Pathetic service of vodafone in Orissa.

Dear Sir/Madam,
This complaint is regarding the service provided by vodafone in Orissa. I have taken vodafone prepaid connection with number [protected] on 2nd August and from the very 1st date I am facing lot of problems. Some important issues I want to mention here;

1) No incoming call from STD reliance and smart numbers.

2) I am not able to call Bihar AIRTEL numbers.

Vodafone is Cheating its Customers.

I am a Vodafone Pune customer, mobile no.[protected]. I activated SMS30 pack on 26th Sep. at around 6.30p.m. Next morning at 9.10 a.m i received an sms from vodafone which read,
"Hello, your SMS30 pack has been successfully activated.Now you can enjoy 100 free local sms for 30 days".
After reading it i sent 6 local sms but i was charged Rs.1 for each of them.
When i brought this to the notice of Customer Care...

Misguiding, Misleading and Cheating

I am a post paid customer and I have been on roaming, in Indonesia, since 15th June. I was using my Mumbai cell for some days till I got my local number here. Hence I used to check my unbilled amount regularly using the BILL sms of Vodafone.

I have saved all the messages of the unbilled amounts.

Misuse of ID proof and wrong billing

I have been using a vodafone no. for last 5 years.
