Vodafone — receiving unwanted promotional calls and messages
I am vikrant sharma want to informe that i am register with DND vodofone service.but still i am receiving unwanted promotional calls and messeges on daily basis.I am using 2nos of vodafone facing problem on both nos.Done complaint many times in customer care.but there is no use for that.please do something to stop this all.thanking you

Vodafone Essar Pvt. Ltd. — No deactivation of Value Added Service
Hello Sir,I want to bring your concern to that I am a customer of Vodafone Essar Pvt. Ltd. I do have a prepaid connection i.e. [protected]. I am getting messages regarding caller tune activation on daily basis without any of my request for it. I did talked to customer care executives regarding this but they said they recieved an request for this service by some usd code i.e. *567# but i didn't sent any request for that. Infact my phone was switched off at the time they told me for recieving the request. Which clearly indicates that the particular service is being activated by them only. I did warned them that this type o[censored]nwanted services shouldn't get activated on my number anymore and then he gave me assurity for that. But when i recharged my phone then they deducted my balance by Rs. 30 for the same service even before 24 hours completed the recharge process.
I am fed up of complaining them about this as i have talked to them for more than 10 times. But they are not ready to solve my problem.
So, you are kindly requested to help me regarding the issue.

Vodafone — No solution
i called ten to twenty times the customer care but there was no proper response.they said they will transfer call to supervisor but the call will cut in 4 min of time.and when i went manually i given complaint at office they said by evening it wil be solved but daily the story repeats. my problem is i cant send or recieve messages from my vodafone sim only from my cell but in other cells it is good. and other problem is caller tune when we call from same network the song comes else it wont come. again when we change sim also the song comes good. my cell is nokia 5230 it is perfectly alright. but this worst vodafone makes me irritatedVodafone — extra balance cut

No One is taking care of the complaints dated 08th july, 2011.no one is taking any action toward my complaints. Vodafone customer care department doesn't have any solution or power to resolve the complaint.
They can just do thr duty by further forwarding a complaint. Whereas that department is doing nothing towards it. It seems that they are just dumping the complaints.
I AM FACING THE SAME PROBLEM . I THINK THAT PUBLIC AWARENESS SHOULD BE CREATED SO COMMON CONSUMERS DO HAVE A VOICE. PEOPLE WHO READ THIS PUT A WORD SO MONOPOLY DECEIT WOULD BE CHECKED.

This is to bring in your notice that I have booked two Post Paid number on buy post paid dept via customer care number on 15th July 2011.

The Executive (Ms. Richa) told me that the number has been booked on your name and the field executive will on 16th of july to full fill the docs process and will handover SIM and after being verified the details your number will get activated.
Today, I have received a call from Someone claimed Mr. Shah from the number [protected] that the number which you have been allowed is already activated on somebody else name. Then I told that I am not ready to listen as you promised to give me the selected number in your option.
In between my conversation with your representative, I dialed my selected number and found that this no is not activated on anyone’s name.
Then, Ms. Richa came in on conference call and told me that we can not give you this number as this is booked on somebody’s else nam.
I would like to point on some issues:
1. Do you guys book one number to more than one customer even when you are not sure that he/she will take / has taken this number or not.
2. Is there no coordination between dept or the systems.
3. Why two person / one dept having two version when dealing with the customer.
4. Is it true that your guys sell the number chosen by your customer to other perspective customer, because this is true as far as my known person experience are concerned.
5. This has happened with some of my known person from the same dept before.
6. And last but not the least, instead of accepting the mistake they suggesting some more number similar to what I agreed to buy, Mr. Shah said that we are having a very good number for you which is [protected]
