[Resolved]  Vodafone — Complaint regarding disgusting customer service

To Whom it may concern,

This letter is regarding the vodafone connection [protected].
I'm very saddened by the fact that the service thats been provide to me was way below acceptable standard.
I'm sending this mail as complaint and also a request to back date 399 plan from Jan 10/2008.
From December'07 last week week I was trying to change my plan.1st of all when I contacted vodafone office they told me to take a new connection to avail the corporate plan.But later vodafone care advice me that I can send a request to corporate care.Since I work for a banking process, I'm not allowed to send mail outside company.When I raised this concern they advice me to send a request from our managers i.d. which I did & got a reply that I should put the request from my own official i.d.I again explained situation to vodafone executives in office again thats the only option remaining is to take a new connection which I think was ridiculous.I've checked with vodafone care they were just giving me standard answer instead of giving me a solution.I was so frustrated, I asked for someone higher, for a simple procedure of changing a plan.They again gave me email ids for managers for corporate care outside my company.You dont how frustrated I felt.Finaly my manager in office told me to contact Lubina Ali.She advice to send a mail to her so that she can forward it to corporate care.One of my collegue was also trying to change his plan also.So Lubina advice to put 1 single request for both o[censored]s.My collegue did same as I was on exam leaves.After 3 days lubina replied to put a seperate request for my number, which I did.It took almost 3 weeks, many calls to corporate care managers, many visits to vodafone care & many false promises to get my plan changed.Vodafone promised me also that my plan will be back dated to Jan10/2008 becuase it was not my fault that the so called vodafone care executives dont know how to help a customer with a peculiar problem.You must understand that I took this much stain for a simple plan change during my exam time.
I was told number of times that 399 plan will be apllied on any bill from Jan'10/2008 itself which never happened and MY WHOLE BILL CAME WRONG FOR JAN'10/2008 TILL FEB'10/2008 which is never corrected till yet and I requested for the correct bill which too I never recieved.
So I humbly request to back date my plan to Jan 10 /2008 & refund the previous plan charge & also the clip charge thats been added on my bill as I strongly beleive that I'm not the person who have to be penalised for inefficency of the vodafone.By the way i'll tell you two more intesting facts, the plan features provide to me by vodafone in genpact & the plan thats been applied for my connection is different, so I need a mail explaining my tariff plan.
Another intresting thing I would share with you is that till now I did'nt get any single right information or help from vodafone reagarding my connection, it is my collegues who helped me.
I hope I'll get an apology letter( not the standard apology) letter & also give me one good reason why should I be with vodafone even after all these trauma.

I have already sent this mail on 9th march at corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com but nevey had any reply till yet (16/3/08)

I RECHARGED MY MOBILE [protected] THROUGH VODAFONE.CO.IN ON 11/02/2013 WITH RS.350 THROUGH DEBIT CARD.BUT IN BETWEEN THERE IS A LOT OF OPTIONS (i.e., advertisement) FROM EBAY.IN APPEARED, I IGNORED ALL OF IT.MY TRANSACTION WAS SUCCESSFUL& TRANSACTION I.D.-MSPD[protected], IN SPITE OF THAT, MY BALANCE WAS SAME AS PREVIOUS & SMS CAME ON MOBILE VERY LATE ABOUT CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT REGARDING RECHARGE BUT EBAY.IN SMS CAME BEFORE IT.THAT WAS CREATING CONFUSION, PLZ TRY TO AVOID THESE UNNECESSARY ADVERTISEMENT IN BETWEEN THE RECHARGE.SO THAT CONFUSION COULD BE AVOIDED.

[protected] .This number all of a sudden stopped working displaying a message"emergency calls only".We contacted your Office at Sant Nagar East of Kailash New Delhi.We were told that the sim had worn out and a duplicate one was sent which we received on 9th Feb. Duplicate one also did not work and so had to visit same Office for assistance. The attendant again repeated the story of Sim having worn out and needed to be replaced. We awaited for the consignment which did not come. In the mean time I sent two mails duly acknowledged by Vodafone. Today before going to an alternate service provider I gave a call on your No.[protected].. After interaction I was told that the Sim has not been activated. Was advised to read the Sim No. for follow up action.Now have to wait till it activates.
would like to k prevail up on
to fix up responsibility for not properly guiding a customer,
to waive rentals for the period the facility was not utilised.
to impart proper training to the counter staff.

hi this is aditya i have post paid connection with u my no. are [protected], [protected], [protected] my main concern is without any intimation they stoped the services of my no. [protected] .

when i visited the your vodafone store opposite the v3s shopping mall laxmi nagar there mr. manas and his team behave with me very rudely
they were not willing to listen any word regarding my problem they not shown there emjpthyness while sharing information with me they called me go and lodge the wghere ever you want.

so pls take neccesary action against the manas and his team.

my rental data plan 98 is over on 21st July, i received msg, i am using 2000.05 mb.
then i deactivate the data plan of 98, ,
after than i ll activate 3g plan of 100 rs =300mb, , but not giving correct information

this complaint is regarding vodafone 3G netconnection no [protected] i am extremely dissapointed to inform you that not only I am unable to use 3G netconnect but the rude and unprofessional behavior of vodafone executive at Vasant vihar outlet when I went there to complain regarding 3g netconnect no one responded and they just tried to mislead and confuse me none of the executive tried to rectify problems one executive just checked online and told me that you have exhausted your data limit consecquently you are unable to receive 3G service .Here I want to inform you thatwhereas I am unable to get 3G service even for one day where is the question of exhausting my data limit this is absolutely unethical and immoral trade practice when I am paying for 3G plan then it is your professional commitment to provide me 3 G netservice Iunfortunately your company netconnection service is not only very poor but all the female staff working at the Basant lok (Vasant Vihar) New Delhi satff areextremly negligent and iresponsible who have no sense of responsibility
I do hope appropriate action should be taken against those responsible for causing unnessasry harasment to me and I do hope My netconnection problem may be rectified.
