i am a post paid customer of vodafone before this i was pre paid customer i have recived so many calls on company behalf to change plan just like to 1 vodafone no your call will be free and your velidity will be carry forward and 1000 sms free all these things was written on there letter head but not even a single thing is given by co every time they told me that in next bill we will give you discount but nothing was there i have paid all bill for one year with that exta amount al last i went to ansal plaza vodafone shop to change my plan for all these complaints they told me paln can not change and soory for all that commitments kayon k vo humare franchisee ne ki thi or vo log lead banane k liye kabhi kabhi juthe commtment kar dete hain or na hi muzze inform kiya gaya k plan can not be change pre paid to post paid time they told me you can change your plan any time what to do now so many times i have called in customer care

EXCESS LOCAL CALL CHARGES DURING ROAMING

I, Ms. Sabina Dante user of mobile no [protected] (Mumbai) had made calls to Goa during the month of February 2009. My brother had made calls from Goa to Mumbai and to the relatives in Goa on this the Vodafone charged Re.1/- for all incoming calls from Goa and Rs.1.50 for Local (calls made from my mobile in Goa), this is absolutely wrong charges, as per Roaming Tariff, all Local calls should be charged Re.1/- but they charged me Rs.1.50/-.

Secondly there is no bills received and when we called the customer service they refused to have any discussion on this matter as well as on the matter of GSM.

Thirdly when we tried to call the customer service for complaining about the billing part, one of the executive of Vodafone said that the time consumed for complaining to customer service is charged to us in our bill.

This is really bad feedback for us for using the VODAFONE.

Would appreciate if you could kindly do the needful in this matter and revert.

Kindly I requset you before three times I have regestered the Mobile number for DND Services. But do not take any action .Custome Care said after 45 day You could not recived the any Company call for advertisment but maney time I have recived the Company message and call .

    With great regret i wish to inform you that I am facing tremendous problems with my vodafone pre-paid connection activation and I feel that i am cheated by the company in this case. Here are the details:

    I got the SIM(Sim No.:[protected] from a retail shop of vodafone.

    I was not using my Sim after I bought it till 16th of April. When on 16th, I tried to use my SIM, it was not connected. I got in touch with the vodafone care and they told me that I have to go and re submit my documents which I did on 18th, with the original retailer. The retailer was asking me to pay Rs. 240 more in order to get this activated. I was willing to give the photocopy of the original documents that the retailer said its with them and there is no way other than to pay Rs. 240 and get the connection. I try to convey this to vodafone care and got following replies:

    1. They cant solve this problem. So i have to consider money is gone. (Exact words by executives)
    2. I am un-professional for calling them over and over again in order to solve this.(Exact words by executives)
    3. Customer care said there is no "Senior Manager" in there and I have to talk to them and no way out. They even disconnected my line.(Exact words by executives. Please take the evidence from your recording system)
    4. I tried calling senior officials, through mobile number that i got from their website, but those were either busy or filled with messages.
    5. Got in touch through e-mail without response.

    In such a situation I feel i am cheated and for disrespect I have put up a complain against the organization. For your information, I lodged a complain with the consumer forum of "Goverment Of India". Following are the details:

    I expect following things from the organization:

    1. Immediate refund of money so that i can switch over to other company.
    2. Compensation for disrespect shown by the customer care executives.
    3. Apology for the harassments.

    I have a serious patient at home and this is not the time for me to play fool with you and your esteemed organization. I will definitely raise this issue at different level so that people are aware of your services.

    Please expedite on this and help me to take out of the situation.

    Vodafone - Kolkata — uethical way of barring nondefult cellno

    hi

    I have to cell connection of vodapfone in my name and same address.
    Due to some reason my credit company had not paid bill to my cell comapnt and the number [protected] got barred, but after talking to them from dec they have no feedback for the same and again they restored the connection.

    But on 12jan 08 my number [protected] where there is no due and bills had been paid on time got barred , but suprising 98360005 defult no was active and colud make calls from they same till 13.01.08, when I lodged a complain on 12/01/08 they said since [protected] have an outstanding they had barred my [protected] no which has no dues till date.

    Suddenly from 13.01.05 my[protected] was also barred.

    when I had spoken to the nodal officer on 14.01.08 she has same reason and told me due to manual error they had activited[protected] for suh a long time.

    Pls let me know is there any such rules with out solving the old payment issue ,can they bar the other number which has no dues and top of that I had also paid the excess money today on [protected] as today was its due date.

