First of all i want to tell you that i am your 10-12 years old track coustmer now my complaint

I am not satisfied by ur services o[censored]r mini store Pooja Teleshop located at S-4/64 old mahabir nagar oop metro pillar no 553 Ph.:[protected], [protected].


On last Sunday 12/October/2008 i was gone to your mini store at the above address for b, coz my old prepaid no [protected] has been loss somewhere so i can go for a new sim along with Police Complaint & Passport Xerox as a ID proof before I can conform from ur c.care(111) that how much i can pay for new sin 7 ur executive tell me 99/- Rs. but when I go to pooja teleshop (Mr. Gaurav) ask 150/-Rs for new sim I’m tell him that ur c.care tell me 99/-rS he was say me to talk to his owner when i was talk to his owner (Mr. Subash) was tell me now the was giving us less margin so company tell us what ever charge to consumer then I am saying to him that is not the right answer i can give ur complaint to Vodafone so he was talk rudely & say you can do what you want to do i don't have any tension I am Vodafone dealer I can do what ever I wants now if you can do anything so please help me in this...

Having lost my prepaid SIM i found that the number was issued on the name of some other person. as per the guidance by a person working in vodafone ministore at mayur vihar phase 1 i changed the plan to Post paid and submitted the copy of license for identity proof. As per the commitment the number should have started working day before yesterday but as of till now its not active. have signed up for the plan on 24 night. when i made calls to customer care 111 and [protected] they claimed that the plan will be active in due course of time. For the first time i switched to Vodafone because my reliance handset is stolen and i played a bet with vodafone. It's frustrating for the way you advertise and claim about your services but its working vice-versa. You people should learn something from Reliance, that the way you commit should work as per that, else don't commit and create a wrong scenario.

[protected] from date 4/5/09 I wish to activate friend group facility on No. [protected] & ACTFF [protected] an send to 144 may cell hence I tried to activate it at date 09/05/2009 but still it is not activate I discussed about it with customer care on date 10/05/09 they told me your friend group facility will be activate with 24 hours and successful SMS sent but still it to not done hence I approach to your vodafone dealer Bhadgaon dist Jalgaon (M.S.) he personally discussed this issue with your personal based at Nagpur, Pune but it was not come into channel. The my self and dealer made contact to your personal no. on [protected], [protected], [protected] still it is not activate.
Secondly from my available cell balance Rs. 72 was deducted automatically I don’t understand without any my use how it was deducted on 19/05/09. I received your sms an date 23/05/09 that local vodaphone to vodafone will be free on 110 mints the recharge of Rs. 27 hence I made it but today also I am unable to get that facility.

I am sorry to say you that I am very much unhappy with your service please make some improvement by reimbursing me 40:00 paise per call made by me date 9/05/09 as a penalty. And refuel my 72 Rs. Unwontedly deducted by your company and avail vodafone to vodafone free fascility as I made Recharge of Rs. 27 for it

Request you not sol this problem so I complaint to the consumer care office.

    Dear Sir,

    I have received a message from vodafone mentioning that standard tarriffs rates would be applicable on 27th and 28th October 2008 (diwali) and not the normal rate as per the tarriff plan i have.

    I dont think this is an acceptable practice and that a company can increase tarriff for any particular day. TRAI should ensure that such companies dont cheat consumers in such manner.

      Pathetic customer service by vodafone. Illiterate guys are hired for the customer service position who doesnt know what the customer service is. I was shocked to know they dont have legal department for any one missusing their name.

      I am being cheated by taking vodafone name and they collected money by showing vodafone id card and providing me the receipt. I have submited this receipt at vodafone gallery they have taken complaint but now they are asking me to find who has done that.

      I think vodafone brand is being effected by such cause so they should take care of such situation and they should find it. I am stucked with vodafone despite of pathetic customer service from past 2 years as i have forwarded this number to too many places, so i dont want to STOP this number.

      I received a call from malad office and was explained about new promo packs where in call rates will be very cheap for which i need to pay 600 per card. I paid Rs. 1800 for my 3 cards on 9th aug 2008 for getting that offer. I am continuously following up these guys they are just asking me to call pune number - visit gallery - call hotline - launch a compaint from pune police.

