[Resolved]  Vodafone — improper deduction of balance

I,prakhar gupta is a prepaid customer of vodafone([protected]).They deducted rs 200 from my account on basis of activation of any service which i never opted for..
inspite of repeated calls to there customer care i dint get good response.wen i wantd to talk to superviser no one attended my call n my call was put on hold n finally disconnected. its very harrassing bein customer of such a big telecom company.

Vodafone — balance go on scream

Respected sir,

I am regular user of vodafone service.I have prepaid mobile([protected]).I went for recharge rs.84/- on dated 20/5/11 at 9:15 p.m. but balance is not credited till time 21/5/11 , 3:30 p.m ,so I call customer care executive.He told me that your recharged amount go for sceam(vodafone to vodafone 10 paisa),I told him that I am not intrested any sceam and I paid rs.84 for balance but he not ready to understand and said he was helpless for this amount convert in balance.

I request you to solve my complaint and credit 84 rs in my account because rs.84 is big amount for me in mobile usage.

I received customer care executive's call and he always says that your balance go on (vodafone to vodafone 10 paisa sceam ), i am always explain him/her that I am not interested any sceam I recharged this amount only for balance.If I am interested in this sceam, I never called him/her and mail to you for balance of my 84/-rs.

Vodafone — Improper deductions

My number [protected] (Vodafone) is at -286 balance and this is the third time my balance has gone in negative. I just use this number for incoming from last 2 months and as soon as i rechage withinh 1-2 days my balance goes negative.
When i called the cust cats they said its gettig deducted due to internet usage.
I dont use the phone at all then why are they charging me for it.
I will have to file a case in consumer court if i dont get My complete money back.

vodafoneindia — wrong deduction of amount from prepaid acct

i have anvodafone no [protected]. i recharged for Rs 14/- for three days internet pack on 26 May 2011 at 1315hrs. I connected to internet on same date at 1330hrs on second attempt. After some time i have checked my acct bal which is shown Rs -197/-. But it was Rs 192.00 at the time of recharge of internet pack. The amount shown -197 which was continous increasing uptp 2200hrs (26 May 2011) and stopped at Rs-333.656. I have contacted three times but no one gives satisfactory result. One guy of vodafoe told that you should have waited for min 4 hours for activation of your internet pack. But we work on internat immediately after recharge for internet pack with other mobiles company.

Vodafone — Improper GPRS Service

I purchased a new SE xperia mobile and browsed google, youtube just for 20 mins. The net was awesome. But I didn't know that I was being charged at 10 paise/kb. My balance reduced to -155.55 rupees !
I admire it that I did not activate any package, so I paid whole amount.

Then I activated a net package of Rs.4/- and browsed for two mins. After browsing only for two mins, an error started popping "No Connection, please see your network settings". Then I called vodafone customer care and explained the problem. He forwarded the call to concerned technical dept. That technical person refreshed my GPRS setting and suggested me to switch off the mobile after 20 mins, remove sim and again insert and switch on. Well, but that solution worked for 1 min only ! Again I was facing same problem. I called vodafone care 5 times. But no solution.

So, dear Vodafone, you were offering me continuous net service when no package was present in my mobile and looted 155.55 rupees. Now I want to browse the net of only 4 rupees, why are you not able to provide ? I strongly criticize your service and want solution for this. You have to continue the same package for 23 hours 57 mins without any discontinuity once network goes up, because I have brosed only for 3 mins.

Dear Vodafone, if your service is customer oriented then do the needful.

I have been using vodafone services for the last 7-8 years and was quite satisfied with the services it provides.

But now it seems that they have lowered down their grade of services.

Yesterday, vodafone deducted some amount and activated caller tunes service on my number, which i had not requested for.

And when i tried to speak to the customer care executives, what i felt was the worst experience of my life.

Once they said their systems are not working.
Once they put me on a hold for a long long time.
So many times they picked up the call and immediately they disconnected.

IS THIS THE WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER.....?????

It was so humiliating and so ridiculous experience of my life.

Now it is my request to you to please look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

I am very dissapointed and displeased with your customer service. I had a wrong notion that Vodafone provides the best CS and is most concerned about their customer, but I was wrong. The way I was treated by your CSRs(Soubhagya and Swadesh) was really pathetic. The matter is about the unfair(illegal) deducton of Rs 30 from my main balance account for the activation of Missed Called alerts whereas I have never opted for any such services and not even sent a single message to you. But I was told that I sent an SMS which is a big lie. Your CSR misbehaved me and was talking in a rude manner and the choice of language was shocking. He blamed me that I am lying and refused to register any complaints. He was talking so rudely. I was humiliated and ill treated by your CSRs. I know I am never gonna get my money back which you have charged from my account for no reason but at least behave properly to your customers who have made you one of the leading telecom operators in the world. I believe Customer is the king for every organization but it is not the case with you, they are liars for you which I was told by your CSRs. It is very unfortunate and was least expected from an organization like you. I don’t think I would be able to continue this service which I had been doing for the last two years. I am really disappointed.

Am...I want to know the reason why Vodafone company is just cheating peoples because I did not request for Vodafone caller tone and the nonsense network company activate caller tone to my mobile and deduct 30NIR which I know that many people is complaint regarding the same problem...isn’t anybody can tell me how much money Vodafone is taking in India and still there like to be doing bad to the customers because if you check people they force to have caller tone and the Rs 30 must deduct from your mobile ...but the problem is when I notify that I have Vodafone caller tone in my mobile I still request for good caller tone which is GOD WILL MAKE A WAY still they stop the caller tone I request because I don’t want to be doing advertisement to them that is why I request God will make a way.. then why Vodafone still deduct another Rs 30 for the request I make and the first Rs 30 the company deduct from my phone and still stop my request...because I know government know all this type of cheating and there looking for people which is not do anything. Because if your check 30NIR for 300 people which is Rs 90000 which I know that Vodafone is doing it for almost crore of peoples.

Vodafone — improper details

I got a international call 2 days.I couldn't lift it so reverted back to it . It was just a pulse of 2 seconds and my balance has been cut by 100 rs.
When i call the customer care immediately they said as pulse is less .. the money at least 50% will be reverted back with in 24 hours .

When i called them for same reason next day they said its a satellite call and money cant be reverted back. When i asked for what is tariff for such calls they are saying to go to vodafone store and find out .

When i asked to connect the call to TL they dropped the call..
In recent times customer service of vodafone has dropped a lot ..
Need a serious action. If for everything we need to go to vodafone store then what is this customer care for
