[Resolved]  Vodafone — complaint against vodafone

SIR,
I HAVE VODAFONE MOBILE CONNECTION. MY MOBILE NO IS [protected].ON 11TH OCT NIGHT, BALANCE AMOUNT IN MY MOBILE WAS APP 175/-RS, BUT ON 12TH MORNING IT WAS SHOWING -14/-RS.WHEN I CONTACTED VODAFONE ESECUTIVE, I WAS TOLD TO WAIT FOR 24 HRS & IT WILL BE RECTIFIED, AFTER 24HRS, WHEN AGAIN I CALLED, I WAS AGAIN ASKED TO WAIT, THIRD TIME, I WAS TOLD THAT I HAVE USED INTERNET & HAVE DOWNLOADED SOME IMAGES. I SWEAR THEM THAT I HAVE NOT USED INTERNET, AS I HAVE LAPTOP WITH UNLIMITED BROADBAND CONNECTION & HAVE BLUETOTH IN BOTH MY LAPTOP & MOBILE, HE DISCONNECTED THE CALL, BY SAYING, U HAVE TO PAY THIS & IN FUTURE, U WILL NOT GO THROUGH THIS PROBLEM.
SIR, THE MATTER HERE IS NOT OF 200 BUCKS, BUT THE WAY THESE COMPANIES TAKE THEIR CUSTOMERS FOR GRANTED. WE REQUEST YOU TO TAKE SOME STRICT ACTION AGAINST THIS COMPANY, AS MANY PEOPLE MAY BE SUFFERING WITH SUCH BEHAVIOUR OF THIS COMPANY.HOW CAN THEY DEDUCT MONEY FROM ANYBODY'S ACCOUNT & GIVE USELESS RESONES FOR THE ACT.PLEASE SIR, TAKE SOME ACTION AGAINST THEM & TEACH THEM SOME LESSONS.

On 3rd November 2012, I received a message from CM-611111 at 14.15 hrs on my Vodafone Mobile No. [protected] which is as follows :
JACKPOT RECHARGE! KYA AAPNE RS.75 KE RECH PE RS.90 KA TT SUNA HAI. JI HAA VF KE SAATH PAYEIN RS. 75 KE RECHARGE PAR RS.90 KA TALKTIME. ABHI RECHARGE KARE!

I recharged on 3rd Nov itself at 17.30 hrs & got Rs.66.75. The balance is still not received till date. I had gone to your gallery on 9th of November & had to waste more than an hour for no fault of mine. They told me it was a technical fault & I would get the balance within 3 to 4 hours but no sign of it. Also an email was sent & I was told I would be contacted. This shows you'll are clearly cheating your Vodofone Customers. There were many customers who were shouting & grumbling regarding your services. You'll must be doing this to most customers & most of them are not aware of your dirty tricks.

My friends have Airtel & they are very happy with their services & dont cheat their customers as you'll do. If I dont get my balance be rest assured that I will change my service provider

I purchased a Nano SIM numbering [protected] (Post paid) for my Ipad from Vodafone store in Gurgaon. After three days it was discontinued in the name of address verification.No one came for verification but it was reported that the address in not traceable.On contacting the store in Gurgaon situated in Central Plaza, the Branch head assured to get it done within 48 hours.since then more than 96 hours have passed but none has come to verify and my ipad stand disconnected.This is the most irresponsible act of the sevice centre of the Comapany

I am really not satisfied with your Bill and Hide service Charges and uninformed Charge even I already stopped those but nobody given me response and I think it's just for money . Why you all saying. Happy. To help I made call almost 2-3times stop one service but no body given response . That was your turn now my turn I always paid around 500-700 rs only in every month in this month I got bill 2124rs how ??Why??? And And will pay this ??

i am using vodafone mobile network, i check mobile internet offers in *111# it have RS.124 for 1GB data. so, recharched RS.124. but it have only 650MB. I call for customer care, it says change the offer. so, only have 650MB.
no inform in my mobile number for change the plan activities

as they told me in wendesday eveing time, which make me feel very unrespectfull, and mad and even they was'nt have the experince to know the time to end the conversation and change it to the manager that i almost paked to talk to him and not to classified the customer's in company like vodafone as trade name and the best service i always had .. that the same problem get fixed on the port-said store manager with very fast and perfect servies as usual make me take off the step to change my mind to switch the company which i never use any else,
and i hope from the charge person please take the follow up for that and listen to the call just to belive and see the true .

i am Bhubneshwar Juyal, i took new prepaid vodaphone from mr. Pushpendra ([protected], from uttam nagar) yesderday at around 12.30 pm. and he told me that your phone has been activatged at 9 p.m. but still my mobile number [protected] has been not activated and i could not communicated with Mr. Pushpendra because his mob ile number is switch off. You are requested please look into the matter and activated my mobile phone.

when the bill was delieverd. i noticed that in the bill they have added 25 rs extra as CLIP charges, secondly i also noticed that 49 rs have been added to my bill as ITEMISED BILL.SO I REQUEST YOU TO REMOVE THESE ALL CHARGES

Deduction of Balance

I Recharged online with Rs.147 for 3G internet pack. After successful completion of transaction also there was deduction in my balance for internet usage.

for 3g network issue

3G network speed is very very slow in our mobile no.[protected], [protected], [protected] in all no.problem in last 3 months, so please resolve this issue immediatly.

Don't rely on billing

I want to surrender my Vodafone post paid connection [protected], as I suspect them of over billing. In fact, I am convinced that they cheat.

I lost around 60 rs of money due to some unnecessary activation of service like knickknack.in etc.., it is not a correct for a big communication services Vodafone .please refund my moneymoney.