    As my intentions were very clear thus had provided all details to vodaphone on voice as well as on mail to resolve the [protected] issue.

    I think I had ben cheated and with out any reason they have barred [protected] out going calls.

    Pls help me out.

    I fully agree with the above complaint, because I have been getting this kind of problem since the day I bought the SIM and activated it.
    I wish Mr. Satyajit Sengutpa will definitely teach them a lesson for the harassments. Best wishes to this brave man.

    Dear Sir / Madam:

    I would like to inform you that vodaphone has forced me to write this e-mail and if this does not stop then it is impossible for me to continue with vodaphone.

    I had given standing instruction to my ICICI credit card to pay my vodaphone bill every month as per its due date. From July 2008, it has been observed that vodaphone is charging the bill amount twice. On Jul 29, 2008 Vodaphone Kolkata charged Rs.2285/- for my that month's bill and on the next day same transaction has made as per request from VODAFONE ESSAR EAST LTD of Rs.2, 284.70. Vodaphone didn't inform me regarding this issue. When I received my ICICI credit card statement I saw the transaction and talked to ICICI credit card customer care and they informed me the fact that I mentioned before. Then I talked to vodaphone care and lodged complaint against the issue on Aug 15, 2008 but I didn't get feedback from your side till Aug 24. I needed to pay my credit card by Aug 29. As I am not well, my representative visited Vodaphone store - Tollygunge Phanri. He visited them 2-3 times and I also talked to vodaphone care. They were telling that amount will be adjusted with my next month bill which is not acceptable. Why you will charge twice? I instructed them to repay that amount to my credit card and finally that amount has been credited to my ICICI credit card a/c on Aug 26, 08 after several communications and your representative gave assurance that this thing will not be repeated.

    On Aug 15, another bill raised and the usage charge was Rs.5014/-. I received bill where I was requested to pay Rs.5014-Rs.2, 284.70 = Rs.2730/- because the refund of Rs.2, 284.70 on Aug 26 was not reflected on the statement generated on Aug 15. It can be adjusted with next month's bill but the case was different. Vodaphone again charged twice the amount of Rs.2, 729.26 on Aug 29 and Aug 30 from ICVBP-VODAFONE(HUTCH)KOLK and VODAFONE ESSAR EAST LTD respectively. This is amazing. When I came to know about this issue (after getting my ICICI credit card statement) again I called up vodaphone care on Sep 15, your representative misguided me and gave me wrong info that this time second payment was made by ICICI card. I could not understand why ICICI will pay twice which they did not do earlier. She told me to talk to ICICI card and revert back to them. I am a working in corporate sector and I am a pregnant women. I cant understand what vodaphone is expecting from me? Every month vodaphone will do mistake and I will have to suffer for you. I will have to communicate here and there. Is this type of service, we can expect from a company like you in this competitive world. There are lots of mobile phone service provider in Kolkata other than you who are reday to give connection to a customer having high usage. I talked to ICICI credit card and came to know the same fact of last month of double payment request from Vodaphone side. So, my next step is to communicate with your several representative and get reimbursement of my payment. Also this has been observed that extra amount of Rs.446/[protected]=2284; second payment of[protected]=446/-) has not been adjusted with my Sep bill which I have received today. There are lots of misunderstanding and miscalculation from where customer will get confused.

    I have instructed ICICI credit card to stop any payment to Vodaphone from today onwards. And I am thinking for an alternate.

    Can I expect your early reply on the above issue. Please let me know, I can plan accordingly.

Das, resident of 7/H/9, DumDum Road, KOLKATA-700030, his mobile no:[protected], is continue threatning me every night between 11:00 PM that he will kill me using abusive language on my mobile no-[protected].in this regard i have also lodge a complaint in my local police station and to your customer care also, no action has been taken so far neither from the police or from your side, now i am sending the complaint directly to the Ministry of Telecummunication New Delhi and to the TRIA..kindly verify this subscriber either he is gunuine or any anti social element. thanking you SANJAY SINHA [protected]
    I advise all nt be a Vodaphone customer atleast while on international roaming.

