafone.

                            i bought a new vodafone postpaid sim, no.[protected] on the name f sahil grover on 7 dec.2008. For first 4-5 days it was working on prepaid then i lost the sim i contact ur service care centre they said that u should block ur sim and go to ur near by vodafone store with an f.i.r. and u will get a naw sim. i visited vodafone store they said that u r sim is postpaid. i said k, then they said without verification we cannot provide u sim . and when ur verification person visited to me then i have said that i have lost my sim so he sid go to vodafone store and get a duplicate sim. then i again visited vodafone store they said that we cannot provide the sim without verification, again the whole procedure is repeated.

                            What the hell with ur customer satisfaction. u say that u r better then any other mobile connection, just look at it...and u say vodafone foolow his customers...

                              Hi,
                              I have been calling the customer care regarding asking them to send the hard copy of the account statement (i.e., the amount paid by me for the bills being generated) and everytime I call them for the updated status on this, I always get an answer saying that they have already sent via email. What nonsense is this, when I ask them for a hard copy they are sending a soft copy and even that hasn't reached me. This happened for three times and now when I called again for the same with more amount of anger, he has just cut the call. I just wanted to say, why have these people become soooo reluctant in doing their own jobs to perfection and on top of that why are they giving very vague information. I just wanted to know are they very much willing to serve the customer or not? Or have they taken for granted that whatever we do the customers still will not leave us.                                 Dear sir,
                                i had contacted vodafone customercare for changing present plan to lowest rental plan on 4th of august 2008 on my no. [protected] where CCE Mr. Nitin wrightly understood my requirement and suggested me 175/- but didn't bothered to sms how change it. He said the details of plan also available on the website. But it was not available till date. afterward thrice contacted to customercare on 23.09.08 Ms. swati and 29.09.08 Mr. Vinod where both had confirm about the plan, but never bothered to send me the sms how to change it. then i contacted their nodal officer Mr. Gurpreet Delhi (on his behalf Ms. Geetika Ahuja on 01.10.08) where she agree that this paln exists with us but due some technical fault you might not received the SMS (conversation voice recorded). then i ask due to technical fault your end i have been suffering and not able change my plan and vodafone still generating bills as per the previous tariff plan. Then write mail to them regarding the whole episode at VODAFONECARE.[protected]@Vodafone.com. But every time they cut sorry figure in their reply and no clarification given on reversal of bill tariff. when finally got nothing going to happen they not happy to help me...

                                i request them to deactivated the services of my no. [protected] on 10.10.08 in written consent. but still it remain activated till and as they wanted 31.10.08.

                                i humbly request you sir, kindly take necessary action...
                                or suggest how to take this issue against them.

                                if possible kindly provide the answer of following qurey

                                1. when can customer change his tariff plan before and after the expiry of his billing cycle. what is tat time to change.
                                2. when nodal officer is that it was technical fault at our end on voice recorded conversation. then why should customer bears all.
                                3. when a written consent given on deactivation of services and why left remain active.
                                4. when plan details not available on their website it consumer right get the details in black and white... so her/himself from all the misleading statement provided by the CCE.

                                  I am vodafone (hutch previously) user for past 6 years. I am residing in adyar, CLRI scientist apartments, ground floor. I have a tower problem inside my home.If i need to call, i have to come out and wait for ten minutes till my tower appears and then only i can make a call. But my friend came with his BSNL number and started to call his friends inside my room . I made a email complaint to the vodafone customer care, But poor action they did. I think they replied without any rectification. Very bad status of vodafone, even in the heart of adyar, chennai. Thinking its service outside chennai would be horrible(just to extrapolate).

                                    i am tej singh negi and i am working in hcl technologies bpo services(british telecom).
                                    i wanted a corporate connection and for that i contacted a person in hcl who is selling corporate connection of hcl, he said that it wud take 7 days to covert the prepaid no. to corporate hcl connection. then i contacted vodafone customer care and the selling department of vodafone provided me a normal connection on the name of hcl corporate connection whch i never wanted.

                                    i gave a request to the vodafone customer care for converting my prepaid vodafone number to a corporate connection of hcl. unfortunately it was converted to normal talk 249 bumber plan.
                                    my request is to convert my postpaid number to corporate hcl(249 plan).i have already provided all the document to vodafone of my company

                                      Happy to help. But at what cost?

                                      That’s all I ask.

                                      I come to India once a year and my clear choice of telecom network is Vodafone-aka-Hutch-aka-Orange. I never had a cell phone when it was MaxTouch, how I wish I had one then.

                                      However, here I am, an NRI to get wedded on the 30th of Nov to a pretty Mumbai-based girl, whom I cannot have a chat with when I’m shopping in a mall. Running around managing hundred things required for a wedding, but all I get to hear my lovely’s voice is post dinner when I reach home.

                                      I bought an expensive phone en route Mumbai from Dubai but all I can do is stare at it all day to see the message wipe one day ‘SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED’.

                                      A CSA tells me I may not be able to help, CSA no. 2 tells me its 'cos I didn't pay the bill from Jan-Apr...well hullo...i just got this no. you crack pot (turns out it belonged to some Anjum earlier who applied chuna to the company and fled. So technically, its not a new connection. The SIM comes with an assurance that I may get calls from her boyfriends later too)

                                      BUT the biggest question lies Why? Why? Why? Where did the dog suddenly disappear? Oops, I didn’t know that the dog doesn’t help Andromeda…Holy crap. Now what? CSA no. 3 helped me realise the nightmare. He should get a raise. I'll pray for him.

                                      Happy to help doesn’t really turn into a help but a nightmare of 48 hours. Had someone just told me that it would take 3 hours if I walk into a Vodafone Shop instead of 48 hours via ‘Customer CARE’, I would have opted for the obvious.

                                      I’m sure you may not be able to turn out an ad in the paper tomorrow for this, but save the inconvenience for someone else in the future.
