Vodafone — undemanded combo added

sir,
this is to bring to your notice with reference to my previous complaint that some combo pack of rs. 118 was being undemandedly added to my phone and d charges rs.118 was being deducted today at around 4:50 i got a call from [protected] telling me that my balance has been added and the combo is being deactivated the combo has been deactivated but the balance remains unaffected
ill be highly obliged if you please look into the matter as soon as possible

Vodafone services The billing system is all fraud. They add up nos even to the messages.
The network is pathetic. there are call drop and services down allmost all the areas.
There customer care executive are ridgit and rude. I have gone to their store for a name change for allmost 5 times and it takes more than a quarter for the same request.
They dont convert postpaid to prepaid. (unlike any other service provider)

Vodafone — Unwanted promotional messages

Hi,

I have registered for DND on 27.07.2010, it has been more than 50 days since I registered. But, still I am receiving all those annoying promotional messages from Vodafone. Whenever I unlock my keypad, they send a service message with a question and options of "OK" and "Back". And this is really pathetic and I somehow managed this for 45 days but, even after that they are not stopping it. Yesterday I called Vodafone customer care and asked about this issue. Customer care fellow says you have sent the DND message on 27.08.2010 not 27.07.2010, so you have to wait for 45 days to complete. But, I have that message in my mobile's sent items folder and I confirmed that I have sent it on 27.07.2010. But, that fellow was not accepting that and he was talking very rude. I am totally dissatisfied with Vodafone service. Just because I don't want to change my number I want to continue using their service, otherwise I will immediately throw away this SIM card and get a new connection from a better carrier, preferably Airtel or BSNL.

I don't understand why should I have to wait for 45 days to stop all these irritating messages and calls from unknown persons! This simply irritates like anything.

Please take necessary actions.

Vodafone +919884896242 — charged for alerts not asked for

i have acquired a second vodafone sim and am at my wits end with so called unneccesary sms alerts.
since my last recharge13-09-10 i have been intimated that i will be charged rupee 1 per day for job alerts that i have asked for ! i have not asked for job alerts as i am in the medical profession and not jobless.
more over there is an optiion to cancel this alert by sending the message CAN MY JOBS to 54701 even if i do that i lose money on the sms and the reply is "u have tried to change your profile to CAN MY JOBS such a profile is not available "this is public cheating ! some action has to be taken against this alerts that miss lead and drain the balance. cowardly cheats parasites!
shamelessly they even renew the alert by informing that " your job alerts will be renewed on 16-09-10.
can you imagine the revenue they are collecting at 1 re per day multiplied by hundreds of vodafone users!
they ( vodafone) had a formula one driver show up for one of their promotion shows may be it was to meet his expense and the bill to mercedes.
i would suggest to include sms alerts also in Do not disturbe registry

sir there is a place dhamtari in chattisgarh where there is a coverage problem frm dhamtari there is a place called shantipur which is only about 4 km where the students hostal is, but there is a great problem of coverage in shantipur so kindly take action.

Vodafone — take unusual charges

we both spouses have vodaphone service provider but both phones have serious problems of fake charges by cutting down from our balance . we not gave any request for caller tune, missed call alerts et& other services like vodaphone live ! but still they taking charges always 30 rs. 90 rs. its so bad we aso complaint but no genuine effect or result found yet ................