      PLEASE LEARN WHAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ?

      i have not been receiving any sms's for the past one month.

      My Vodafhone no.are [protected] and [protected] .
      I want to say that when ever i went in roming, my vodafhone nos did not work.i already complain in vodafhone costomer care but they din't help me.my vodafhone nos about 10 days not working dated- 7/5/09 to 17/5/09.

      After that now my vodafhone no [protected] in SURAT (Gujrat) and its not working.

        I am Archana Kaithwar and i live in bangalore.so may time i had gone to vodafone shop and i have requested them to convert my vodafone number from postpaid to preapaid but they are not at all ready to do this. they are telling me that it is not possible i am ready to clear my bill amount but they are not listening me. I have visited to vodafone shop so many times but they are not ready to log my request also.I know that we can convert our number into prepaid but why they are misleading me regarding this I dont know the reason.         Hi,
        This is sudipta das.There is a big issue in your customer support executive.Many times i found that without my confirmation some one trafer the line and where he/she transfer that was ringing noone received and at last my line got disconnected.Today i called and spoke to mis sofia and next to santa those did the same thing.Please stop them to do that or terminate those bluddy people.Thanks

        I am agree from Archana's claim. It should be a policy to convert from post paid to pre-paid but it's ur bad luck misses Archana that there is no such type of plan in Indain Telecom company. Thansk for writing a long complain.
        there is plan in AIRTEL if you have AIRTEL postpaid connection then you can convert it into prepaid, so why not that bloody VODAFONE can give this offer!!!11

        I am getting the flash messages offen and due to that i have lost 12 rupees. So please refund the money and further i do not want any flash messages from Vodafone to my mobile number [protected].

        Also several time i have called the customer care to consider this as a compliant but they are ignore the compliant.

        Please consider the above request as a complaint and solve this issue as soon as possible.

        If still it go on further then will change my service to Airtel network.

          Hi, i am varun arora, i am using vodafone postpaid connection from last 9 - 10 months, and i cant tell how patahtic they are in customer care service, i have spoken to their managers and even top boses but nothing happend, i have shared my feedback with call centre head but no responce, want to share one main problem ... From last 6 or 7 months i am facing a problem with Vodafone 111 and 1111 service, where this IVR SERVICE tells giving me wrong information, it never tells me correct outstanding that i have to pay, and it always tells me incorrect due date. I have esclated this issue with top boses and call centre heads but nothing happend. I have asked for business head of vodafone india, they have provided me a name Mr. sanjay sahni . but they are not ready to trasffer my calls or arrange a call back for me from Mr. sahney.
          I would like to have my bill details of this No.([protected]), at my email address.

          hi guys dis is mak today on 7thsep 2009 i've spoked to one Csr(cstmr Cre Rep) those people told me they will send the itemised bill to my mail ID... but not even once they have sent the bill to my mail ID.. i started shouting on him then that fellow said "sir be professional or else i will disconnect d call n that bugger disconnect he is so rude... very bad exp with vdfne Cstmr Cre Rep, , so much of Attitude is this the way to speak with Cstmrs, well V thought that vodafone is the Best Provider in India, so v optd it... but v r not satisfied with vdfne...!!! Change your CSR's Coz they don have manners to speak with customers very rude.. i don kno wat there quality managers, process managers T.L's wat they r doing, they cnt even handle a team or 1 guy, just hav bcme Faculty of vdfne.. nut what so ever Guys its a "HUMBLE REQUEST DON GO FOR VODAFONE"Specially Postpaid.

            Hi,

            I am Anoop Nair, writing this mail from Bangalore. I have two pre paid connections with Vodafone. On August 28th I topped up one of my account (Number : [protected]) with Rs. 150. At the time of topping it up it was not told the amount will be having only one month validity. All of a sudden on 1st week of September I got a message on my phone saying that the amount will have only one month validty and whatever be the balance after that period will be cut. So I got surprised as I was unaware of this. So I contacted Vodafone care and asked about this. So the executive who attended the callwas unable to answer and he connected the call to one of your process lead.He addressed himself as Pratheesh.
            I raised this concern and he told me this rule was implied on September 1st and I have to bear with it.But when I asked when it is implied on September and I topped up on August how will it affect me?

