[Resolved]  Vodafone — Complaint regarding disgusting customer service

To Whom it may concern,

This letter is regarding the vodafone connection [protected].
I'm very saddened by the fact that the service thats been provide to me was way below acceptable standard.
I'm sending this mail as complaint and also a request to back date 399 plan from Jan 10/2008.
From December'07 last week week I was trying to change my plan.1st of all when I contacted vodafone office they told me to take a new connection to avail the corporate plan.But later vodafone care advice me that I can send a request to corporate care.Since I work for a banking process, I'm not allowed to send mail outside company.When I raised this concern they advice me to send a request from our managers i.d. which I did & got a reply that I should put the request from my own official i.d.I again explained situation to vodafone executives in office again thats the only option remaining is to take a new connection which I think was ridiculous.I've checked with vodafone care they were just giving me standard answer instead of giving me a solution.I was so frustrated, I asked for someone higher, for a simple procedure of changing a plan.They again gave me email ids for managers for corporate care outside my company.You dont how frustrated I felt.Finaly my manager in office told me to contact Lubina Ali.She advice to send a mail to her so that she can forward it to corporate care.One of my collegue was also trying to change his plan also.So Lubina advice to put 1 single request for both o[censored]s.My collegue did same as I was on exam leaves.After 3 days lubina replied to put a seperate request for my number, which I did.It took almost 3 weeks, many calls to corporate care managers, many visits to vodafone care & many false promises to get my plan changed.Vodafone promised me also that my plan will be back dated to Jan10/2008 becuase it was not my fault that the so called vodafone care executives dont know how to help a customer with a peculiar problem.You must understand that I took this much stain for a simple plan change during my exam time.
I was told number of times that 399 plan will be apllied on any bill from Jan'10/2008 itself which never happened and MY WHOLE BILL CAME WRONG FOR JAN'10/2008 TILL FEB'10/2008 which is never corrected till yet and I requested for the correct bill which too I never recieved.
So I humbly request to back date my plan to Jan 10 /2008 & refund the previous plan charge & also the clip charge thats been added on my bill as I strongly beleive that I'm not the person who have to be penalised for inefficency of the vodafone.By the way i'll tell you two more intesting facts, the plan features provide to me by vodafone in genpact & the plan thats been applied for my connection is different, so I need a mail explaining my tariff plan.
Another intresting thing I would share with you is that till now I did'nt get any single right information or help from vodafone reagarding my connection, it is my collegues who helped me.
I hope I'll get an apology letter( not the standard apology) letter & also give me one good reason why should I be with vodafone even after all these trauma.

I have already sent this mail on 9th march at corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com but nevey had any reply till yet (16/3/08)

Number still not Closed after paying the full amount and still getting bill testaments
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE MAIL

Hi

My name is Louina Thomas And my mobile Vodafone No (Post Paid) was -[protected], I have already paid my bill on 17th November 2013 of Rs-2800 with an attached requesting letter to close this number and still getting Bills for the same.I paid the bill to Mr. Arun Kumar ID-525 contact no-[protected], Receipt no-61254 but he has not closed this number and i am getting disturbed by Vodafone Executive for the same.So i request you to close this number as i have already paid for it and i don't want any more disturbance and if it continues i will file an F.I.R at my local police station.

I want strict action taken against Vodafone Field Executive Mr. Arun Kumar ID-525 contact no-[protected] as he misbehaved over the phone when i tried to call and explain the situation to him.As there is no ownership as what so ever to handle the customer concern.
This is the final time that i am mailing you for this matter if it continues then i will file an complain now please close this number--[protected] as i have already paid for it and i will not give a single penny more for it.It is the worst customer service from you guys.

I need a mail stating that this number has been closed in the same email ID from which i am mailing you right now.

