SIR,
I HAVE VODAFONE MOBILE CONNECTION. MY MOBILE NO IS [protected].ON 11TH OCT NIGHT, BALANCE AMOUNT IN MY MOBILE WAS APP 175/-RS, BUT ON 12TH MORNING IT WAS SHOWING -14/-RS.WHEN I CONTACTED VODAFONE ESECUTIVE, I WAS TOLD TO WAIT FOR 24 HRS & IT WILL BE RECTIFIED, AFTER 24HRS, WHEN AGAIN I CALLED, I WAS AGAIN ASKED TO WAIT, THIRD TIME, I WAS TOLD THAT I HAVE USED INTERNET & HAVE DOWNLOADED SOME IMAGES. I SWEAR THEM THAT I HAVE NOT USED INTERNET, AS I HAVE LAPTOP WITH UNLIMITED BROADBAND CONNECTION & HAVE BLUETOTH IN BOTH MY LAPTOP & MOBILE, HE DISCONNECTED THE CALL, BY SAYING, U HAVE TO PAY THIS & IN FUTURE, U WILL NOT GO THROUGH THIS PROBLEM.
SIR, THE MATTER HERE IS NOT OF 200 BUCKS, BUT THE WAY THESE COMPANIES TAKE THEIR CUSTOMERS FOR GRANTED. WE REQUEST YOU TO TAKE SOME STRICT ACTION AGAINST THIS COMPANY, AS MANY PEOPLE MAY BE SUFFERING WITH SUCH BEHAVIOUR OF THIS COMPANY.HOW CAN THEY DEDUCT MONEY FROM ANYBODY'S ACCOUNT & GIVE USELESS RESONES FOR THE ACT.PLEASE SIR, TAKE SOME ACTION AGAINST THEM & TEACH THEM SOME LESSONS.

Hi,

I received a call from a unknown mobile number 2-3 times. The mobile number is [protected]. My friends are suggesting me for this complaint because they are saying this number belongs to Pakistan.

Vodafone — Signal problem at night

I am from Nunganallur, Chennai. The Vodafone Signal here is getting weak at night after 11PM. So unable to contact anyone.

I have vodafone mobile connection. My mobile no is [protected].on 18th feb 2011, balance amount in my mobile was app 135/-rs, but on 19th morning it was showing -8/-rs.when i contacted vodafone esecutive, i was told to wait for 24 hrs & it will be rectified, after 24hrs, when again i called, i was again asked to wait, third time, i was told that i have used internet & have downloaded
I have not used internet, as i have laptop with unlimited broadband connection & have bluetoth in both my laptop & mobile, he disconnected the call, by saying, u have to pay this & in future, u will not go through this problem.
Sir, the matter here is not of 135 bucks, but the way these companies take their customers for granted. We request you to take some strict action against this company, as many people may be suffering with such behaviour of this company.how can they deduct money from anybody's account & give useless resones for the act.please sir, take some action against them & teach them some lessons.

Dear Sir,

I had just received a message "Hello, as per your request, Vodafone Daily Value Combo Service has been activated". Without any request and response of me they activated the service. I use this connection ([protected]) since 2007, I have no previous bitter experience. But today VODAFONE Company has been proved that they found many disgusting way to stole customer's money.

Please take immediate action.

Vodafone customer executives are very worst in solving the customer requirement
I complained to the care executives a lot of times regarding my problem
But they did n't solved my problem
Apparantely this leads to change my network from vodafone to other network

Vodafone in very bad in solving customer's problems.

I bought a SIM of vodafone worth Rs.50 on 8th April 2011 through an application along with all required documents to a local retailer "Maa Saraswati Communications, Sec-5, Mata Mandir Road, Gurgaon".
But till date, the activation of my number is pending.Had done heavy followup with the retailer as well as the local vodafone employee named as Mr.Vinod.

My Questions to Vodafone:
1.Do you really take this much time to activate the SIM?
2.Is SIM selling your other business whether you donot give service?
3.Your employees like Mr.Vinod behaving like ignorant and irresponsible by not responding?
4.Is your Customer Care actually taking care of customers as we have been trying to reach customer executives but remained on hold as nobody came to attend?
5.Do you really think that you are among top 5 service providers in India?
6.Are you collecting our money without service for your new zoo zoo advertisement?
7.Am I fool to opt your SIM where as there are genuine & proven service provers in town?
8.Is your top management going to look into this matter.If yes, will they do something.If no, then will my complain go to dust bin?
9.Do you delight your customer, where as I am not even satisfied?
10.Will this mail reach to any responsible person or will it be overlooked like your customer care canter?

