Hi,
i am rajesh([protected]).
The GPRS service provided by the vodofone don't have transparency. They on whole have a crap system in which for all of their loopholes in the system needs to be paid by the customers.
1.They are asking to maintain a min. balance of Rs.3 all time for GPRS activation.
2.There is no indication message on the amount of memory i have used...
3.The settings they are sending is also total crap...i don't understand why they are sending two
settings for internet access through pc and through phone
4.They took more time on activation of GPRS than they have promise...(10 Hrs).
what gprs has to got to do with my main balance...you stopped processing because of crap system
you have.
5.No message indication of how much time required for activation after recharge...
also needs several calls to activate the settings.
6.Because of all these thing they siphoned the main balance of mine.
7.its10paise /10Kb it means for 5MB you charge Rs51.2 which is unacceptable...
These people who sit in a table under sophisticated air conditioned system, don't seems understand problems of the customer..i order to activate the GPRS i need to make 18 calls and 2 visit to customer care center...this is what they call a value added service? do they really know the meaning of value added service?

why don't just change the system which is adequately user friendly?...just see the airtel and get details and provide at least what they provide...

I have been using airtel for past five years never went to customer care...i order to get marginally good GPRS service i need to go through all these things.once this 98 is over i am going to throw the sim.

Is there one genuine vodofone company person who can answer me .
I really don't know whether this will make any impact...they will just ignore .

well-done vodofone for your great service continue to embarrass the customers.

Hi
I, Lakshmi Suresh, am a prepaid customer of vodafone, # [protected]
They deducted rs 12 from my account on basis of activation of Chota Credit which i never opted for..I called up customer service at 111 and got an improper response from the manager himself. He gave a story that someone called up on Nov 30th night 12:30am and spoke for 18 mnts and got the request activated. When asked can anyone call up and activate request for any phone, he said yes! He also confirmed that they neither ask for identification nor check whether it is the account holder or not.
There is no proper security system in Vodafone.
This is not the first time that amount was deducted.i have not sent any sms regarding activation of service. It is amazing how they get an sms from my number without me sending any.
It is very disappointing to be a Vodafone prepaid customer.

Vodafone — Misbehave By Your CSR

Hi Vodafone

This is to inform you that my name is Mr. Rajat Baran Arnab my cell no is [protected]. I am using a postpaid connection. I called your helpdesk on 09th Dec around 9:30pm to know the procedure of activating the Night Calling pack. Mr Arnab Biswas took the call they way he spoke with me was not acceptable. He was rude and used some sarcastic words while giving information. In one sentence Mr Arnab insult me. This is my kind request to Vodafone please monitor the call and give him a feedback to how to handle corporate customers.
Vodafone is definitely a fraudulent company they should shut down and stop cheating India. They charged me twice for Vodafone Live and Iphone data plan and i had to shell out some 550 bucks extra while they came back and told me first we cannt revert then that they will reverse INR 300 and then told me that no they wont reverse...and i have been sending them messages and telling their call center to unsubscribe me from the vodafone live services and that also they wont do and on top of that to speak to the stupid customer care execs i have shell out additional fault just to tell them that Vodafone is a bloody fraud...
Anupam
Vodafone is definitely a bloddy fraud. I was charged twice for gprs amounting to some 1500 INR under Vodafone Live plan and Iphone plan which is just Internet..first they tell me they cannt reverse the amount even though they are at fault then they tell me they will reverse INR 299 in my next billing cycle and then they come back and tell me again that they cannt do it...bunch of they are. And i have been trying to unsubscribe from the service by sending the SMS, through my account and even by talking to their no good call center adn they wont let me unsubscribe either. Bloody frauds for sure..no point complaining everyone from Vodafone should just shift to another service provider and they shud shut shop in India...

Vodafone India Prepaid connection — Improper deduction

Hello Sir,
I took vodafone pre-paid connection a few days back only because I saw some good GPRS offers. The offer given on 62 RS recharge for a new connection was - 50MB of free data for the first 5 days. Firstly, I struggled for the first 2 days to get vodafone mobile connect activated. All irrelevant excuses were told to me for not being able to activate GPRS. So, 2 days over out of 5 days. After getting the GPRS mobile connect operational, amount started getting deducted from the very first second and within 5 mins my balance went to negative and I was barred from all services! Forget 50MB for first 5 days. Called several times - talked with agents - their managers - all to no avail. 99% of the times my call got d/c after providing basic details such as name, mobile number etc etc. most of them didn't even know that there was 50MB free offer. For one guy I actually walked him through vodafone.in site to show him the offer. Finally agreed and refunded 50RS back to my account. But that's not the solution! The moment I connected, money got deducted again and went to negative in no time. Crazy!!! 5 days are getting over today and I have been systematically cheated - never got even a single byte of data free (forget 50MB). Meanwhile I also tried to activate RS16 -- 600MB data offer which never got activated even after sending several SMSs. Support people are really useless. All you get after talking with them (if at all you don't happen to get disconnected while talking which is very frequent) is only frustration. I have no idea how to drag them to the court of law for cheating me. I don't know what happens with those customers who know little about GPRS, bytes and data! Can you help me?
BTW, this is my number :: [protected]
I RECEIVED CALL FROM VODAFONE FOR ACTIVATION OF BONUS 26 OFFER, BUT I HAVE NOT GIVEN CONFIRMATION FOR THIS BONUS OFFER.BUT VODAFONE DEDUCTED 26 RS.FROM MY A/C & ACTIVATED THE BONUS OFFER.
I ALSO COMPLAIN TO VODAFONE CARE, BUT NO ANY SOLUTION BY VODAFONE.
