I HAVE CHARGED THE VODAFONE NET BONUS CARD [protected] FOR Rs 14 ON[protected] AT 8.42 AM AND USED MY MOBILE PHONE FOR DOWN LOAD.BUT I HAVE LOST MY PHONE CHARGE FOR Rs 226 FULLY.SO ICALLED MANY TIMES TO VODAFONE CUSTOMER CARE AND THREE PERSONS NAMELY SHABEER MOULANA VISHNU ETC PROMISED ME TO GIVE BACK MY MONEY TO WITHIN 48 HOURS.AGAIN AND AGAIN I CALLED TO CUSTOMER CARE AND RECIEVED THESE PROMISE.ONCEAGAIN I AGREED TO RECHARGE THE BONUS CARD ACTIVATION FOR Rs 14 FROM MY PHONE ACCOUNT.IT HAS BEEN DONE BY VISHNU AT CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE OF VODAFONE.
THEREFORE I REQUEST YOU TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK AT YOUR EARLIEST.

Vodafone Prepaid Mobile No. 9654547274 — DEDUCTING BALANCE AUTOMATIC WITHOUT USES OF MOBILE SERVICES

I am holding Vodafone prepaid mobile connection No. [protected]. I have charged my mobile on 28 Dec 2011 of Rs. 100 and I have a balanced on 28 Dec 2011 Rs. 87.67.My mobile balance is deducting automatic of Rs. 02/ day, I have contacted many time to vodafone customer services about the deduction of balance. where as I have confirmed from Vodafone customer services about activation of any services also and presently there is no services is activated. Please make necessary solution about my mobile balance and contact on my mobile/ email id [protected]@yahoo.co.in.

Vodafone — balance deducted and no action taken on the previous complaint lodged one month ago.

This is in regard to my previous complain, i loged in first week of december as vodafone deducted Rs.90 from of my talk time, and claimed that i used internet in my cell phone. I talked to Sanjay Desai regarding that complain and i told him that i did not access internet on my cell phone but he was continously claiming in the entire conversation that i used internet but it was really not like that, bcoz had i used internet in my cell phone ,i would have never loged complain here. At last he just wind up the call by saying that he need 48 hrs to come out with some solution, but he never came back & i am still waiting for his response.
The previous complain was not resolved by vodafone and in between what they did, they activated some matrimony service in my cell phone & again charged Rs.30 for the same. I am unable to talk to vodafone care for any quiery becoz i beleive they de-activated my cc services.
Above all which i mentioned so far, on 31 of Dec 2011, at around 2400hrs they again deducted Rs.40 from my talk time and reduced it to zero. Now i don't understand what should i do. Should i approach to TRAI for further resolution, or can i get a refund of all my fund which vidafone deducted from my account so far? So far starting from Nov-27 to Dec-31 vodafone deducted Rs.160 from my account. So can i expect a better solution of my complain this time?
