Vodaphone doesn't have any information on what URLs i have accessed using Vodphone live and says that I will have to pay my bills, without any solution whatsoever. Vodaphone Mumbai si really pathetic is any customer assitance. I have been a consumer with many other Service provider, but this is the sad.

Vodafone mobile — Disconnection of mobile no.
I have mobile connection with Vodafone bearing no.[protected]. I have requested to disconnect the mobile no. [protected] in 4 months back. But every month they are sending bill and mentally tourchering. Please take appropriate action. I have already forwarded compliant to you in this regard.K.S. Kannn
Vodafone — Porting request rejected
My vodafone number is [protected]. I have made number of requests to customer care and at vodafone stores regarding the network issue for my mobile.At vijayawada Labbipet store, Mr Phani ( CC Executive) suggested me to change the SIM card and done. Problem remained same after changing my SIM.
At same store, Miss SANDHAYA ( CC Executive ) taken my request and did nothing. Same happended at Visakhapatnam stores on[protected].
I have doubt on my handset and changed the same too..
Finally, I have opted for porting and applied at IDEA, Labbipet on[protected] with port ID : VA764158. I have paid my due bills and also unbilled amount.
It has been rejected by Vodafone. Customer care at 111 & 198 were unable to trace the reason for rejection and suggested me to approach the stores.
At stores, Miss SANDHAYA ( CC Executive) was also failed to tell me the reason for rejection of my porting request.
Request you to kindly look into the issue and do the needful.
Vodafone — conversion of prepaid to postpaid
I am using Vodaphone prepid number form last few years. On 27th of July i have requested for conversion from prepaid to postpaid.My request was taken by Mr. Nikhil and he has told me that some one will come an dcollect the document. On 28th July Mr. Atul patel (Andromeda) came for document i hv haded him PAN card and Due to problen in Xerox he told me to scan the passport copy and send on [protected]@andromeda.in. I have done the same on that day itself.
After that i was cont chekcing with them for my case status and i was getting ans that it will be done today or tomm. Finally 2 days back when I called I got to know that my case is pending because they need adress proof. I asked them wht i should do they said go to vodaphone outlet and sumit the same.
When i visited outlet they are saying they will not accept the papers as my docs are collected by Andromeda so i came back. When i called again to call cente they are saying go to vodaphone store again. I tried to speak to them but they are transfering my cal lto one person to another, no one is giving proper reply.

Vodafone — Unable to use my Apps for BB
I have just had the most terrible experience with Vodafone. I have a BB 2g and Vodafone charges me Rs. 599 per month for the Vodafone BB 2g Services. Since 2 days I'm unable to access any of my emails or Apps on my phone.I keep calling the customer service and they all give me the same assurances of sending some messages to activate my service.
I have asked for a supervisor on 2 occasions and am being bluntly told that they are unable to transfer me.
I have been a Vodafone customer since it was called BPL (9 years ago) and am still not getting anywhere with it.

Vodafone — Recharge Done but service not activated
Dear sir,I am a Vodafone customer bearing mobile no. [protected]…. On 2nd august, I have made a recharge of 89 Rs. for messages pack and I also got the msg of successful recharge at the same time, but the service has not beeen activated til now.. I had called voda care several times at 111 and also complained on 198 also, evrytime I call they said that service will b activated in next four hours , but it does not happened since last three days.. instead evry time I calls they deduct my balance also for caling in voda care… I requests u to plz look into the matter…
