[Resolved] Vodafone — Change of tariff plan, SMSes not going to BSNL numbers and charged for that....

I placed a request to change my plan from STD package Rs. 99 to STD package Rs. 54 on around 10th December’07 thru customer care. However the plan did not got changed and on 13th Feb'08 customer care representative Bharati told me that there is no such request place though I placed similar request almost trice by calling customer care and they told me that we will place the request (and I received the bill with STD package Rs. 99) .
When I tried calling customer care yesterday night (29th January’08) twice they put me on hold to check the details and disconnected the call (1st Mr. Narayana Reddy, 2nd Mr. Vijay Kumar). They never told me that I need to mail this request to corporate care however similar request was activated on my colleagues mobile number thru customer care (111) why is so discrepancy?
On 13th Feb'08 I spoke with Bharati and told me that you need to mail to corporate care for the request. Hence I made a request to change my current plan from Rs. 99 STD package to STD package Rs. 54 on 13th Feb'08. Also sent repeated mails to customer care marking Mr. Bhupenjeet who is Corporate Plan Manager and Amitabh Singh however there is no single acknowledgment from customer care of Vodafone.
However they call me for my bill payment status and when asked about the status of the complaint he said hold the line and disconnected the call after some time.....harassing us.
Also, I place a complaint regarding my SMSes are not getting delivered to some of the BSNL numbers(charged in the bill though it did not delivered) I got the complaint number (and not request number as it is been termed though it should not be termed) then when I called customer care they said that the issues has been resolved still I was facing the same issue. I walked into Vodafone store near Begumpet Pizza Hut where I launched a complaint and the person attended tried SMSing those number (charged for this also in the bill: I can understand that the system don’t know who SMSed and I am not bothered about the money also) but saying this that she has launched a complaint and when I asked for a complaint number she said that this is an internal problem with Vodafone and BSNL compatibility and will not have the complaint number but will get resolved in 2-3 days which did not happened; today when customer care told me that it was just an inquiry and please mail this also to corporate care….……the only question arises in my mind is why should I make an inquiry to a customer care that is it getting delivered or not and why not to a person whom I am sending the SMS whether it s/he received it or not?