      I have a Vodafone pre-paid mobile phone connection which i have taken one year before. The number is [removed]. The major problem i face with the connection is that, because of no or very weak network intensity my mobile is of no use at home.
      I am staying at [removed], near HSR Layout in Bangalore. This area is coming very much under the Bangalore metro city. It is very inconvenient for a customer like me who is working in the IT sector to maintain my day-to-day activities without the mobile phone service.
      The Vodafone company is cheating me with not providing network inside the city. How can I be blamed if i move to any other mobile service provider in this condition?

      i am jp pawar, i have vodafone connection with one year incomming plan No is [protected]. when i purchased this connection at that time the vodafone shopkeepar told me that if you recharge this No by 100 rupees recharge coupon you will get 50 miniuts free vodafone to vodafone for six month but only first time when i recharge my no with 100 rupess coupon i recieved 50 miniuts free vodafone to vodafone. i have recharge my no with 100 rupees coupon on 15/04/08 till now i have not recieve 50 miniuts free vodafone to vodafone .
      therefor i request you pls solve my problem

        Dear Sir,

        My mobile Number is [protected]

        Yesterday I had lodged the complain against vodaphone for charging Rs.30/- everymonth for caller tune from prepaid account without my prior permission.

        They are not even showing courtesy to enquire whether I am interested to continue with the caller tune.
        They are not proving any opportunity to inform them to discontinue the caller tune.
        As I have not entered into any agreement with them to provide me caller tune and pay everymonth the rental they cannot legally deduct the charges without my permission.

        I am giving warning to the company that if they do not refund Rs.30/- charged on 16.04.2008 from my prepaid account I shall lodge complain in consumer forum.

          i want my number to be surrendered from vodafone postpaid connection.my no.[protected].please deactivate this connection as early as possible.

          HUTCH-VODAFONE — NO STD FACILITY AFTER 10 DAYS OF CONNECTION

          Dear Sir/ ,Madam

          I would like to inform you about extremely bad experience which I got after subscribing HUTCH-VODAFONE corporate plan.

          I have been using AIRTEL for last 5 years and having great experience of service & connectivity all along.

          For my recent project assignment in Basngalore My client gave me HUTCH POSTPAID CORPORATE CONNECTION. Once my connection activated on 10th Oct or so still I donot have STD facility activated. In this regard I called you so mentioned customer care no. 111 on13th October at 7 PM. The gentleman who responded the call told that this is not the right no and call on [protected]. Again I tried [protected], the pre recorded messg come repeatedly "THIS IS NOT A VAILD NO." Again I called 111 and this time the gentle man responded. He told me that my STD would be activated within 7 days after verification. May I ask that what this verification is for? Once before giving the connection you already verify the prospective customer then why you harras him again by not activatng STD that only on P&T no.?
          By this does not you violate any customers right and deny him the rights which he deservs after paying money.

          2. Does not you create hinderance in the business of Govt owned P&T connection by not allowing STD calls from your network?

          3. Are notYou also trying to degrade the benifits we get from P&T Service providers like BSNL?

          Anyway I got some hope after that call. My connection was verified on 14th by some gentleman who cam to my residance on 14th October at 3 PM. As per the so called policy of your services now I thought that my services will be started by monday 15th Oct. But I am sorry that the service not activated till now (18th Oct 14.30 ).


          Again I lodged a complaint on 15th Oct evening. I received a call from your service centre today 18th Oct at 9.43 AM from your executive Noorie Zaheerand subsequently from a male executive. I explained my worry to him but he kept on telling isit so? isit so? and at last he told thatI would talk to My backend technical person , I will get back to you.

          I now feel that that help won't come to me ,.

          I cannot see any option in your portal where I can change my talk plan also.

          In view of this I had also requested to you in my complaint to just stop my little services which is as a token provided to me as I would surrender my services.

          I beg you please stop my services and billing from now onwards. My request is not superficial its literal begging on my hand on feet.

            i have bought wcc card 150/- of vodafone in which i got the facility of std calling at 1 rs per min., its validity was up to 1 mnth but after 2 days its automatically deactivated.i have used only 5 rs as i got 115 as a wcc card account.
            i have lodged a complain regarding that in customer care, those useless people given me 1 week time and giving lots of solution, those people try to make fool of me as they told me tht its a network problem, and they are teaching me about how GSM works, i am an electronic engineer and i am quite sure that i know a little bit more whatever they knew.
            after 1 week when i called up again then they again given me 10 days time.
            and now i didn't got any response n today is 18th day.
            i am fed up with all this i have 3 yr validity cell phone but i would like to change operator n i suggest everyone not to be a part of vodafone, its disgusting.

