[Resolved]  Vodafone — Activation of caller tune without my permission

I am a student of BITS Pilani & my mobile no. is [protected] & they have downloaded caller tune on my phone & even deduce rs. 60 from my balance account against it the same thing happened with few of my friends also i have regd. acomplaint on customer care 4 days before numbered[protected] and they are still not responding to it.So kindly help me in this matter & please get me the money deduced back as it is very i8nconvenient for me. Vodafone — Activated Caller Tune without my permission!

Vodaphone activated a silly caller tune on my prepaid connection no. [protected] and deducted Rs.35/- from my balance. I have been complaint several times on customer care but attender says, caller tune has activated, because I wish to activate. This is not the way exploit the consumer so cheaply.

Rest I have been receving their ad call 5 to 6 time within a day. I think customer grievance are not being seriously entertaining by VODAPHONES.

Now I wish to get rid of that silly caller tune / ad calls / ad SMS without sparing my money & time and credit my balance with deducted amount.
I am working in Xansa & my mobile no. is [protected] & they have activated caller tune on my no. without any request from my side, & this had happened thrice with me & they have deducted 60Rs bal each time. I have made several calls in the customer care and everytime they say, it will not be repeated, however there is no action taken till yet. And now i am really pissed off because of the inconvenience caused to me & first of all i want my caller tune to be deactivated & i want the money to be refunded ASAP. Please take a note of it & provide me the reference no. for the complaint raised on my email address mentioned above. Thankingyou.

Activation of caller tune without my knowledge.

I am holding a postpaid satyam corporate vodaphone connection.The digusting activity they have performed is that they have activated the default vodafone caller tune service on my mob no:
[protected] without my knowledge...and every month 30/- is being charged which is highly unfair and undesirable.

i had and have been sending 2 of the deactivation messages daily viz.

DCT CT[protected]
DCT CT ----111

several times...

None of them were effective..

I was unable to speak to any of the customer care executives even though i tried calling them several times...

I am very upset with this kind of highly dissatisfying vodaphone service.

I request the concerned authorities to disable/deactivate my present caller tune ASAP so that it wont be reflected in upcoming bill and also refund the amt of caller tune service charged on my account uptill now.

Also request u to provide me the reference no. for the complaint raised on my email address mentioned above.

i have a connection of post paid but since 5th feb this is not in connectivity and continuation msg coming that -1700 is balance i don't know why and you people are saying me that i have done international roaming and send sms whereas this never happened pl. reply me on my cellphone[protected]
i have applied for caller tone in vodaphone care (cp d-27) branch but any exeuctive couldn't solve my problem. my phone no is [protected].
My pre-paid Vodaphone mobile no. [protected] was refilled on[protected] first for Rs.199.00 by retailer Gutka Stores, Digha naka at 08.59.44 hrs (transaction ID MU[protected]) and again later on the same day[protected] by mistake for Rs.350.00 by retailer Galaxy, Thane(W) at 12.22.24 hrs.(transaction ID MU[protected]). This error was reported to the retailer Galaxy on the very same day[protected] for reversal of the second transaction and refund of Rs.350.00 charges. Galaxy has received the complaint order no.[protected] from their distributor for reversal, but has not received the confirmation from their distributor, for the reversal and refund. Would urge you to consider an efficient procedure of reversal to customer to the same degree as is your present procedure of cutting off the telephone connection in case of any delay in refilling beyond the due date.

I am a post paid subscriber of vodaphone since last 2 years,but i am 4 years old customer as it was prepaid before post paid.i have always deposited my bill on due date,5th of every month.on 1st of march-08 i went to mumbai to attend some of my omportant meeting and came back to jaipur on 17th of march-08.on 13th march they disconnected my phone due to non payment,inspite of my request to extend my period till 17th march.On 14th march i made my full payment at mumbai head offfice of vodaphone,but they are still not provided me any connection.I am facing a lot.

I guess customer loyalty doesn't mean a thing to Vodaphone. I've been so loyal to this brand that despite all the allurances by ohter networks i stood by them...
Only to find that whenever i talk to my near and dear ones i only get to hear only one thing 'your voice is not audible...hello hello hello hello...your voice is breaking up,hello hello hello lokesh can you hear me...'
the customer care division of Vodaphone doesn't seem to care about anybody. They just are into selling their product.
i wish one day they call me and just say that they are sorry ...

wht is the benefit of posting here? no one from vodafone is listening and reading our agony and anger . if you people spare some time and go to their outlets and make some noise may the multinational company could hear and take some action against the call centers and so called EXECUTIVES. who even dont know how to respond to customers. i feel so hate when i think about the attitude the executives did to me. i threw my sim card (actually it say SIN CARD)IN A GUTTER .

Satyam Computer Services Ltd — Couldn't send SMS

Hi,

I bought a new Airtel prepaid in pune, but I am not able to send SMS thru it. I also ensured that the message centre number is set to [protected]. Not sure on what could be the problem.

Can somebody please tell me if this is the correct message centre number.

We never receive phone bills kindly do the needful and send it in our house No. 740/7B, Chandigarh.
This is my VODAPHONE [protected], I topup 10 Rs. Cards. They took the amount without any indimation.
I need to know the reason. Always call comes from VODAPHONE service, Fully they disturbing to me.
If the call comes regularlly from VODAPHONE, I will go to consumer court.

On 3rd June, 2008 I was trying 56789 for Caller tune and there was no response I could hear the message and automatically it used to disconnect I tryed this several times.

My unbilled amount was Rs.23/- the next day when I called to check the unbilled amt. it was Rs.384/- I was shocked & called the 111 to check the bill again it was showing the same amt.and they had activated the caller tune without my knowledge, i had and have been sending of the deactivation messages viz.
CAN CT[protected] several times...

I cananot make a outgoing calls from my number since 1 week but no one from customer service is responding properly. They all are asking me to keep patience. I am not at all happy with the sevices. Vodaphone is one of the worse service provider of India.
my sim card just stopped working sunday so i took it out cleaned it put it back in but it says put sim in but i have and it still dont work is there any way of getting another sim card with my old number on it [protected] please reply thankyou
