i have been using ur services from a year i guess but i am really very annoyed by ur excecutives or voda help people . they have forcefuly cencelled my number ...due to no reason, , , , , i have called many times but got nothing that was useful to me ..
any ways its not my cencern about how to run vodapone but atleast u lost ur customer for that. i can use other services but really annoyed by those vodaphone help they are useless

As i was using our vodafone postpaid no at last one year now i'l changed my no as pre paid no. i submit complete id proof in our vodafone store AT LAST 10 DAYS BACK now the number is barred. that sim for an official purpose not an personal use. we unable to give the connection still now. my mobile no [protected]-[protected]. please kindly note and make connection please. i'm kindly awaiting for your kind reply.

Vodafone — Regarding taking new connection of vodafone
Hi,I used to use a vodafone prepaid connection, which i later converted to postpaid. In the month of may, 2008 i have disconnected the number. Now i would like to get the same number. But when i called the customer care persons they said that that particular number can be taken as a postpaid number but cannot be issued as a prepaid number it seems. Is this true ?
Once the number is disconnected, it can be issued either as a prepaid or postpaid ?