            On this regard he contacted his backend.I donno whom he contacted.Later he told me he will contact me with in 24 hrs.He didnt contact within 24 hrs and i was about to call him the other day and he contacted me after 48hrs!!He told me my account will not be debited and if debited I could call him and he is taking the responsibility of re crediting my account.
            After 1 month (28th of September)some 30+ rupees was debited from my account . So I contacted Mr Pratheesh and he told me he will recredit it with in 48 hrs.But nothing happend!! I again contacted him he told it will get credited with in 24 hrs.Again nothing happened. After another 24 hrs I again contacted Vodafone Care.So I got reply from customer care executive that Mr.Pratheesh is busy in some work!! and he will give me call after some time.I didnt get any call.And the next day I again contacted customer care and some one else picked up and told Pratheesh will be availabel on evening, he will call in the evening.i didnt get call .
            Next day I tried to contact him but customer care executoves didnt connect me to pratheesh saying they dont have facility to connect!!!
            Later next day I called him up again but the "busy man" was busy that day also...I dont know in customer care centres apart from answering customer complaints what makes them busy?!!Then he cheked with Pratheesh and told me amount will be credited and if I want to talk to Pratheesh I will have to contact him later again!!!
            He would have thought I have this work only !!!I told him this will be the last call from my side to Vodafoen.if my uissue is not getting resolved I know how to get it done..Still neither the amount is credited not the "busy man" Pratheesh has contacted me in this regard.then who is giving him this authority to make such promises?If he is making promise from Vodafone end does n't it a mandatory promise to fulfill.Now it is not just the matter of 30 rupees for me.Now I feel I got cheated by Vodafone which I cannot tolerate.

            Please let me know any solution/suggestion for this problem.

            Vodafone — Unable to fulfill the promise

            I was a blackberry user, vodafone executive called me an introduced Beneficial blackberry service plan with 6 months advance rental. And I was told, in case I would not use Blackberry after sometime The amount will be adjusted in other services and bill.

            After 10 days of activating the plan, I left Blackberry and moved to iphone, they charged me with Rs 2500 for advance blackberry services. When I contacted customer care for the same, they said they will give me a waiver of Rs 1000 since I am not using blackberry services anymore so no point of charging advance 6 months rental.

            They forced me to pay a bill of Rs3042 ! as they discontinued all the services, even Incoming call service. And I am continuously asking for a call as whenever I dial customer care nobody picks my call and it stays on hold forever.

            NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, NO CALL BACK , NO EMAIL RESPOND! NOthing has been provided yet!!! THAT TOO AFTER A PROMISE OF ADJUSTING MY 1000 BUCKS IN NEXT BILL!

            What a shameful and ignorant customer support you have guys!

              Acoordng to advice given on toll free No.888(your appropriate recharge) on 7.10.2008 endavour was made by
              the retailed to get recharge of Rs.111/-..It was informed that
              it is not a valid recharge.Therefore, retailer preferred recharge of
              Rs.110/ The recharge has been credited by Rs.97/- towards
              ISD calls which is not my necessacity.The company should have
              informed that this amount is ment for ISD calls.Without informing they have credited this amount against only ISD calls.
              The amount after due taxes must be allowed as pre-paid.Even
              here it is transparent that the co., has failed to observed
              commercial discipline eg.E&OE.It is shameful to the company.
              If the co., fails to give reverse credit not only me but I will by
              specific campaign turn No.of future customers towards other
              service providers and also firm in my intention to sue the matter
              in cour of law.

                This is regarding the Mob No. [protected] which is in the name of Mr. Nishant Tandon as cust is using this no. since 05-APR-07 had a corporate a/c. GECIS 22.



                Cust was going out of station that why he had put the no. in safe custody for 1 yr. from Navyug market on the 4th Apr. by paying 600 Rs. By cash of Rs 600/- RT: 5151596. & SR#[protected].



                After that someone had called on customer care & made the request for duplicate sim card by courier SR# [protected] on 26th May. & get it reactivate the sim card on 4th Jun by customer care by confirming all the details.



