Dear concerned,
This is to kindly put your attention that i changed my plan from 444 to 250 from May through phone conversation from vodafone customer care. Then, i confirmed this from vodafone shop sector 18, Noida and they confirmed this that i get bill in june for may according to 250 plan only. Again i got bill to 444 plan in june and when i revisited in Noida vodafone shop, they told me there was some technical fault and this will be fine from next month means july, but i got bill according to my previous plan. when i visited in july again they told me that you just pay only 400 this time and from next bill you will get bill according to 250 plan and no need to pay any extra amount, so i paid that and they give me reference no, again when i got my bill acorrding to 444 i called vodafone care and tell the sceraniro and told the reference number then executive says ur reference no is not valid.
Can i ask for vodafone, what is it mean?
Now i visited shop again in august where they gave me reference #[protected] and told me that i get all the refund that i pain extra. i did not pay my bill because of all these happenings so they disconnected my phone and when i again visited after one week, they gave me refernece #[protected] and told me i made a request to "not activate 250 plan" which i never.
i am very unhappy with the way they are dealing with this problem and carelessness that they did. Mr. Vishal is very bad personel in vodafone sector 18 and i think so many people who have no capability to handle the customer in sect 18, those people are very careless.
i request to please activate my plan 250 and do needful about my bill.