            I spoke with Vodafone executive few days back in regards to ISD calla wherein he recommended me to activate USA-CANADA pac Rs.99. He didn't inform me its only for fixed lines. He misinformed that it included mobile calls also. I asked for refund. Vodafone refused for that. My no. ends in 8183

              Hi, my number is [protected] and I buy an add-on number. At the time of buying new number it was conveyed to me that the intercalling between these two numbers will be of 10 paise.And I also confirmed this by calling customer care atleast 4 times.
              but when I received my bill the intercalling was charged at Rs 1.75 per minute.
              I log my complaint with vodafone store CP but I was surprised by the behavior of the executive who attend my complaint.Instead of listening my complaint that guy was asking me to show any written proof of the offered plan and refused to log my complaint.Somehow I request him and managed to log my complain
              I have stored the conversation between me and the customer care executive in which he admitted that the intercalling rates are of 10 paise.
              After logging my complaint I received a call from Vadafone and at that time I show him that stored conversation.He was convinced with me and assured me that the excess bill charged will be returned to me in next bill.
              All this happens 2 months back but still now I haven't received even a single panney back.

              Now I am fedup with Vodafone services and customer care and discontinued my new number.

              Please let me know when that will come when I get my money back.

              I am Jagdish Badgujar. My no is [protected]. I activated one fnf no that no is [protected] in the month of June 2008.
              After activating the fnf no I call to customer care and asked him that

              When I sms bill to 111 I will get some unbilled amount that amount is calculated by flat rate 50paise/min OR fnf no is calculated by 10paise/min & remaining are by 50paise/min????????


              Your executive replied me that it is calculated by flat rate 50paise/min.
              And in your final bill if will get calculated by 50paise/min.

              My Last month my mobile usage is 6120min.
              Till the one day before my billing cycle when I send the sms bill to 111 I am getting unbilled amount is approximately around 1600 to 1650 rupees.
              But when the bill has come that bill shows me that your bill is Rs.2146.51.
              But as per your executive the unbilled amount should show around 3000 Rupees.
              If it is calculated by flat rate 50paise/min. but it was not shown at once also.

              After bill get generated I visit to Dombivali’s Vodafone store and meet
              Mr.Harshad Shinde. He is one of the executive.
              I asked my query to him he told me that
              When you send the sms bill to 111 you are getting some unbilled amount which is calculated by 50paise/min for local calls & 10 paisa/min for fnf number.
              It is not calculated by flat rate 50paisa/min.
              I requested to logged the complaint against that executive who miss guides me.
              He also log the complaint & he has given me the complaint no.[protected]. & he told me that you will get the call with in 48 hours.
              I was not received the call after 48 hours then I called to customer care and ask for my complaint’s status he told me that there is no complaints is logged by this no. & also there is no complaints logged on that day also.

              Then I once again visited to the same Vodafone store & meet Mr. Rohan Kalasakar and asked for the complaint status
              He told me that yes there is a complaint is logged by them but there is no problem found in it. That’s why you are not getting a call from our side
              But when I told him that when I check the complaint status from customer care they are telling me that there is no complaint is logged.
              And He also told me that your unbilled amount is calculated by the flat rate 50paisa/min & in your final bill it is calculated by 10paisa/min for fnf no and 50paisa/min for local no.


              In your same Vodafone store I am getting two different opinions so who is telling right & who is not????
              & what do I do????????????

              I am expecting that at least you are going to help me to come out from this……….
              still i have received any call from customercare
              i have done the folloup two times but they are saying that we will get back to you with in 24 hours
              still there 24 hours is not end
              now they started the announcement that please pay your outsanding as the earilist to voice dissconnection o[censored]r no.
              i requested the customer care to dissconnect that announcement you slove my query i will pay the bill that lady told me it will get deactivated with in 2 hours
              after 2 hours it is not get activated then once again i called to my customer care now they telling me that it is not get deactivated unless & untill you pay the bill
              then now you suggest me what to do?????

              I am Bipan Kumar M.No. [protected].I had submitted the documents and charges(Rs.250) for conversion of my prepaid connection to postpaid on 28 September 2008.But till today my connection is not activated.When i had a telecon with customer care then they said that you have to resubmit the documents on vodafone store by itself, I have no time for this kind of process. Before 28 Sep. i had so many call from customer care everyday but now nobody telling me about the status of the connection. I am so frustrated at this time. Vodafone gives the false promises.               I had given a complaint for my vodafoen no disconnection on 11th Oct 08 at your Dombivali Branch. I had word with Mr. Sagar & Imran over there & given a written application for the same. They had convencing me to avoid the disconnection & renew the same no. But i dont want this no as my organisation is offer me one Airtel no for our official uses. So i had requested your executives to pls. disconnect my this no as i am not able to pay both of bill (i.e. Airtel & Vodafone). They have taken my request & told me that your no will be disconnect after 7-8 working days & told that your advance i.e. 700/- will coriored to your billing address. The ref no for the same is[protected]. On yesterday i had spoken to your customer care executive for confirmation of disconnection of my vodafone no. But as per him he is telling you had given the request for reconnection of normal plan & they activated the same on my no. where as i didnt given any information about the same at your any vodafone shop or customer care.

