Not getting response

I received a call from Vodafone consultency saying i have been selected for 230 rupies post paid connection scheme. I had taken my pre-paid connection on my friend name and later submitted my documents for post-paid migration to an executive (I have receipt). But the executive is from consultency. Vodafone GPRS Service (Uneccessary balance deduction)

On 19th november morning i found my balance to be RS -104 (negetive 104). When i called the cutomer care (111 from vodafone mobile) they said i had downloaded a game from indiagames which cost me rs.99 . My balance the previous day was rs.2 and after that virtual download of the game it came to -104rs. vodafone happy to make money not for happy to help

Here is my complaint to vodafone but nobody responding

I have logged complaint on 27th Oct or 28th (through my friend) to vodafone to block my as I was lost my mobile but vodafone people refused to block my sim. I have paid the whole bill on 5th Nov till 5th Nov and applied for cancellation. Plan Not Activated

I have received call from vodafone executive named Aditi from No [protected], [protected] and was informed about 199 corporate plan for which, I have submitted the required doucments and cash of RS. 600/- and was told that it will be activated in 24 hrs.Still it has been not activated, kindly do the needful....

Call Barred even though the bill was paid

Hi,

I would like to draw your attention towards my connection which is barred by Vodafone, even though I have payed my bills and cleared my dues via credit card. When asked to the customer care, they told me that sir why you payed via credit card, better come to our center and get the charges reversed from your credit card.

Although, I am in a big trouble these days without my cell not working as my parents...
