[Resolved]  Vodafone — complaint against vodafone

SIR,
I HAVE VODAFONE MOBILE CONNECTION. MY MOBILE NO IS [protected].ON 11TH OCT NIGHT, BALANCE AMOUNT IN MY MOBILE WAS APP 175/-RS, BUT ON 12TH MORNING IT WAS SHOWING -14/-RS.WHEN I CONTACTED VODAFONE ESECUTIVE, I WAS TOLD TO WAIT FOR 24 HRS & IT WILL BE RECTIFIED, AFTER 24HRS, WHEN AGAIN I CALLED, I WAS AGAIN ASKED TO WAIT, THIRD TIME, I WAS TOLD THAT I HAVE USED INTERNET & HAVE DOWNLOADED SOME IMAGES. I SWEAR THEM THAT I HAVE NOT USED INTERNET, AS I HAVE LAPTOP WITH UNLIMITED BROADBAND CONNECTION & HAVE BLUETOTH IN BOTH MY LAPTOP & MOBILE, HE DISCONNECTED THE CALL, BY SAYING, U HAVE TO PAY THIS & IN FUTURE, U WILL NOT GO THROUGH THIS PROBLEM.
SIR, THE MATTER HERE IS NOT OF 200 BUCKS, BUT THE WAY THESE COMPANIES TAKE THEIR CUSTOMERS FOR GRANTED. WE REQUEST YOU TO TAKE SOME STRICT ACTION AGAINST THIS COMPANY, AS MANY PEOPLE MAY BE SUFFERING WITH SUCH BEHAVIOUR OF THIS COMPANY.HOW CAN THEY DEDUCT MONEY FROM ANYBODY'S ACCOUNT & GIVE USELESS RESONES FOR THE ACT.PLEASE SIR, TAKE SOME ACTION AGAINST THEM & TEACH THEM SOME LESSONS.

i got a worst experience with a vodafone representative today.I went to a vodafone store to de activate my number.i waited for nearly 1 hour.Then a represntative called me.her name is adila.i told her i want to deactivate my card.So again asked me to sit for some time.After sometime she again called me and gave me a mail ID saying that just sent a mail to this id they will deactivate ur number.i called customer care and told them that i want to cacel my number so whats the procedure.he replied me u have to deactivate in vodafone store only.i told him that that lady is asking me to send mail.He told me that you can deactivate only in store and he asked me to pass my mobile to her.When i gave my mobile to her she said we wont talk with customer care.
Then after talking to him he canceled my number.
If she never spoke to their customer care executive then to whom she will talk whether to airtel or aorcell executives.
I took leave in after noon and came to that store but she is insulting the customer like this.
She is thinking that she is having crown in her head.She is here to fullfill their customer queries.

I have been using vodafone since long (about 5 yrs) and have been getting network problems ever since I shifted to Anand nagar on Sinhagad Road, Pune. (Its been 2.5 years now)

I have been calling up to these customer service executives(CSEs) ever since and then they say they shall forward my request to technical team. Those people call me up and say they are planning to come up with a tower in Damodar nagar, which is near my house. But as of now no tower has come up yet. Infact the call drop rates have gone up, my friends, when they try to call me up, say my mobile was switched off many a times.

I am really sick and tired of these vodafone people. I want to complain against them but dont know whom to tell. Kindly guide me.

I did prepaid my vodafone Friday the 16th of April, to day is Sunday the 18th, I came in contact with vodafone 4 times and still I have just paid but nothing has been done. What type of company is this?

I am Julfiur Rahman from Noida, sector 61.I am working in software company here.I had taken a prepaid connection of vodafone last month and number is [protected] .I do not know how a caller tune is being activated.I did not want it.Now from this month I do not want any caller tune.So, I called customer care on 198.They told me to send a sms CAN CT to 144. I sent it twice or thrice, but till the caller tune is running.When I call them, they tell me it will be ok. But from last 7 days no changes.
I have not been able to recharge and talk from my cell for last 7 days.It is too much.I am not satisfied with your customer support.How can you do this to a customer.
Seriously I am going to put a complain aginst Vodafone customer care in Consumer Forum, New Delhi.

Moreover from today when I call 198, it says that this facility is not available to me..How and why???I have written this letter to you to get a good response.Please deactivate my caller tune.I dont want any and why should I pay money here if I dont want it.