              You can check my outstanding, there is no more outstanding pending for my no. I had already paid all the payments. Now i dont want to pay any further outstandings as i already done the same. So i would like to request you pls. get my advance & disconnect my no ASAP.

                This is VISHWAJEET SINGH, using ur prepaid connection, number is +91 [protected], main concern is that, my number is getting suspend by someone in 4 times in two day...i didnt do any type of request reagrding this.but someone is calling on VF care and make my number suspend..i talk to one o[censored]r executive when i number gets suspends last minth.then the executive ask to me that, whenever i want to suspend my a/c, i gave my date of birth as a security cheak., I accpected that... after two months my number ia again suspend by someone...whenever i talk on IVR 111 reagarding that, i m not recived good response.and the two number i got as a alternative contact numbers when last time my number is getting suspend one os [protected] secone is[protected], and frankly says when i ask something abt suspenstion of my a/c and ur executive not able to reply me, ad by luck i recived his C-sat.. i reply with purely NO.
                i req to Vodafone care, Nodal dept., please its my hardly request to all u that please tab my number and catch the person who call on VF care and take enq of my VF number [protected]...

                And i hope, Nodal dept solve my problem...i really really request...

                  These vodafone people trouble a lot with their JUNK sms and calls...
                  really fed up... And these sms most of them cancel the present tariff ... they dont even mention a word about TARIFF applicability check. This has made a great loss... anyways am very happy to quit this vodafone sim.

                  I did online recharge using your http://www.vodafone.in/Pages/index.aspx site to [protected] ...I have selected Karnataka (which is correct) and YES BANK. I chose 201 rupees full talk time 30 day validity option. I filled up the information, it redirected to YES BANK I filled up my customer ID and Password. I typed 201, clicked the only option, I got password SMS to my another number ([protected]) tagged with YES BANK account, I typed the password, did the transaction to Vodafone BILLDESK. I recieved confimation page with confirmation number (54508). My cell is not yet recharged. I rechecked by filling confirmation number and my cell number in vodafone site. It said id is invalid, even I called your cutomer care(111) 6 times. First agent told me to wait for 1 hour, 2 agent told me to wait for 24 hours, 3rd agent told me to half an hour to recheck it. 4th agent told me to wait for 2 hours that an update is going on, 5th agent told me to wait again, and told if recharge not done then ur money ll be taken back to my YES BANK account.

                  WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON TO REACHARGE JUST 201 rupees.

                  EITHER VODAFONE OR YES-BANK ONLINE THINGS ARE NOT WORKING WELL

                  I have Data card connection of Vodafone on [protected]. I am a postpaid customer and recently I wanted to close the connection. I called the call centre twice in this regard. First person disconnected the call after making me wait for a while and the second said the connection can be closed only if I visit their Store along with the SIM card. I went to their Store and had to wait for more than one hour to meet their so called executive. This person coolly says I need to send a mail to their customer care. Easily the most hopeless bunch working at Vodafone. After wasting almost half a day I returned back home and sent a mail to Vodafone. I received a call after 2/3 days requesting me to continue the connection and offering me several alternatives.Now it's more than a week and the connection is still not closed.

                  I told them clearly that I will not pay any rentals after the date of notice. They are not even acknowledging the mails. Most hopeless service provider I have ever seen. I cannot understand why they want to trouble a customer by making him remain a customer against his will. I am planning to drag them to consumer forum. I even sent mails to their Nodal Officer and even the Nodal Officer is least bothered to do anything. TRAI says they have to acknowledge with Docket number and they are not even doing that.

                  Never ever become a postpaid customer to any of these useless companies. Be a prepaid customer and you can close the connection when ever you want.

                    i took a postpaid number in bangalore and the number is [protected]..i came to pune last month..i didnt know about my bill and bill centers over here yet..i want to disconnect the number and want my last month bill too..please send my bill along with information about various bill centers in pune to my mail id as soon as possible and also disconnect the number as i dont need it anymore..please take necessary actions soon.Also its not possible to contact customer care also..

