[Resolved]  Vodafone — improper deduction of balance

I,prakhar gupta is a prepaid customer of vodafone([protected]).They deducted rs 200 from my account on basis of activation of any service which i never opted for..
inspite of repeated calls to there customer care i dint get good response.wen i wantd to talk to superviser no one attended my call n my call was put on hold n finally disconnected. its very harrassing bein customer of such a big telecom company.

The services of Vodafone is deteriorated a lot. Its now worst service

I am an vodafone customer since a long time, named 'Priyanka.Kulkarni' and my cel no. [protected] which is a corporate No. facing a serious problem regarding my unbillied amount.
On 19th Jan 2012 afternoon i had checked my unbilled amount and it was Rs.368/- and on 19th Jan 2012 in afternoon at around 3 or 3.30 i had requested for Activation of BBM service with the (plan of 599 unlimited browsing plus BBM service) and it was activated by evening by 5.30 or 6 and the next day i.e 20th Jan 2012 i.e yesterday in afternoon when i checked my unbilled amount it was Rs.1765/- was hiked by 70% high suddenly in 1day after i activated BBM service with the plan 599 unlimited.so i had called customercare to talk about the problem i was facing and the guy who talked with me was very rude plus when i told that i want to talk to higher executive person he argued and banned the phone on my face.
Is this type of behaviour or attitude you give to your customers then m really sorry to say u people should change your logo from "HAPPI TO HELP YOU" to "HAPPI TO HARRASE YOU" my problem is not yet sorted plus your increasing my credit limit since yesterday.and thats really giving me a tension.i understand if the you people add up the amount of BBM service i.e 599 in my unbilled but then why is it increasing so much.i had a talk with a person who has same plan i.e (199monthly plus 599 unlimited browsing plus BBM service) she said "she never faced such problem and nothing happend with her like its happening with me evn shes using BBM service."I am strictly telling you now only that m not goin 2pay the bill if your goin 2charge a amount that is not true.you people really scare a postpaid customercare thinking they wont check the unbilled amount daily so you put a random amount.the people who are celebritities or rich bratts they dont check their unbilled daily but the normal people who r having a normal life with a normal salary, check their unbilled amount daily so that they can be in a limit o[censored]sing the services.I am really disappointed with such careless behaviour of such a renouned company i.e Vodafone.please check what is the problem.and please change my unbilled quickly.

I was using vodafone in Chennai last 2 years now i my number incoming call are deactivated with out any information i speak with vodafone help line take the complaint but not solving and again complaint he telling change your number this is technical side number wrongly give to you so please change the number .please do something needful

my last months usage was about 1 gb, jsut coz i changed my plant, i have been charged about 20000 for net usage, shich is incorrect.

Vodafone — rs.45 deducted by vodafone & 6 days no response to complaint

Hello Sir/Madam,
This is regarding my complaint of amount deduction.
When i activated rs.11 internet pack, i got confirmation message from vodafone that your pack is activated. After 2 hours when message is received, i surf to internet but amount of rs.33 + rs.11 of surfing & plan activation, they cut from my balance.
When i called the
customer care on
(01/02/2012) they told me that your plan isn't activated.
Then i asked, why a confirmation message of plan activation is dispatched to me & amount of plan activation plus browsing gets deducted.
Then they have taken a complain and promised that the issue will
get sorted with in 24 Hrs and
they have also given the
complain number, The issue
is not solved with the given
time.
So I called once more at 02/02/2012
after that they have promised
me that it will be done with
in 24 Hours, But it is not
I have called them third time
on 03/02 after this call
they said they will fix the
issue with in 12 Hours where
it is not done.
When I have called
them on 4th
Feb, My number is not
going to customer care, Then
I called them once more
from other Vodafone
number they said you
number is blocked to call the
customer care, When I asked
them why they said you have
called the customer care 3
time with in 24 hours so your
number is blocked.
Till now I have not received
any call from them saying
when the problem will be
solved, Even if they block my
number for 15 days what is
the solution for people like
us.

I have submitted my documents to vodafone store sector 22 gurgaon for new postpaid connection on 16 april, ( new no [protected]). Even after one week, no verification is done. And they have also not started my no.Their behavior is also not acceptable, they says like " You are not the only customer, wait or go, whatever, I cant so anything". Its rediculous. I am going to some other providers.

I Mukesh Arora R/O 1953, Outram Lines, Kingsway Camp having Vodafone connection no-[protected] from last more than five years I pay my bill regularaly, but sometime by the negligence of courier company bill has been not delivered to me and recorded message use to come on my phone that you have not submitted the bill so please submit the bill immiediately to enjoy the services, if i have not received the bill than how can i know abot my usage. In this regard i have visited your Vodafone office for postpaid to prepaid at model town and ask your staff Mr. Akram that i want to change my connection from postpaid to prepaid, but he is giving me advice that you change your plan for the time being then I again request him to convert my plan into prepaid but he reply me that there is some IT problem and he is unable to convert my connection, than I met Mr. Tarun, than he also repeat the same reply, than i ask him that if there is any technical problem than why guard has given me token no; 241 for changing of connection from post paid into prepaid, than his answer was interesting.he reply me that if the guard know about this than he also sit with us with necktie. Than i again met Mr. Akram and bring bill of my connection and i deposted the some amount in machine. Now i am totally fed up from your services and i am compelled to go for mobile portibility, so please make my full and final bill with in 24 hours and I will make the payemnt, and please proceed my connection for portability at the earliest.

Vodafone Essar Spacetel Limited — Non Usage Charges

Respected Sir,
I am user of Vodafone Spacetell Limited, having mobile no. [protected]. I bought mobile handset from the company stores in the month of march and sales executive said that 6 month facebook subscriptions free upto 6 month of date of purchase and accordingly i used this services. Whenever i got my mobile bill for the month of March and April Rs. 190/-and 630 id charges debited in my account i reached the office that time company says the free subscriptions scheme is closed so this amount chargeable. It is cheating with customers.
So request to you sir please solve my issue

Vodafone — regarding improper deduction of balance

This is to bring under your kind notice that my balance of Rs 34 have been deducted improperly from my mobile numbering- [protected]. I tried to consult their costumer care number but all of them proved to be useless since all customer care executive didn't respond me properly. They dont even registered my complaint and just made me to call some other useless number . I found out myself that 2 services have activated on my number of without my request or permission.

So I request you to kindly forward my complaint to concerned authority.

20rs. was deducted from my balance..and when I checked for what it was deducted..it said for the usage of GPRS service, when I did not use internet in my phone at all. I tried calling on customer care but call was not connected to the customer care office..this is really frustrating . Vodafone should return my balance or a stern step needs to be taken. Same thing happened with Airtel but when we complained thay had returned the balance. Vodafone needs to do this or people will quit Vodafone connections.