I am a Vodafone user. My number is [protected]. Today a massege sent by the company that a caller tune had been activated on my Phone, while i did not activate these type of service.While I ask to the company's costumer care section they told me that they had called me a five hour ago and asked me wheather i like to activate this service or not and after conformation from me they activate this service.But the fact is that no type of call i ever received from them.

This is purely cheating to a costumer.The company deduct Rs. 45/- from my balance which i like to refund from them.

Kindly take necesary action for my favour.

I recently took cooperate post paid connection Number ([protected]) which was activated on 27-June-2010.
My Outgoing service has been blocked without any reason, I have complained many times to customer care
but no action has been taken till now. (1-July-2010)
I am highly disappointed from Vodafone service, Should I apply for RTI against Vodafone.

برجاء سرد تاريخ ابو يمن ونجاحاته الدائمة التى لا تتوانى لحظه فى التقدم والرقى بمنتجاتكم ، والذى بصدده لم نقصر فى مستهدف شهرى واحد اومسابقة خلال السنين السابقة .

Vodafone — Submitted Documents however the numbers are not being displayed in my cell, it shows as unknown

Hi,

It has been multiple times that I have called to check why no numbers are displayed on my cell, any incoming calls are displayed as "Unknown". I found that the documents are not being submitted.

I spoke to my vodafone dealer also and he did submit the documents to his vodafone agent. I called the customer service team, however I found that their is a "BIG COMMUNICATION" gap.

They repeated themselves numerous times without even bothering to what am I saying on the other end. When asked for a supervisor, gave a lame excuse that they were not around, which I figured out that it was a lie.

Please address the customer's concern effectively as even I deal with customers..and the way they behaved was rude and unsatisfactory.Please increase the number of good associates and please solve my query fast.

by giving some services which I have not asked. I called the nodal officer on 12 Aug and she told she will revert the uncalledfor deduction. So far they have not. I donot want any facility except voice call. Please do
the needful. I cannot understand the recorded messages.

But Your Collection Department is calling to me about my Outstanding payment . which outstanding payment. That number INVALID SIM. when sin enter in phone shown Msg. registration Faild. I HAVE VODAFONE MOBILE CONNECTION AND MY NO IS [protected].ON 29 TH OCTOBER 2010 SUDDENLY VODAFONE SEND ME A MESSAGE RELATING TO CALLER TUNE AND THEY DEDUCTED RS 30 FROM MY BALANCE .HOWEVER I DID SENT ANY MESSAGE RELATING TO CALLER TUNE, MOREOVER I CANNOT BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE TO THE VODAFONE CARE EXECUTIVE WHICH CLEARLY SHOWS THEIR INTENTIONS.I REQUEST YOU TO QUICKLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER .IT IS NOT THE QUESTION OF MONEY BUT THE RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CUSTOMER IS BEING PUT TO TEST.

I, S. Negi, a prepaid customer of Vodafone ([protected]).They deducted Rs. 102 from my account on basis of activation of any service which I never opted for. On Friday & Sat. two time I got the msg from Vodafone side that I am the lucky customer & hv got 1 MB free Vodafone live trial pack which is valid up to 24th Nov. 2010 and next day I got some service msg from their side and when I tried to open it then Baba Ramdev pictures was there and within few seconds it’s automatically closed but my balance was in minus.

After that in spite of repeated calls to their Mohali customer care I dint get good response.wen I wanted to talk to supervisor then some Mr. Gagan(CCE) said that he is transferring the call to senior but no one attended my call n my call was put on hold for more than 45 mnts n finally I myself disconnected it. It’s very harassing being customer of such a big telecom company.

After few times, again I called to Vodafone customer care and some Rajinder picked the call and transferred it to senior and she said that some Rs. 99 pack has been activated by my side but if the customer don’t have any need of that pack then why they will activate it. After telling to her that I open it not downloaded anything then she said ok within 24 hours I’ll get a call from their side and will give any resolution.

But I was not satisfied with this answer because she didn’t given me any complaint no. and again when I called them again then one boy (CCE) said that there is only one solution that you recharge your phone and activate DND service. Great first they’ll deduct the customer balance after that they’ll put the all blame on customer and will take the money from the customer.

I think its Vodafone new plan, they’ll activate the pack whenever they want and after that again they’ll activate any other pack and the same thing will be repeated. Good Vodafone no need to ask from customer or users because it’s their own phone.

Now I think it’s better I should go in consumer court because this is the 3 rd time when Vodafone repeat the same thing and I request to all user kindly not use the Vodafone service it’s better to go for some other telecom company.
