[Resolved]  Vodafone — improper deduction of balance

I,prakhar gupta is a prepaid customer of vodafone([protected]).They deducted rs 200 from my account on basis of activation of any service which i never opted for..
inspite of repeated calls to there customer care i dint get good response.wen i wantd to talk to superviser no one attended my call n my call was put on hold n finally disconnected. its very harrassing bein customer of such a big telecom company.

Hi this is Deepak & my no. is [protected]. I am getting the problem of slow working of internate on my this no. I am getting the error Link not available, Page not found, Server Busy, Temperory network problem from 7 days. As i have talked to the agents & saved the setting they send but still getting this problem.
Please solve this problem otherwise i will Port Out my no. & will join Airtel as it is providing the good Customer Satisfaction. I also have a problem with your Customer care when i calld to him they hold my call more then 20 Min & disconnect this after that. If i will face this problem in future i really Port Out my no.

My balance is getting deducted day by day... prev. i have recharged with 100 rs. next day i have seen balance of -44 rs. for that i have tried to launch complete but no one bother to understand the situation after so many calls & i have wasted my so many hours on this... when i was tried of all this i have just leave the issue...

I am using vodafone in kerala.
I ve been using my VODAFONE sim for the last 2 years
They have deducted Rs 125 from my number.
I went to vodafone store at kottayam and they told me that it is their fault and they told me that they will refund the amount deducted from my account .
they diidnt gave me a reply even after 2 days.
then i called customer care 9but i didnt get any refund .
the customer careb is so unfriendly.

2 times they have ended my call when i was telling my complaints to the customer executive.

i am mohit from Delhi my number is [protected] i activated my internet service on 21april 2011 and i got recharge my number with 95rs even i got a confirmation message though i din't even used my internet as it take 4 hours to activate internet services ..so on 22april morning when i checked my balance it was minus
(-279)rs from rs 120 ..don't know who suck my balance ..i called up 30 times in costumer care .but they said your internet recharge is not done ...but even i got a confirmation message of that recharge and i recharged my number with rs100 also with internet recharge of 95rs ...and they are saying you have downloaded something from internet ..i don't know if my services are not yet activated as they are saying tht you recharge is not done so how can i use internet and i dint even used moreover last night i changed my simcard and my SIm card was in nokia 1100 as my other phone's battery was low so i inserted my sim in my spare phone and nokia 1100 dont even have multimedia and till now my balance is getting detuct like 5rs in other 15 min or so .please take action regarding this ...so just want to say vodafon sucksss big time .. i will never suggest anyone to buy vodafone .!

Dear rep,

pls arrange to reverse the services you activated and then could not proceed to support. INR 44 deducted for Blackberry service activation, which was never activated, no setting sent and when called several times, your customer care never willing to extend support.

Also, services like caller tunes activated automatically and when I de-activate them, vodafone re-activates and deducts amount

these are enough for me to handle and take it to you folks to TRAI and other regulatory bodies

Last month two services MSI and CHAT service was activated without my wish when i contacted your customer care i was met with harrassing treatment by transfering my callls to seniors whichnever picked my calll and later on blocking my number but still i kept quite and today again when i checked my balance it was reduced to 20 rupees .
I want my money back else i'll be forced to take some legal action.
Looking forward for a proper action .

My Vodafone # is [protected] I activated 1 month GPRS pack for my blackberry cell on 1st of April so there should be a deduction on 1st may not before that...but on 25th of may there was an deduction of Rs. -382...called CS# so times blady they got hell lot of attitude…I spoke to two team leaders they doesnt know how to speak...finally they disabled option to reach cs#...Now i am not able to reach customer service from own SIM thanks to team leader's to whom i spoke...A advisor from CS# without understanding my concern coolly says "HOW MANY TIMES WILL U CALL FOR THE SAME CONCERN"...today its 4th of May I cant send msg nor call out...blady he say's how many times will u call...TWO COMPLAINTS WERE RAISED & IT IS STILL GOING ON "[protected]" & "[protected]"...I don't know when this amount will be refunded...My question is becoz of their Mistakes Y we have to face inconvenience...calling CS# is like harassing ourselves...Better to PORT the Number to AIRTEL...

I am anurag i have taken new connection of vadafone [protected]. on first day date was 15 may 2011 i inserted sim my phone. my balance was rs.64 after some time they have deducted rs.30 for chat service.i did not do any msg for activation. i call to vodafone customer care realy they behavior was very bad.they do not have any knowledge of vodafone care and how to resolve problem of customers. a person was taking badly when i said that i will switch on another operator if my problem still. reply was very beautiful kar lijiye sir company ko koi fark nahi parta.my question is this please correct your system and hire only good manpower and also trained them proper.
Hello, I am Abhishek Shastri from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. I activated 3g on my Nokia N82 with data plan 101 which is 100MB/month and it's working fine with UMTS & DUAL MODE, but there is a problem in making video calls. I can recieve the video calls from other or home network but i am not able to make any Video Calls. Tried all settings possible but my Video Call drops before connecting. It's almost 1 week but Customer Care executive cannot help me out regarding this issue.

Same thing happend to me. From last 3 days, my balance is deducted due to no reason and when called customer care, they are fools telling different stories. If anybody wants to sleep but can't then its better if you call Vodafone customer care bcoz every executive telling different tales. But recently i don't want to sleep and want you to take corrective steps.

Vodafone — balance -ve 1356

I activated rs.109 plan for 3G n when i connected it to my laptop it downloaded some data and the next thing i know my balance is -1356.572..i hav bn usin this number for past 3 years..in 95rs. plan as soon as our 2gb is downloaded we get a message saying the same but in this the message arrived 2 hours after i disconnected it.cant i pay for watever the amount of download was done as pr 3G plan?