                After that billing address got changed by the customer care to C 2 MAJDOOR JANTA CAMP near fly azad pur, New Delhi- 110033.SR# [protected].



                And cust wants to know abt the user call, l details wants to know that who is using his identity & no. and is suspected that someone has internally misused the customers confidential information and is using his identity and number.

                respected sir, mene vodafone ka 199rs me 2.5gb gprs free karvaya tha and last month se company regularly 200mb khatam hone pe massege bhejti thi pehle 200mb then 400mb-600mb aise 2000mb tak msg bheje jabki company ko 2500 mb tak msg bhejna chahiye tha 2000mb ke baad koi msg nahi aaya toh me gprs use kar raha tha ki company se har 200mb khatam hone par msg aahi jata hai na itne msg bheje to but company ne msg nahi bheja 2000mb ke baad and baad me mera bill aaya to pata chala ki 3300 mb use ho gaye hai and 8523 ka bill aaya jab mene vodafone office pe visit ki to woh bol rahe hai ki ham 80% tak hi msg bhejte hai me yeh keh raha hu ki company ko pehle se hi inform karna chahiye na ki ham 80% use tak hi msg bhejenge to me itna use hi nahi karta jabki meri salary 12000rs hai to me 8523 bill kaha se pay kar paunga ghar kese chalaunga me. agar company har 200 mb khatam hone ka msg hi nahi bhejti tp me alert rehta aur 2500mb jo 199rs ke plan me free hai itni hi use karta na ya fir company ko 200mb khatam hone ke msg bhejne hi nahi chahiye mujhe aur bheje to 2500mb tak bhejne chahiye ab aap bataye me ghar ka khar chalavu ya bill pay karu kese karu itna paise wala nahi hu me. regards pinkesh reliyawala [protected] jai hind

                  Dear Service Provider,

                  Please deactivate my vodafone connection [protected] with immediate effect and stop every kind of billing.

                  I had alreday paid a sum of 400 rs/- to your collection execitives and they said you need not to pay any amount after that but still i am receiving the bills with add on charges while i am not using the connection anymore. So please stop disturbing your customers and spoiling the name of your brand.

                  Vodafone — delays in collecting payments

                  Since months I am facing problem with this " Happy to Help - Vodafone " service provider, one of agency named innova communictions from noida is mentally harassing me since months, as they call me every month that your due date is coming so pay the bill by due date and as I say them to send their executive they deny to send, and when I file a complaint against them in vodafone customer care nothing happens and I have to pay late payment just becoz of them, many of the time they committed to send their executive then again it happens, same problem happened this month as my due date was on 3rd Nov, an exevutive called me on 2nd and said that she will send her executive and they didn't. I have filed a complaint against them every month but this careless service provider does nothing. They should not say HAPPY TO HELP, it should be HAPPY TO HARRAS.

                    I am Raju A Vagale,
                    My Mobile Nos are [protected], [protected], and [protected] this complain about a preson calling up every time and telling me to pay my bill the collection the agents who call up are rowdies he said "PAY THE BILL OR I'LL CUT YOUR LEGS OFF" he is not ready to tell his name if I ask him his name he is yelling and telling "why do you want my name? just pay the bill" the number from which I received the call is [protected]/34/35 also he is not calling up on my mobile, he is calling up on my residence landline and harassing my mom, sister and wife he does not have manners how to speak to cuatomers? not customers, atleast ladies for that matter? if they tell him to call up on my mobile he said he is not gonna call up next time he'll directly come to my house and cut off my legs.. and not only he spoke to me rudely he even spoke to my mother very badly.

                    This is not the First time this is happening before this I had the same problem and had complained about this and I was told this incident would never happen again and will take action on that person who called up but nothing has been done yet and now the same person is calling up again and acting the same way again. I had been Vodafone's customer since 2003 that is when it was Hutch there was no problem from all these years but from the time Hutch has become Vodafone the company had hired rowdies for collection of bills everytime if I miss a payment some rowdies call up and abuse me over the phone for not paying the bill but infact there is a security deposit of Rs. 3000 in my account. so I request you to find out who had called up and take action against him and he should apologise to me or if you cant do it then I dont need to do any business with rowdies so please disconnect all my connections.

