Vodafone — Harassment to customer by outgoing call baring without notice
I had purchased a new corporate connection ([protected]) from Vodafone in my company premises(TechMahindra) under a corporate plan. When i recieved my bill i saw that the corporate benifits were not given to me and on enquiring with Vodafone I found that I had to pay the full bill because of the fault of the Vodafone executive who missed out in telling me some facts.
Now on top of that Vodafone has barred my outgoing without prior notice causing a great trouble to me. I dont know why have they cut the outgoing from this number. Tried contacting the customer care but the care is too busy. Also written a complaint mail to which there has been no respomce since the past two days.
