Vodafone — detected sum of Rs 42 from my prepaid acct
i today e-recharged for rupees 100 of my prepaid acct.i am on roaming in the afternoon i received a call from landline number the call is from insurance company at that moment i disconnected the call and i seen my that 42rupees were dedected from my account. my mobile number is [protected] i request the vodafone services to pay back to my account as soon as possible. I wants to know the owner of the Vodafone no. [protected]

i was your last 6 year custmar i was not satisfied your vodafone care & not solve problems.so i ported my mob.no.[protected] (Postpaid connection)on 14.12.11.in airtel.
(1)last month i use internet only 30 minutes.its bill Rs 256.40&Rs 210.20 . bill no.[protected], dated 18.10.11 to 17.11.11.& massage charges taken Rs 51.00.in case 199 massage were free used.massage 20 about only. i complaint about this.we shall adjust it next bill after that .vodafone care service stopped next day.
(2) on 13.12.11.i have paid up to 13.12.11.bill & send porting request on 14.12.11.after 12.12.11, i did not use this number also.But on 05.01.12. voodafon sent me message ur bill due Rs. 142.47 on 05.01.12.when i deposit up to 13.12.11 so from where came my due.before 05.01.12 why have you not inform me.
if you will not solve my problem withn a week.other wise i will go to consurmer court..My mail id"[protected]@g mail.com".i will wait your ans.

Vodafone — Vodafone Customer Care Very Bad Response
Dear All,,i am a USER of vodafone in Faridabad. It's a very bad network in India. I have pay about 2 to 3k vodafone bill per month untill they cut the phone at any time and after that if you want to contact Vodafone coustomer, they don't give good response.
1st. They can't pic the phone
2 nd. They take a more then 1 har to connect with Coustmor care.
3rd. Sorry sir, you have connect the Mummbi Branch, Please write down 2nd No and contact in your area..
4th. if you contact in your area.. press a lote of button to talk him.
5th.. sorry you have enter the wrong option
It's very bad experience with Vodafone. I have a request to all , plz use any other Network, but don't use Voda, b/c time is must be improtent to every one and i[censored] need any emergency help with voda, they can't help you and waist your lot of time....
Time is Improtent not Vodafone...

Vodafone — not able to send messages
I am not able to send messages from past 3 days. Approached Vodafone customer care both over the phone and personally, but did not get proper response and was neglected.Vodafone — Deduction of Balance on No.9999065559
I have recharged my phone with Rs.95 internet pack on Jan. 1, 2012 and started using that pack. On next day I faced a problem I found that (on Jan. 2, 2012) while using internet my balance of Rs. 165 (Approx.) was deducted from my balance for using internet and my Internet Pack was cancelled without any message.For this I have contacted with customer care many times and I also been to Vodafone Store but I have not received any positive response. Since last 6 Days I have complained thrice but I did not received any response at all.
I have also try to E-Mail vodafone customer but all of my tries ended in vain.
Therefore you are requested to help me out of this problem and refund my full deducted balance along with my internet.

Vodafone — deactivation of number however payment is getting deducted
Hi,This is to inform you that I am facing teribble problems with vodafone postpaid services. Since 2002 I am using my Vodafone number. Following are my details:

From Past few months my number got de-activated since the time I took a new Vodafone sim with the same number. This New sim I took from Vodafone store resides at Howrah Maidan on the month of November-2011.Though I am paying bills continuously.
Meanwhile I tried a lot to get in touch with vodafonecustomer care for the same but every time I been told that you will get a call within 48 hours, but till date I have not received any such calls.
I am getting very disapointed with such kind of service from vodafoneend and feels embaracing to be cheated like that. Hence I request you to look into the matter.
I will be much obliged if you do the needful ASAP.

Vodafone — portability and misplacing documents
my mobile number is [protected]i have wrote this letter in order to inform you about my problem of vodafone portability
i had done my portability with all the necessary documents on 19th of december the thing which shold be done within 1week has taken nearly 21days.
Even after the portability within 7days my incoming and outgoing call facility were stopped on 16th january.
I went to vodafone store and asked the reason of my problem of incoming and outgoing calls facility the reason even by them was the misplacing of my documents so i gave them new documents and within 30mins they started my incoming and outgoing calls facility.
But again after 1week the problem again arisen even giving the documents again the near reason given by them was that the documents have still not reached the head office.
Due to this problem the facility of blackberry service has been stopped and due to this i cannot receive my important calls and i am facing financial looses.

Vodafone — Wrong call charges
Dear Sir,i am a regular user of Vodafone but in the month of November month 2011.
i was using a tariff plan of Rs.49/month to make my STD calls @50paise/minute
i give request to change my plan they told me to change in billing cycle but they change suddenly in mid of month but till the plan change they did not give me benefits of previous plan.
Now they are saying the plan is not applicable in new plan and we can not give u the benefits
