My name is Arush Nagpal and my number is [protected]. I recently bought a new vodafone connection. On 23rd july night, I was shocked to see that my balance was reduced by rs.30.previously it was 109.3 and now it was 79.3 rs. After some time I received a message that thank you for activating caller tune service. When i called customer care then i was told that no information was available for the deduction of balance.please help me as soon as possible and refund my money.Vodafone (Data Plan) — FALSE BILL OF Rs 12000/- FOR DATA PLAN
Dear Sir,This is to bring kind attention towards the mobile companies who are duping people like anything.
Inspite of being so strict rules for Mobile operators (VODAFONE) in India these companies have no fear, they think they can cheat everyone. I Took a data plan on may,2011 for Rs 250 ( 4GB ). For two months i got bill near about Rs 275/- below are the bill details against mobile number ([protected])

The behaviour of the store is non co-operating and they are not willing to understand nor readyto understand my problem. Kindly help me.

Dear All,Beaware of vodafone Company...
I am with telecom industries since last eight years.. working in a capacity of Regional head.
Herewith I am sharing my Experience of Vodafone 3 G ..
May 16 I purchase USB DATA STICK which was 2 G, as I was using this for my laptop connection & speed was very slow so I contact customer care of Vodafone & as per there instruction I make recharge of Rs 848/- with activation plan of 3 GB FREE for one month validity.
in a very few day it stopped working & I received message that my balanvce is reached to minus value..
So i contact once agian to customer care, then they inform me that my 3 GB free plan is not activate & I have incurred complete charges as per surfing.
They ask me to again make recharge of Rs 848, for activation of plan 3gb free.. I did the same, & When again my data card did not work I complain to customer care they said u recharge prior to validity therefore your recharge converted for talk (airtime) use. & instructed me to make recharge of Rs 200/- with following sending SMS "ACT MI848" & I did the same.
whithin two days my card stop working & I again received message for negative balance , as I was on official tour & I tried to contact customer care but there 111-customer care IVR facility was kept on loop,
Soon I was trying to speak with customer care exe by pressing "9" it was coming to First menu.. As I was helpless so to make myself connect with my business I made recharge of Rs 100/- just to ensure that my card start working .., it work for approx 10 min & then stopped again & next day I again made recharge of Rs 200/- .......
When I came back Ahmedabad & made contact to customercare yesterday he refuse to lodge my complain & giving reference no.
Even I tried to contact NODAL office of Vodafone but his call was kept on recording mode.
after frustating with this worst service yesterday I purchase another data card of different company..
But I decided that ..I will make aware another consumer so that they will not be fool by VODAFONE.
to begin I am lodging my complain through website..further I will register my compain in "MY MOBILE" Magzine...
& I have been connected with approx 1000 telecom people all across Gujarat & I will ensure that everybody will be aware with Vodafone...
In gujarat I have been data base of 9000 retailers I will sure that each one will aware with fraud done by Vodafone...
& as legal move I will register my complain to TRAI & Consumer forum - Ahmedabad, seekin mental harassment & no reason disconnection my 3 G card.
If anybody has equal/less worst experience ..pls join me my contact no is -[protected]..
I will ensure that Justice will be done to consume & no company can loot customer

Vodafone — Changing of reliance No. into vodafone
My Vodafone SIM No.[protected] has not been activated since 16/06/2011. I wonder how a SIM can be untraceable from vodafone ?Vodafone appears to be unable to find out the person who gave booked me for this SIM and closed my complaint. It was a case of conversion of my reliance No.[protected] under vodafone.

Corporate : Vodafone Postpaid — Overcharged : Billing
Team,This is to bring to your notice i have been enjoying the services of the vodafone network (Mobile no- [protected]) since sometime. Last month i have switched to the 375/- monthly Internet rental plan which gives me a leisure of 500 MB free usage.
However when i checked it today with the customer service team (Saif Rajput) he mentioned the billed amount is 7390/- against my mobile no. This is a shocking for me as my usage shouldn't exceed to INR 1000/- overall as my average internet usage is 200 MB and i have opted for 500 MB plan. Hence would need an urgent attention and intervention to give some light on my account as there is definitely some issue with my billed amount also request you to kindly take corrective action and reverse off the unused amount and let me know whats my billed amount so that i can make my interim payments.This is complete exploitation of the customers, request you to take it up and take action for the same.

Vodafone — postpaid connection not activated
This is to inform you that myself Rajdip Saha from cooch behar in west bengal,I have taken a vodafone postpaid connection(VODAFONE NO. [protected])almost 3 months back,but still its not been activated. I have been a happy user of cellone connection but one day its your employee from kolkata call me in my cellone connection & convince me to take vodafone postpaid connection with lots promise but once i have taken the connection all the promises have failed & more surprisingly none of your employee have called me whether i am using the connection or not..Is this the way to treat your customers,then i am least interested for your connection. Hope there will be a quick response from your end.

Vodafone — Unsatisfactory Support From Vodafone Billing Issue
Dear Sir,Undersigned is using Mobile No – [protected] from Vodafone since 2007 and had activated Vodafone Mobile Connect for internet usage (VMC-499 for 500MB free internet use).
In April 2011, undersigned has purchased iPhone and contacted Vodafone care for Special data plan for iPhone and was conveyed message that, Vodafone has merged the services of iData plan and VMC and henceforth so no need to change the special services for iPhone.
Since then Undersigned has used VMC services on iPhone and came to notice that; All bills since April has been charged for fixed cost of VMC services i.e. Rs. 499/- per Month and at the same time did not get any discounts of free usage of VMC plan too.

Undersigned has filled complaint to Kakinada local Vodafone service center on 30th June 2011 through EMail and responded with Rs. 3000/- ad hoc payment for uninterrupted services as directed by Vodafone representative on 25th July 2011.
Now, all services of my Vodafone no – [protected] has been barred and was informed by Kakinada Vodafone representative that, services can only be activated after full payment.
I had already filled complained with No[protected] Dt 28.07.2011 and requested them to start the services till the billing issue resolve.
Haven't received any response yet....Please help me if you can......

Vodafone — Deduct amount without my knowledge
Hi, this is prem p pankaj here having vodafone prepaid connection [protected]. i am very well setteled and no body in my fami are dependent.Few days back in july 13 or 14 i got a message that you have been charged rs29 from your a/c then i called vodafone customer care, i got reply that i requested to activate this service and you will not get a single paise back only we can stop your service.
it is completly reduculas that i presses any button and i am not aware of this. i am using this vodafone number from more than a year.
i was listening that companies are cheating customers but this time i became a victim.
And i really don't know where to complain about this issue.
please look upon my matter.
