Today i received one missed call form ISD no.[protected] . And when i call on the same no. tape recording stared in that one stupid lady started sexy dialogue in Hindi language. Because of this i have to bear unnecessary charges. My request to Vodafone pls block this no. urgently.

Vodafone — vodafone harassed me

i had a hutch prepaid number since 5 years. i converted it into prepaid vodafone number this year. according to the plan, i will be getting 12000 seconds and a discount of 50 ruppees on the calls i made on vodafone numbers. with that i also got a service, according to which i can have 24x7 free call on a particular vodafone number. i got all this for 299 monthly rental plan.

my first bill amount 750 had charged me for the number, which they said will be free. i paid it though. my next bill also had charge for that number. on enquiry, i have been told that i provided the wrong number for free calls. i told them that i did not.. i told them that i have not called on that number, which you people are saying that i made free calls to... there was just a little bit of difference in the number on which i made call, and the other which they said i applied for.

i went to the head office at krishna nagar. i have been told that i m guilty. i gave a recording to the person in chagre there, (name- shahzeb.), the recording had clearly proved that the vodafone people tried to deceive me.
i am getting letters from vodafone to pay the bill and i even got court notice.
but that was not all, my niece went to shazeb with me... and that fellow instead of making any conclusion to my problem, is sending friend request to my niece on facebook.

i am just pissed off with vodafone..

Vodafone — Complaints not Processed

I called 198 and registered with 2 complaints which are not processed so far. The first complaint was registered back in September first week of 2011. Every time i call them they tell it will be processed in next 48 hours and i have called them more than 5 times till date.

Vodafone — charging my calls at roaming rates even when i am at not roaming

i am a vodafone pre-paid user. I had been to delhi for last two days. but when i am back to my home town i.e. not at roaming ( call rates). company still charging my calls at roaming rates. i consulted customer care 2-3 times. sometime this,other time that( sir, refresh sim. sir, restart your phone and all that ) even after that i am still being charged at roaming rates. am i supposed to think twice or consult customer care before i make any call. i am sick of it.i am sick of consulting customer care again and again . please do take notice of it and impose penalty on company for their lazy and unsatisfied work and get my problem solved at the earliest please.

Vodafone — Outgoing barred without reason

I am a user of vodafone (got portability from airtel).

I am very disappointed with the service level. Initially, i have submitted all documents required for obtaining a sim from vodafone as per the procedures. But suddenly my outgoing has stopped and I was asked to re-submit my ID proof etc. I went to the vodafone store in lajpat nagar and they did not accept any documents and said that there will be a verification call to check the details. After few hours, I receive an SMS stating that the verfication is under process and will be resolved only by Friday , 14 Oct 2011.

How is a customer suppose to make calls ? The customer is stranded for 3-5 days unnecessarily. You should atleast allow a credit if it is just about the money. You should not have allowed portability at the first place without verification. And if a re-verification is required then why should it take such a long time so that the customer is just not able to do anything but talk to customer service who really cannot help.

Further, the number of the nodal officer available on the website is never responded to or busy. As a customer, we feel harassed and helpless in the company's hands. When all the documents including driving license, election commission card and previous airtel bills were submitted on time then why is the service deactivated. It is highly disappointed and should be looked into immediately.
