Vodafone — Amount Deduction

I have been using Vodafone Network since long time and have been facing problems with this network. I have recharged my no with 98 rupees which gives 2GB internet access free. When we recharge with that amount we should receive a confirmation message that 2 GB internet is free and you can use it, but because of some technical problem in their network I have not received any message from their end and after using internet my amount of 69 has been deducted and which is not a small amount. I would request you to do something that my money gets credited to my account. I would kindly appreciate if you can kindly look into my matter. Thank you.

This is the worst network ever when it comes to customer services in hyderabad...THEY ARE HAPPY BUT THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU...That is for sure...

Think twice before selecting vodafone...even the new networks like Uninor, Videocon, Docomo are much better in terms of service now...I had a worst experience with them...

I agree but the thing is each time my amount gets deducted its never get credited back... its like open theft what they r doing.

Vodafone — Converting Postpaid to Prepaid

Vodafone — Abusive SMS and miss call

I am receiving abusive SMSes from the Vodafone mobile no. [protected] to my cell phone. This person was earlier giving miss calls, when I called back, he did not pick. Now, he is sending abusive SMSes. Whom to report, or how can I prevent this guy. Kindly help me.

I keep receiving missed calls from these [protected] & [protected] and other numbers starting with +92 kindly tell me, how to get these strange missed calls to stop, My number is [protected]. which is a Vodafone Mobile Number and I have also activated DND service.

Vodafone — no bills sent by the service provider & credit limit increase without my permission

i have one conection since last 6 year in past there is no any issue with them recently i get sms my bill more then rs. 12000.00 in a month and my credit limit increase by rs. 9000.00 without my premission after that the bill cross the limit & without sending the bill they they are claiming the payment i requet them please send me bill anfd collect yours payment on 12.10.2011 & 17.10.2011 and 20.10.2011 they are saying yours bill despatch it will received within seven working days you make the payment immdtly after that the have suspend my out going call without any reason when the bill not delivered by them then how will the customer made the payment . without my premission why the limit increase and all past bill not more then rs. 2500.00 in a month

I HAVE ONE NO. [protected] OF VODAFONE SINCE LAST 6 YEAR THE AVRG BILLING RS.2500.00 P M TIN THE MONTH OF OCT 11 RS I HAVE RECEIVED SMS MY BILL RS.12200.00 APPOX, THEN I CONTRACT WITH CUST.CARE REGARDING THE NON RECED OF BILL THEY HAVE TOLD ME THAT THEY SEND THE BILL ON E MAIL BUT THAT ALSO NOT YET RECD I HAVE LODGED A COMPLAIN ON 12.10.11 WITH THEIR CUST CARE EXCUT. AND REQUEST TO SEND ME BILL IMMDTLY.THEY TOLD THAT BILL WILL BE RECD WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER THAT THE BILL RECD ON 17.10.2011 I AGAIN CONT. WITH THEM AND ASK REGARDING NON RECPT OF BILL THE COMPLAIN LODGED BY THEM AND THEY ASK THAT BILL WILL BE RECD WITH IN 7 DAYS YOU MAKE THE PAYMENT FIRST THE MATTER SOLVED OUT AFTER THE PAYMENT RECD TODAY IS 23.10.2011 TILL DATE THE BILL NOT YET RECD THEY HAVE RESTRICTED MY OUT GOING CALL MY ALL BUSINESS HAMPRED DUE TO THEIR SERVICE . HEAVY LOSS INCCURED DUE TO THEIR SERVICES
