Vodafone — Reg: MY SIM CARD ISSUE
Hi Dear Sir/MadamMY SIM DETAILS:

Actually i have taken this number on 13-Sep-2011. I have subitted my id proff in vodafone dealer shop in Dilsukhnagar.But continuosly i got messages from vodafone care like id proofs are not subimitted and at that time i have contacted vodafone custemer care people they said that you have to submitt your documents once again in any vodafone stores and it will be activated with in 24hrs.so again i have submitted my documents like id proof in S.R.Nagar vodafone stores on[protected] and they have given me a custemer copy and the serial number is C4422183.
Serial Number is : C4422183.
But again i got messages from vodafone saying that your proofs are not submitted.
Here my main complaint on custemer service people:
Today i have contacted custemer care people 5 times .First person said that u have to wait upto 24hrs then your sim will be activated but i asked that person please escalate the call to your supirior then he suddenly dissconnected my call and second time i have contacted again custemer care person an she lifted the call and saying that the same thing again i have saked for esacalation of call to your supiorior agin she disconnected my call again third time same problem and again 4th time same problem and agin 5th time same problem they are disconnected my call continuosly.and more over now custermer care contact number also deactivated in my mobile.

Mainly the third person Gowthami Govindu she is miss guided me so much.I'm so frustrated with that person .she said that i will undersatd your problem and i will discuss with my team leader i will activate your number by evenig she said like that at that time im very happy for her proper responce.But she is also miss guided me till now my nuber is not activated .
I have taken another vodafone number( [protected] ) for temporary purpose please understand my problem .changing of my vodafone number is not big problem for me but the problem here is im working in IBM and i have given my contact number to project manager,Delivery Manager,Global Manager,Onsite co-ordinator like that...
Please undersatnd my problem and take action from your side.

Vodafone — discontinue of service

Vodafone — No 3G Activation
I asked Vodafone corporate care to provide me options for 3G data plans on 16th September 2011.They provided the list of plans on 18th September and asked me to chose which plan I want to activate.
On 19th September, I asked them to de-activate my vodafone live and activate 3G at 650 plan.
I was told on 20th September that it will happen within 24 hours.
They de-activated vodafone live but didn't activate 3G.
On 22nd September, I sent another email asking for the status for the request number.
On 24th September, I got reply that 3G was not activated on my account on that request number (no reason was given) and I need to again confirm if I wanted to activate 3G which I did.
On 25th, I generated code to port my number as I saw really good 3G plans from Airtel. I received a call from Vodafone on 26th and the guy said 3G will be activated within 24 hours. It's 28th September now and 3G is still not activated.
I will submit my papers to Airtel tomorrow.
My recommendation for everybody is to stay away from vodafone. Their customer care sucks.

Vodafone GSM — updating documentation

Vodafone — Extremely Poor service
Hi Team,I had issues with my post paid mobile connection with Vodafone, so I decided to switch over from post paid to pre paid. On Sept 12th 2011 I raised a request with the Vodafone store at Adyar,chennai. I was attended by a staff called Gayathri, she mentioned that I would have to pay my post paid bill along with new sim card charges. I completed all the payment related formalities the same day and provided them all the supporting documents as well. I was informed that my connection would be disabled and then my pre-paid will be activated within 48 hours. Today the date is 22nd Sept 2011 and I am yet to have my mobile connection activated.
The team present at this Adyar Vodafone store is not happy to help at all. They are not providing me any valid update, they keep dodging by mentioning that my connection will get activated now and later, however so far nothing has happened, when they could ensure all their money is received why can't they ensure that my mobile connection is activated.
They keep telling me that there was an upgrade in their system after which they are facing this technical issue because of which they are unable to activate my connection, is Vodafone so incompetent. Please help me get my mobile connection activated.