                    This is with regards to the vodafone postpaid connection (ph.no [protected]) that I took while I was in Pune. I have been trying to cancel this connection from last 4 months as now I am in Delhi and no longer needs it. However, I have not been able to do so.

                    First of all its very difficult to get through your customer care number [protected]. Secondly, when one does get through it, one doesn't get the right information. Last time that I was able to get through, I was informed by one of your representatives that in order to cancel this connection, all I need to do is to go to a vodafone store and submit my application.

                    However, when I visited the store, I was told that since it is Pune no. they can't help me and that I'll have to send a mail to vodafone.[protected]@vodafone.com. I did send the mail and even after repetead reminders, have not received any reply till date. And I continue to receive bills.

                      i have recharged my prepaid vodafone through my online bank account at yesterday 5 PM . but still it hasnt been credited to my mobile. when i called vodafone customer care they are saying like it will take 24 hrs. Is it feasible to take 24 hrs to activate the recharge???? why they need 24 hrs to activate the recahrage.
                      i have bought a recharge volture in cochin of amount 100 . there i cannot recharge my amount .please tell me how to recharge my amount.

                      I Kaushal R. Parmar working with G.C.M.M.F. Ltd., Anand (Amul) using Vodafone prepaid card from last 3 years. I have not found any problem in any service of vodafone since last 3 years but it arises before 3 days when I recharged my prepaid mobile from www.icicibank.com website.

                      On 04/06/2009 I have recharged 2 prepaid mobiles ([protected] & [protected]) with the amount Rs. 501/- each; with the transaction i.d. as written above. I have not received any acknowledgement for recharge or balance yet from vodafone. When I have contacted ICICI bank they mailed me that the payment has been successfully processed to Vodafone. Than I have contacted your customer care department on 111 on 04/06/2009 at 4.50 pm, but I got the answer that we haven’t got any amount from ICICI bank till now. They asked me to contact ICICI bank. I again contacted ICICI Bank through mail and got the same answer that there is no issue in doing mobile recharge through online. Again I contacted 111 on 05/06/2009 at 2:20 pm but got the same reply. I am neither getting my mobile prepaid recharge nor getting my money refund. Both companies are not ready to take responsibility.

                        Let me introduce myself as an ex Hutch /Vodafone post paid customer from Jan, 2007, to Jan, 2008, paying an average bill of Rs 1300/-, with out any default. This mail is in reference with the difficulties I had to undergo regarding your improper bill generation and collection calls.This is the 3rd mail regarding this issue and I require a immediate feedback.

                        The plan I had was a monthly 299 rent(300 min free local calls +200 sms) + call charges, where I could make local calls + STD @ 1 Rs / min.But my bill for the month December shows an amount of 4550 Rs, where as which includes lot of ISD calls . I think there is some thing really wrong with your billing system. I always used an international calling card(Gulf calling cards ), to make ISD calls, since I don’t have the privilege to do ISD calls with the existing plan.I never requested the same also .

                        Now my family, my friends & myself are receiving unnecessary collection calls from your collection end and I am deeply troubled by the same. I already made it very clear my sending mails & talking to your customer care department regarding the contradictions in billing. But till date they never get back to me.


                        I could realize that it is not an individual experience since I came across the news that
                        even the Supreme Court has charged a complaint against your company, to reverse the money, which you charging for services which you provided, with out your customer’s consent.

                        I have still not received any positive reply from your side. It has been more than 3 months and I feel pity that a organization like yours are not a position to find out whether midasinfomedia Pvt Ltd is existing or not. I shall furnish you the details as your executive do not have the address of midas infomedia Pvt Ltd also when they booked the corporate account strange. I had asked her when I received a call last week anyways the details area s follows:

                        1. The domain name has been taken over by a consulting company based out of newzeland phone no +[protected].
                        2. Midas Infomedia is not operational if it is please send me the details . Second speak to Mr Mohammed Hanif who were the majority stake holder [protected] you would get the exact staus of the company.
                        3. Since 2 weeks were assured to me you people have not been able to solve my problem please refund me the payment mades to you with interest
                        4. PLEASE GO THROUGH ALL MY MAILS BEFORE MAKING A CALL.
                        5. Being honest is a pain that is why for the last 4-5 years paying this bill religiously as I had changed the billing address to my resident.
                        6. I have received you letter dated 29th Januray 2010 requesting to pay the bill. Please check the facts before sending the letters or bills.
                        7. I will hence forth not reveive any of your letters or bills on my residential address if my problem is not solved in next 3 days .
                        8. I will pay the outstanding bill only when my problem is solved and an apology letter from you senior management.