I DIALLED VODAFONE CARE SPOKE TO PAWAN KUMAR AN REP...SAD TO SAY THAT HE WAS SO RUDE AND DONT EVEN HAS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILL..DONT KNOW WHY COMPANY HIRES THOES UNPROFFESSIONAL CUSTOMER CARE ASSOCIATES.


I RECENTLY MOVED TO VODAFONE POSTPAID AND THAT IS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE I HAVE DONE I MY LIFE, I DO INTERNATIONAL CALLS AND HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED THE LIMIT OF RS 900 WHICH IS NOTHING, SO I CALLED THEM THAT I SPEND RS 900 ON ONE CALL AND I CANT RUN TO VODAFONE STORE EVRY DAY TO MAKE A PAYMENT TO AVAOID DISCONNECTIOM CAUSE I WORK SO I TOLD THEM TO INCREASE MY CREDIT LIMIT.HE WAS UNHELPFUL SO I SPOKE TO A SUP CALLED JASPREET AND HE WAS EVEN MORE UNHEPLFUL AND FINALLY I LOST ALL HOPES WHEN HE HUNG UP ON ME SAYING"KAR K DIKHU DISONNECT"

I got new post paid connection on 30th May 2014.I am facing 3G network problem from day one.I have talk to Vodafone customer care but no action from your side, still I am facing the problem.

I am 5 years old priority customer of Vodafone... I lost my phone on the 9th night... I blocked my phone the very same night... The next day i went to the Rohini Sec - 3, Vodafone care with an FIR i lodged a request to activate my old number with a new sim card... Its almost been 36 hrs and i have been to the store twice with job still not done... I have been calling your Vodafone care executive and have been lodging the complain regularly but to no help...

Its such a mental harassment to be without a no. used for 5 long years... Its been a loss of time and business...

This is not really the way i expected a request to be treated by a premium service provider like you... Your staff at the stores as well as your customer care executives are really incompetent and dont know how to respond to a customer... I really am in a stress because of your lack of seriousness... I expect a written reasoning regarding the delay and your inefficiency...

I expect a compensation against the stress undergone from your end...

has changed it to 1099 without my permission hence it is not my fault

To whomsoever it may concern..
This is a complaint against [protected] customer care service number. I registered a complaint to the customer care executive at the above mentioned number regarding my balance deduction to an internet service, activated on its own, which they promised me to be returned within 24 hours. To the surprise, no action was taken in the stipulated time and hence I called them again and talked to them. As per their "so called rules", listened to the complaints and dropped it to the junk, since no action was taken by them. Also they promised that, I would receive a call in 24 hours from their side as the senior person who is to resolve this issue is not present at the moment, for which I am waiting till today, since 12 days. If you have to deduct someone's balance without their permission, then why do you offer such high promises in advertisements. I would call it a DACOITY rather than service as you guys know most of the consumers don't know about the procedure of returning money. Also tell us, what we can do to get the lost amount back. My number is [protected], if anyone concerned read this comment, can give me a call to my number, else I would understand that this whole system of yours is a HOAX to cheat people in the name of service.
The girl to whom I talked was telling her name Prerna.
I am your customer for last ten years but could never get satisfactorily services by your customer care service personals. There behavior and attitude is not helping to the customers.
Recently my outgoings are stopped but unable to get reason and details. Wish to port my phone number to another service provider . kindly help.

Vodafone India — wrongly deduction of account balance

Today there was 39 rupees was deducted From my mobile no [protected] for downloading as I have not used any downloading service. Kindly refund my amount urgently

Vodafone — Deduction of Rs.45 without my knowledge

Company has deducted Rs. 45 on 01.05.15 from my Vodafone no. [protected] towards "[protected]@" service. I never applied for any service. I want my money back.

Unable to call Customer Care 198 nor 111 and Balance deducted nearly 200Rs

My balance are getting deducted by auto service activation, which I have not opted for. Where I am trying to call customer care my number is not connecting also I required my balance to be reimbursed back. I have almost Lost of 200Rs