I challenge Vodafone team, if they are earning right money then I will be contacted ASAP with realease of my services.

I WOULD LIKE TO QUOTE SOMETHING SIMILAR

Unfair charging for GPRS connection
Vodafone had an issue with GPRS activation between 9th and 17th, April, 2011. I had recharged for 98Rs (Net Booster) on 9th April, 2011. The connection was activated only on 17th April, 2011. But they claim that my net has been activated on 9th itself and are unwilling to check if it was so. The validity according to them expires on 6th may and my browsing after that has been charged at nearly 80Rs, though i still have to close to 1900MB unused.

A simple look into my net usage records between 9th and 17th will prove that i did not have net access on my mobile during that period. But they will not do that. never refund what has been unfairly taken.

Is there some way to make these people pay for such attrocities?????
Very bad company, i wil changed my service provider
I am also vodafone customer. I have changed my service provider ie from Reliance to vodafone postpaid but today i realise my mistake because just a worst service and lier agents i have never seen in my life. I am going to lodge a legal complaint against Vodafone and agent name Birendra/ Ranjith/ Ajay and ompraksh. These people dont know their products and always misguide the customers. And i will suggest all of you pls dont go for Vodafone its very worst. Goverment connections are much better than Vodafone.

Vodafone — Regarding the net connection in my phone

My complaint is regarding the internet connection which i wanted it to get activated at my mobile no. [protected],and i thought it would be very easy task as we just had to make a call and the customer care agent send us a code or something by which net gets activated in our phone.its since 1month i had buyed my new phone and since then am trying to activate it,but its still not happening.i mean some times the code is wrong or sometimes they say "phone par ni hoga" your customer care agents are not even sure about it. what is all this rubbish, if you guys don't have knowledge then why are they sitting their, do you think staying in Delhi we have so much time of handling your bull agents. and that is not over today i went to the voda store at shivalik just for this stupid connection their they told me that i had to go to south ex for this purpose bez they don't deal with all this. tel me one thing if your half services is on one store and half on other store then why the hell have you opened up the bloody store. ohkk then i went to south ex the lady who was handling ma complaint, that too don't even how to activate the net, i don't know what she was doing with my phone playing or what...........!!!!!!!!! it was really frustating me, then almost after 45min finaly a one of the guy activated by calling somewhere,ohhhhhhh wow finally it got activated i was so damn happy, i made a recharge then and there of Rs 95 for the net, they told me it will get activated after 4hrs, i opened up the net then and there it was working all was fine,only 2rs were left as it got deducted from ma balance. after 4hrs when i again opened up the net page that stupid connection was again showing the same problem, even after recharging ma balance i send the settings code again i got the msg from their that it's already been activated,ohhhhhhh wow what a big surprise again a horrible problem,10rs from ma balance was also deducted i don't know why............i never expected their would be such a chaos in vodafone. therefore i request you to activate ma net connection SUCCESSIVELY, or i will switch to some network then.

Vodafone — activation of alters in my number without information and charging on the same and not deactivating the same

Vodafone is the worst service provider when it comes to billing and customer service. They have activated some shiva alerts since June 2011 in my mobile number [protected]. On reaching the customer service in July 2011 they informed that it has been activated by me which is a false allegation. When I deactivated the service by sending message in July, it didn't deactivate and it kept on charging Rs 30/- in my monthly statement. In September last week when i contacted the customer service they informed that charges will be reversed and service should be deactivated. After few days i got some message which says that reversal in process. In my current statement I again Rs 30/- billed for shiva alerts. Customer service people says that it cannot the charges cannot be reversed as there is no process for the same and asking me to send message to deactivate the service which i had already done long back.

The above is a case of tricking customers in paying small amount of money month on month. I just imagine they are doing it for lakh's o[censored]ser base and minting money by such illegal means.

I also warn other's to be aware of Vodafone services, they have the worst customer service and billing discrepancies.

I have a prepaid connection [protected]; on 21.10.2011 I have applied vodafone post paid connection in my existing no. Last Tuesday (01.11.2011) I called to vodafone Nodal Officer regarding not active my no. Nodal officer taken twenty four hour for resolve the problem, but till after ninety six hour my no has not activated as a post paid connection.

pop up type msg came from vodafone.just opened it and closed.balance of Rs 150 deducted of some service vodafone tv application.
this is done when im using phone where no app other than google play is entertained...but vodafone is denying so...they will deny also...bcoz they are getting benefit of it by making money.by sending such msgs...DND service is activated then how come this type of msg can come to vodafone user only

please take neccessary action...they are taking customer for granted ...