                    Yes, even am facing the same issues. Tehse people say that they are fthe legal officers of vodafone and the person has said his name as Dashrad Rao. that says that he is the legal office of vodafone. vodafone gives the worst service and they except the customers to make the payment for false billing and the amount they have charged unnecessiarly. vodafone sucks and [censored]s the customers...

                      My Name is Jishil from kerala my no.is [protected], from last 4 months i cant contact the customer care many times im register the complaint from my friends and relatives no.but till they not take any action hope u will find a good solution for this problem

                      On 19OCT08 at around 4:30PM, I sent a SMS (CRIC to 56789) with my vodafone mobile. It was just a guess to get a status of India-Australia test match. After sending the massage I started recieving some odd massage ( somwtihng like "link 2/15 & 6 $ ^&*#$%^^% ^&&^ ^&^& Password invalid"etc). It was keep on coming 1 massage 2 massage 3 massage... keep on 4 5 6 7 8...same mysterius text. I decided to call to customer care. Well like everyday they put my call on hold, massage like " your call is important to us, thanks for you patience was keep on coming". After 24 minutes on hold I cut the call ( In between maggage was keep on coming and my mail box was filled with 42 massages) and call them again and I placed on hold and waited for 30 minutes to connect. After getting frustated I disconnect the call and never able to connect to customer care. Well fortunatally massage is not coming now.

                      outgoing call is not working from my mobile.still i have a lot of balance.I made call customer care a lot .but couldn't connect .
                      I have recently done MNP (mobile number portability) to Vodafone from Airtel and I had been a customer for Airtel for 5 Years however this kind of harassment never happened to me. I think i have made the worst decision of my life wherein i have switched to Vodafone. I called Vodafone customer care to activate my 3G data plan for 650 and then had to call them 3 more time to get the service finally activated. Then i lost my unfortunately lost my iPhone and had to get the 3G data plan deactivated BUT these guys are hungry of money and will never deactivate any services. It has been several days when i have been trying to connect with the so called Vodafone care and never get to the customer care. Last week a customer care guy - Deepak ([protected]) called me for a services feedback and i told him my problem. Vodafone customer care people are not at all professional and use abusive language on calls. He told me that i was barred from calling customer care automatically because i called them 5 times in one day.
                      Deepak told me that we barr customer automatically who calls more than two times in a day!!! So you are barred to tal to customer care. If I am paying for calling the customer care people then why will I call them uselessly? Vodafone customer care people are destined to make the customer suffer. I also asked him if there is an alternative and I need to get this 650 3G data plan deactivated. He said it is very SIMPLE. Just sms CAN 3G to 111. When I do that I always get a response saying-
                      YOU ARE CURRENTLY ACTIVE ONA 3G DATA PACK. 3G SERVICE CANNOT BE DEACTIVATED. FOR MORE INFO VISIT: http://m.vodafone.in/3G_service
                      This is an infinite loop that I am in since last week and i am getting harassed. I am so sad that i left my favorite superb service provider AIRTEL just for cheaper call rate and cheapest service and very cheap Vodafone customer care people are not at all professional, use abusive language on calls and disconnect calls on customers face several times.
                      My advice to all my friends is Please Please Please never switch to Vodafone as they are providing customers with hell care.

                            For the past 1 year i kept mailing vodafone complaining about the perenial problem that i face everyday. People from different parts of tamilnadu call me and ask me why i keep giving missed calls to their number.Infact i dont know who or from where they call. I am unable to pick up my phone even for calls which comes to me fearing to attend the callers who complain about me. I am willing to place my sim card with you for observance and study. Kindly help me on this matter. Vodafone always is ignorant on these matters and once in a while they reply that my problem is resovled. Sometimes they dont accept my mail by replying that unless i make calls to others nobody dials me. They me to say that all these calls are made from my number.

                            Sir if calls were made from my number then it should be in the call log of the mobile.In call log we cannot adjust or edit or erase a part of the log details. My number is [protected]. I hold this post paid cug connection for a long time. Kindly be with me to solve this problem so that my fellow citizens or i are not disturbed due to the technical problem from vodafone networking.