                          This is normal with Vodaphone. I am also trying to get internet connection, which was activated by Vodaphone but not activated at my end as my instrument was not compatible. When I speak to them they say send an SMS stating DACT VMC but when I send this, the system says please send a valid keyword. This is fraud.

                          My name is Thejus Pushparaj, I was a Vodafone postpaid service user, since their service was not up to the mark, I cancelled their connection by settling the bill and also confirmed that they disposed the SIM card. When I asked them to give me an affirmation regarding cancellation of the SIM and assurance that no one else will use that particular one, the executive in the office himself broke the SIM.
                          But I had the bill coming even after this. each time I would approach the customer care regarding this and they would say that it is a technical error, I also called up the office at Vazhuthcaud, trivandrum regarding the same...

                          Now I have a court summons saying that they going to take legal action against me for not paying the bills.. Now that really is frustrating.

                          I am post paid customer for couple of years, for first time my payment delayed for two days. they have charged Late payment charges, I request to waive off.
                          In some strange way vodafone2 VODAPHONE has activated and started deducting 50 Rupees. I am unable to talk to the customer care department as the number 111 is always busy. Every month they are charging for an unwanted service.

                          I would be stopped immediately. My phone number is [protected]

                          I get daily on an average of 11 automated calls from vodaphone (service provider). And the amazing part is they do not even see the watch when they are calling. I get the first call at 8.am, then 8.45a.m and then it goes on till 10.pm. Sometimes in the morning I am not even awake when they call and at night atimes i go off to sleep when the phone rings with their computer generated call. I have complained to the customer care so many times and also paid a charge of Rs.99 to stop this nonsense. The latest when I complained to customer care they sent me this message "Your service registration number is [protected]. Your query shall be responded by Friday 16-Jan-09 6.00 p.m." . But its 18-jan-09 and I am still getting their calls. Pls either take some action against them or tell me what can I do legally to get rid of these buggers...

                          i have a vodafone sim ([protected]) & i have activated 2 paise / sms offer by recharging currency or 49rupees/ month. same amount is deducted from my account (or rs 49 currency is deducted every month) & and this deduction takes place on every months 1st day . but suddenly they have deactiveted this service.and for each sms they r charging 1rupees.

                          My Vodafone number is [protected]. By default, Vodafone Alert Service is activated on 19.2.2010 and Rs 30 has been deducted. It is informe that same amount will be deducted every month. I don't like to contine this Alert service. Upon complain to 111 they advised me to send message on *123*95# but even thouh my pone number has not been deactivated.                           my vodafone prepaid number is [protected] and i was recently entered into 1p/2sec plan. with that paln im not satisfied because im not able to use the vodafone to vodafone 10p plan and after activating 1p/2sec i was entered into daily plan v2v 10p @ 2.50p per day that was activated and they deduct charges but the plan is not working and after that i went to a deler and e-recharge of 22/- done for v2v 10p for 7 days this was also not working. i called to customer care then i was realised that when 1p/2sec plan is working on that time other plans did not work. so please kindly deactivate my plan 1p/2sec so that i want to use v2v 10p plan.

                            I have using Vodafone (Hutch) since past 16 months and I activated black berry services couple of months back. Today itself, I came across a very non sense policy of Vodafone.

                            When I called customer care Vodafone and requested to cancel my BB Services, I was told that it can happen only if I inform before the last date of the billing cycle and as today is the first day of the next billing cycle, I have no options but I have to pay for minimum of One month irrespective of my usage.

                            It looks like a method to get money from customer and cheat them because If I am interested in getting a new service activated it takes only 1/2 days but for deactivation I have to pay for minimum no. of days..

                            Is it justified?

                              According to 888 (the vodafone delight), if I recharge with the amount of Rs 245, then I should get talktime of Rs 245.I also took from your customer care executive, and they also said that I will get full talktime on recharging with Rs 245 on 13th feb 2009.So after recharging with Rs 245, I got only Rs 108.05 instead of Rs 245 promised by your vodafone customer care and vodafone delight.Still now I havenot got the remaining BALANCE.I talked to the customer care but they said that they can not do any thing for it and they were not able to satisfy me.
                              So do take action against it as soon as possible.

