Vodafone — Charges deduction by VODAFONE

15 days before I recharge my mobile with 300 rs . At same time i am having 586 MB browsing data into my mobile account .I used only Facebook and My emails for Checking mail . But without any downloading VODAFONE Deducted 386 rs from my account .

Unnecessarily they Charging that much ,without any intimation . since last 15 days I am not able to use my Services.

and my mobile number is resisted with DND but i got Bulk SMS from ,different marketing company.

Vodafone — cheating my balance unresponsive customer care

Good evening sir,
I am already complaints for four times forconsumer complaints for my problems but not solved and i called to vodafone customer care not responsed i am totatly mind upset inthis problem if the problem not solved i have changed other network .the vodafone company was fraude company not customes staisfaction

yesterday ,04th Oct 2011, tuesday at 08:13 am, i receieved a call from [protected]. It came to my knowledge that call is from pakistan. Although i missed the call, but i am concerned about how did the calling person got my number. I would appreciate it if you would look into this matter.

I was using vodafone number from jind region & my vodafone no. is [protected].i was request for deactivate the services as on 11 april 2011 bt they do't do. due to some mistake of vodafone employees bill is generating continuously and sent it to my home. i was living outside jind. so unable to see the bill they were providing wrong information related to my data card plan according to them if i take rs. 500 plan then i can access unlimited use of net like as unlimited downloading etc...bt bill is generating according to use of the data card... i was pay the bill without see any bill.
Finally I had given a call to the customer care after talking himanshu he is the employees of vodafone store establish in jind and said generation of my bill after deactivating of the services and complain regarding this but nothing get benefit to talk customer care because bill is generated by vodafone to pay the amount again so i am requested to you plz help me...
i am very irretated by vodafone emloyees so much
This type of services by Vodafone hurts a lot and really disturbing.