                              This complaint is in reference to my(Vikram Arora, cell :[protected]) conversation with vodafone helpline executive earlier and latest with (swati suresh iyer) on 8.10.08 at 11:10 am. regarding the problem of facing no network most of the times past 2 months, for which i have already made complaints.
                              At times im in roaming network and if i try, it shows no access.
                              The error which usually callers face :

                              1.This number does not exists.
                              2. Engage tone.
                              3.Please check the number you have dialled.
                              4.You seems to have dialled a wrong number.

                              I have my adverts on air on most of the property portals in the world, for which it takes lot of time and money to work on it.
                              Vodafone is not at all co-operating with this matter inturn, im preparing documents to go to consumer court and claim for my bussiness loss.
                              Also, while making complaints, i have recorded my conversation with Vodafone help line executives many times, which ill be producing to the court if needed..

                              Kindly, look forward to this matter as it is affecting my bussiness to a very great extent.

                                  I have opted this connection yesterday only. I don't whether its my fate or something else. From today morning I don't have network connection. See I cannot just imagine myself without phone. please see that the problem get rectifired as soon as possible.

                                  But since the day I got the number, i am not able to make calls or receive calls 75% of the time. The message i get is "network busy".
                                  I would like to know the reason this is happening. Also i would like to know if i made a mistake in going for Vodafone connection.

                                      Although I knew Vodafone is master in cheating people.
                                      I took a corporate plan available in my company. I took 2 add-on cards for my friends one of which was not used for around 15 days after making few local calls on the day of activation.
                                      This Company, Vodafone had sent me bills for this SIM and then suddenly this SIM was deactivated without informing me. Now they want a written application from me and worst part is they want me to pay rs.100 as the activation charge besides my rental and month's bill.
                                      If I am paying their rental and the taxes levied upon it then why should they bother whether I am making any calls or not. I mean its upon my discretion whether I want to make any calls or not. even If this is their policy, they should have informed me about this and top of that they shouldn't have sent me the bills for this month.

Vodafone customer care executive says that my call is recorded...so please check my calls... check how many times i called... 16days have been passed still why this was not resolved by your end ...Did your system falls down completely? what is this customer care is doing? i totally dissappointed by this customer care. yesterday i called again they are picking i can able to hear that someone has attended my call instead of speaking they just holding it... again i tried, but no one is answering... Finally, one girl attended my call at 11pm yesterday, her name is also 'Abi' ... She also saying that system is not showing my information and asked me to be on hold for two mins... i waited .                                         I had called a friend, who had a caller tune. After disconnecting the line I received a msg from 56789 informing me that my caller tune has been activated. I immediately called the customer care of Vodafone, saying I don't want the caller tune and I've not requested for it. The customer care executive bluntly replied that I copied the caller tune by pressing a * button on my mobile (which I've not done), anyway first with the benefit of doubt I kept quite. And a balance of Rs. 45.00 was deducted from my account.

                                        I called the same friends number after a week, but this time I've taken at most care not to press any buttons. As soon as I disconnected the line, the same msg from 56789. That my request for caller tune has been accepted and will be activated, again I have called customer care and complained but the same answer.

                                        This shows that Vodafone is cheating people and taking away their prepaid balance on some pretext or the other. The customer care executive are not well trained, they do not use International morse codes like alpha, brovo, charlie for the alphabet. The customer care of Vodafone or Hutch is no customer care only it is customer looting and very rude customer care executives.
                                        i was having vodaphone post paid connection.paid advance rs.500.00.PC-RM 9489, CAF No.793426 dated, 21.3.2007. my cell phone no.at that time was [protected]. as i was to to go canada and us to visit my children i requested vodaphone to repay the deposit. my adress;m.kesavanno.60, arunachala street, shenoynagar, chennai, 600030.my internet id: [protected]@yahoo.com but so far i did not get the refund. kindly take action to send the amount by cheque to my adress as shown above.kindly reply to my internet id given above.thanking u.yurs sincerely, mkesavan.
