Cant u give offer of free browsing in delhi like aircel gives 98rs/30 days.we voda cst r waiting for this launch.i[censored] cant give such offer reply me i will take a aircel connection
i am the vodofone costomer from since 4 years vodofone charging bills illegly with out to the knowldge of costomer i am having two examples
example1
when i byed the sim they are provinding me friends and family offer chraging me 50 pisa for each minut for that no at that time i put 3 ff numbers after one year the withdraw that offer but they wont told me to remove that no from list i goes on continuing at that time i lost 1 rs for each call for every 60 sec i used it for so many months after that i complained them they took complaint but they told that we have removed but still i lost so much of rupees i wont get back that rupees

on date 15 july i got acall of rs 69 pack but i wont apllaid for that offer suddnly it said this offer activated and i lost 69 ruppes suddenly i got a message after that i called to cc and failed a complaint no[protected] at that time my currency is minus 52 i am unable to call any one and the given time for responding for that complaint is about 2 days that is 17-jul-09 at 1:03pm but apto that days i lost 69 piasa for each call instead of 50 paisa 19 piasa extra and advancly for call making i reachraged for 100 rs but i got 69 rs back at 16th july night itself but they have nold to send DCT 69 from 16 th night to 17 evening i am unable to call for cc because they have blocked by no to call them upto 17 th night i lost so many 19 piasa

Vodafone — cheating on vodafone services with fake identity
Sir,This is to bring to ur notice that the following number holder ([protected]) having fake identity, without submitting the .
as proof. The above identity has cheated most of the people saying that
he is female and need money assistance to survive. He himself admitted that he had done this to many
i dont know how vodaphone will allow this ?
can you please send his details to me so that i can proceed with legar charges

Vodafone — suffering due to fault of verification executives
Dear sir,my sister took one vodafone postpaid number recently and the number is [protected],
and after that 3 of vodafone verification executives came to my home to check her in person,
but as she is working for andhra bank (karimnagar) and she is doing up and down from hyderabad to karimnagar daily. and we have specified the same thing in the application form but unavilability of her at my home address verification executives marked that as negative and from that day they were saying to submit me my address proof. the thing i want to complaint is because of foolish ness of those executives am suffering.
Vodafone is time always wasting...
bcz in my mobile there no incoming messages for two days. then i complinted about this to their c.care service they told me that the ploblem will resolved on 48 hrs.but in that same time my boss will sent me an sms about office discussions.i would not receive that sms i am unable to reply my boss.so there is somany problem in my office...

I am user of Vodafone service from last 5yrs & last year in month of Dec-08 i register my mob no ( [protected] ) in DND service.When i registered in DND i told by customer care executive that this service effective within 30days.But till this is 9th month after taking this DND service i still receive unwanted messages from diffrent companies ( specially from Baroda central mall ).I put mail to vadofone customer care so many time but situation is still same..So sir today i am very much fed up from vadofone service what they said they didn't do that that's why i am writing this complaing in consumer...Request to solve this problem as soon as possible i am very much oblidge..

my vodafone nu, ber is [protected] mumbai/india. being a bussy person i am terribly diturbed by your promotional calls. this is second reminder/ complaint i am lodging the same. if at all not stoped, left no option. your calls suckes my penis. every time your calls appear with different numbers & the voices of the team is so irritating. kindly look in to this my matter. if it is not stoped kindly dont blame me for my future langauage whaich may make you sleepless. the voice from the vodafone promotional girl i hear like a prostitutes voice with make up. stop it.
Vodafone — Less than offered free min & more charge on last day of month
1. I did not mention [protected]@0p/min RENTAL Rs. 50 to include, but it is included in September 2009 bill.2.Calls and messages of August 2009 are included in September 2009 bill.
3. 31st August 2009 calls are charged Rs. 2.25 per min. and messages charged Rs. 1.50 per message.
4. As per my September 2009 plan I should get 399 free local or STD min, but I got only 392 minutes.

I donno i think i was stupid to convert my prepaid connection to postpaid connection.It has been 2 days that the services has not been activated and have called up cust care dept around 9 times.i think they are bunch of who doesnt know there work, they are unprofessional and they put you on hold and never return back with the answers.Finally got through a supervisior after 9 times and he was able to tell me that they have activated my number in a different sim card rather than the card that they had given to me, he informed me that i need to go to a vodafone store to get it changed.I had to go to the vodafore store to get a new sim and till now my services has not been activated.I am seriously thinking of canceling my services and getting the money back as after seeing all the problem you guys have faced..i doubt whats going to happen in the future...

I have taken new Vodafone sim (Mobile number- [protected]) from Jaduguda, Jamshedpur DIstrict. From last 8 days they have disconnected my Sim Card.
When I applied for Vodafone, your officer asked me Driving license and Pancard as Id proof. I have submitted all these necessary docs...But after 4 days they again disconnected my number..and asked me to give local Id proof...
I have given that proof also 3 days back, but till today they have not started my Sim...I am very dissatisfied and angry with Vodafone services...and In future I will not go with Vodafone and also will not recommend this to others...
Till tomorrow if my SIM will not active I will change my connection ...

This complaint is in regards to my mobile number [protected]. As promise done by the Executive who sold me the number 1 Month ago telling me on Behalf of my previous number ill be getting credit limit of Rs 5000/-. They gave me the said limit but on 8th of June which is my Due date to submit the bill and at 12:00 PM they barred my number but the due date has still not been over. So i paid rest of my Rs 200/- n they started my number after 5 Hrs. Again they decreased my Credit Limit from Rs 5000/- to Rs 2500/- after few days. And now they have again barred my number again.
Moreover the executives dnt give appropriate answers they can offer me call back and dnt help me at all.
Kindly do something for me.
