vodafone stopped my customer care service from last five days.& they also do mannual internet setting through me. due to which i have unable to use internet.
i also missed my exam date due to their poor service.

Vodafone — vodafone executive cheated and misbehaved
I purchased the postpaid connection from Vodafone Executive Mr. Wahid[protected] but he changed my plan without my consent. On the purchasing time i choose different plan but now the plan is different from that plan. i send so many mail's to him, his senior's and Vodafone consent department but no body takes any action. I also send the mail to Vodafone Nodal Officer Mrs. Sushma but she also didn't reply me. Last month I paid the bill bcoz Mr. Wahid told me that we will change your plan and give you full benefit from next month but no body helps me and now Mr. Wahid is not picking my call. I hope that you will take appropriate action as soon as possible. I want detail of the person who using [protected] this vodafone no kindlyn give me imformation of this user

sir,i m a student in nmims .... this is my first year in mumbai. After many people's recommendations i decided to choose vodafone as a mobile network service provider...but i never knew that vodafone will b such a big cheat. What happened was that i choose a 3g combo plan of rs 500 for my iPhone 4 Device in which i get 500 sms 500 mins and 500 mb free internet usage monthly .....i activated this plan on 13th of july 2011 and suddenly got a bill on 28th saying my bill amounted to rs 7790 ...i had told the person in vodafone gallery to set my credit limit to rs 2000 and it was done so that time itself ....but after 15 days i get a bill which is suppose to cum after 30 days that my bill amounted to rs 7790 and all my services have been cancelled until i pay the whole amount of bill which was not supposed to exceed my credit limit of rs 2000 at all ..... my vodafone number is [protected]... i want you to look through this complaint seriously and help me come out of his vodafone trap ... This is a serious trap from vodafone ... i recommend others not to choose vodafone at any cost they will make u pay extra and so much that u can't think about
Vodafone — No resolution to persistent issue
My vodafone#[protected], for last 2 months i have been facing problem with IVR services of vodafone. When i call 111 IVR services of vodafone to talk to a customer care rep, it does not get me through. it keeps pushing me to the main menu of IVR. i try calling 198 and[protected] but nothing works. Even i cannot call them from landline because there also i have to punch my vodafone number and i get the same problem.Not only that, 3 months ago i purchased usb stick of vodafone for internet services. there service was so pathetic that i was about to get mad. Called them so many times but every time they gave me work around and eventually i had to terminate the services.

Vodafone — Invalid Bill-charges for Vodafone Live
Hi This is Abhisekh Banerjee with no [protected].I have been calling Vodaphone Customer care multiple times regarding my charges with Vodaphone Live, which i have not been using. The bill shows a daily Data transfer each day, which i haven't used. I asked the customer care person to give me a complaint or Greviance no. They have refused me to give any no or provide a solution. I am a vodaphone customer for the past 15 months and this is a sad state.

Vodafone — Wrong deduction of amount from my vodafone account no.9999663688
Respected Sir, i want to lodge a complaint against deduction of amount from my number on[protected], which is Rs.250/-, i also contacted to customer care but nothing happened, if vodafone not given back my amount then i m preparing to go in consumer court in few days, so plz lodge my complaint against service of Vodafone & do something regarding this matter otherwise i m going in cunsumer court for necessary action. Vodafone — necessarily charging for caller tunes of their choice
Vodafone is cheating, by putting their own caller tune against my wishes. I do not need their caller tune.They are unnecessarily charging exorbitantly every time I recharge my phone.Vodafone,please stop this irritating menace. Hi,Recently i take two vodafone post paid connections at my office(AMRI-HYD)from vodafone executive,then they said all CUG calls are unlimited free and 600 minutes+200 sms free for 249 plan but now they charged for all sms and CUG calls also,plse solve this issue as erly as possible.