                                I have very bad experence with vodafone service and billing issue. I lauched complaint serveral time in my both mobile no [protected] & [protected] but no result till today( ple see below emails) I have also file complaint to trai due to your lazy bevaiour.

                                I file fresh complaint on 8th of April (registration no[protected]but in between vodafone people deactived my mobile no [protected] without warning. This is not acceptable to me.vodafone people is harassing me without solving my pending issue and always asked pending dues that is illigal bcoz of wrong committment given by vodafone people (already written below). How can I receive feedback against my latest complaint due to deactivation of my mobile no [protected]. Now request vodafone company to sovle my billing issue'

                                  I am online with a customer care executive of Vodafone from My other number [protected]. The executive has kept me on hold for last 90 mins. I had called to inform him that my outgoing has been blocked due to wrong billing which led to the bill being more than the limit. Last evening I had spoke to the customer care who said that I need not pay the excess amount of Rs. 1746 wrongly charged to my bill. Since it was wrongly charged, I had requested the person online, to activate my outgoing which he has refused to do so. If the excess amount is deducted my bill doesn’t go beyond the limits.

                                  The executive name is Mr. Amit Moda, that’s the information I received from your other executive.

                                  I’m still online with the person who has kept me on hold at the time of writing this complaint. I had called at around 11 am. I’ve never ever experienced any such problems with Vodafone
                                  from the time I started using Vodafone. Is this the way to treat the customers?

                                  Person like Amit are spoiling the reputation of Vodafone. I hope Vodafone would take this matter seriously and a strict action will be taken in this regard.

                                    My No[protected].
                                    Every time I stop a call (outbound), if the duration displayed in my cell is (say) xxmin 40sec, the message I get from Vodafone as xx.42 or xx.43. And thing seems worse if the duration is xxmin 57sec or 58sec.
                                    Earlier I was told by your customer care that my mobile is not able to track the duration properly.
                                    Now the same problem persists with advanced mobile set too.

                                    So pl clarify.
                                    Also kindly refrain from such mean work to generate extra income, if doing deliberately.

                                      i dialled 888 on my vodafone mobile. It said that you can get E - Top Up "STV 69" for Rs. 55 and it will be deducted from your talkvalue, to opt for this offer press 2. I just cancelled the call. After 2-3 days, there was a deduction of Rs. 55 from my talkvalue. Again on the next day, a deduction was made of Rs. 55. What is this? This is very ridiculous, until we opt for an offer, how do vodafone impose that offer on us?
                                      This is very ironic.
                                      I personally feel that the services of vodafone has been deteriorating after Hutch.

                                      I trying to contact Vodafone customer care but not getting response.

                                      Since Yesterday 5.50pm i am trying to contact with customer care but not getting connected as I refilled Rs.222(Full Talk Time Value) & received the same immediately.
                                      Then second time I refilled Bonus Card Rs.52 Transaction Reference No.MCIT[protected], Dtd:-05/03/2010, time:- 17:46:27 online transaction shown success from VODAFONE (Visa Card Payment)

                                      But for this transaction i don't deceived any message confirmation on my Mobile No and since that time I communicating your several executive Mr.Amit, Shukla, Abid for rectification and also followed their instruction as they promised me to activate my Rs.52 Bonus Card within 3 Hrs. But now it's 18 Hrs. are over but no any update, even customer care center is not connecting through my mobile phone (only IVR machine working).
                                      No any executive are available on line and why they are giving wrong commitment and assurance for Service request updating... Now i have deactivated my earlier Rs.11 plan for STD... But New Rs.52 Plan is not activated...I become Handicapped (High Charges per call & no any support from customer care.

                                      As per my experience Very Pathetic and poor customer support from VODAFONE side.

                                      This is requested to you Please help me out to resolve my problem on high priority to save my trust.

                                        i recharged with 533/- rupees as i got a message to my mobile regardin the recharge the for ugadi recharge with 533/- and get 533/- talktime with one year validity. so i went to the persn near my house and i asked about the offer he said he does know. so i told him to call the coustomer care centre, and he did it. so the coustomer care executive said that there is the offer who only get that particular message and that will be activated fully by 24 hours. for that time when i recharged he gave me 349.37 and one month validity. and today wen i called the coustomer care they were saying that there was no such offer for 533/- and 533/- talktime but instead there is a offer for 599/- rupees a 533/- talktime with one year validity. If there is no such offer why has my account recharged with 349.37/- and a one month validity
