Hi,
I made a call to Vodafone care centre, regarding bill enquiry. .
I spoke with customer care executives many times, they said we will connect with seniour till that be patient on the line.
I was waiting aroung 15min at every time after that the call was disconnected automatically.
This is very horriable to me and making a head ache as well.
Please look in to this.

i m using vodafone since it was named essar but i never faced a rude or u can say illmannerd behaviour like this before a call came to me from [protected] of your company by ur executive named raghuvir singh he talked to me like i m slave to him i just want to have information on international roaming but he started questioning me that "where are you going, when are you going ?"
and when i answered him he said if you are going after one month then why do you want information on roaming now. Is this the way to talk to the costumer i am really unhappy and unsatisfied with vodafone services.
It's my request to higher management to take some action against this massive thing.

please deactivate my coller tune.It's urgent. I send msg last from 3days that CAN CT.But deactivation is not done.
I also called Custermur care number on 111, but he told that no. is wrong. What is this? Please solve my problem today otherwise I want to pay money for coller tune.Today is deadline for that coller tune. my number is ( [protected] )
