[Resolved]  Vodafone / Mobile Bill Payment — Poor service!

i want to disconnect my postpaid connection of number is [protected].....the reason is that i m going abroad so i want to disconnect my account as above....thank u

Vodafone /Mobile Bill Payment — Poor service!

i took a postpaid number in mumbai and the number is [protected]..i came to chennai this month..i didnt receive my bill yet..i want to disconnect the number and want my last month bill too..please send my bill to my mail id as soon as possible and also disconnect the number as i dont need it anymore..please take necessary actions soon.there is no network coverage in my place also and its not possible to contact customer care also..
I , Sri Swadesh Kr Chakrabarti residing at 321/1 Swamiji Sarani, Kolkata-700048, am a customer of Vodafone (erstwhile Hutch) having mobile no [protected]. Unfortunately i lost my Noika set having said connection while travelling by bus on 11.11.2007 at 8 p.m (apprx) and i also lodged a Diary with Lake Town P.S vide GD no. 684 dated 12.11.2007.
The above connection may please be locked immediately.

My Mobile No. is [protected]. I want to disconnect the CT provision from my mobile from this month, i.e. November'07 onwards. You have deducted Rs.30/- today for the said provision. Kindly reimburse back the amount at the earliest and delete the CT provision from my mobile.


Hi sir dis is Ahmed i purchased Post Paid connection 2 months back & m still waiting for my 1st bill where as i hv already made the payment of that.And more over ur executives barred my i request u to do me the needfull.............

Are you really watching this page,If you had seen this page atleast once you would have improved your services much better, I had been using Hutch from day one of their entry & I had almost crossed paying Rs.3,00,000 as my monthly bills, I had sent you a request across, as a mail for providing the details of my bill paid for the month of Oct '07, which as per my understanding, was supposed to be answered in 48 hrs but I havn't recieved any reply in 128 hrs, I would request your good office to extend your minumum time frame from of your replying period from 48 hrs to 1440 hrs (Two months),

Which will really give time you to streatch your hands & legs,
May be you grew too much than your capacity,.
Attention to Detail is the need of the hour

i am a vodafone user for 4 yrs and always pay the bill on time and i tried the bill collection service.i called the office at 10.00am and was told it would be done by 2.00pm.ireceived a call at 12.00 asking for the one turned up,i called the excecutive,avinash([protected])who said he would reach in 15 5.00 i called him again he did not receive my call.i called the payment centre who assured me that the bill would collected on the same date.i waited till 8.00 and no one came.i again called the customer service no.[protected],the lady said she would find out the delay and get back to me which she never did.such kind of service is not expected from you.
i wasted the whole day waiting for your guy,my bill has reached it's cieling and now i may have call barring.i hope u take action against the erring persons or i may have to take more drastic steps

my number is [protected], for d last one week i have trying all your customer care numbers none of then are working. i have cleared all my bills till date but i cannot use my number when ever i dial a number there is a prerecorded message which says i have not cleared my bill, which is soo irritating. please please do not ever thnk of getting this connection. this is a useless . vedafone will drive u nuts

sometime b4 i bought an new number {[protected]} today i passed nearby 4 days but it is not activated and registered my complian to the coust. care but there was no exect result. i m allredy useing a vodaphone no. is [protected] and there is not any problme. If my no would not be activateing by tomorrow than i would not submit my bill because this is a very poor service.

My Vodafone no. [protected], my bill date is 1st of every month and due on 18th of every month. I got the Vodafone bill of November and also I paid the same before 8 days from my due date. i.e. 18th December 2007. It's not only I paid the payment by cheque dated 12/12/2007 dropped in Vodafone Drop Box but also I confirm from Vodafone Customer Care section. Now I am getting Vodafone Message daily to pay your Vodafone bill of November immediately. If failed, your Vodafone connection will be suspended.!!!

Sir, I have a simple question i.e. Why are you using THIS VODAFONE BOXES each and every places.? Is it make any use of Customer? please keeping some responsibility for cheque payees.!! This is my humbly request.


N.B. I honestly say that I PAID MY VODAFONE BILL for November 2007 the cheque date is 12/12/2007. Please cheque it as early date. This is my request.
Vodafone has a useless third class customer service crew they dont even know how to communicate to a customer who has a corporate plan connection i have had too many difficulties and hard time to understand these so called customer care executives. they lack of information they dont even know what are we calling for. i just wanted to know that how can i make a bill payment online or over the IVR system i spoke to 4 reps named ganesh,keshwar,ajit.prashant no one was able to explain as to what are the steps to be taken to pay bill at last i only explored the entire stupid i.v.r. system and found my way. this was really irritating for me to speak to everyone and explain all the things again and again. i mean if this is going to be the case then i think it would be better if i cancel the connection. it took me whole 2 hours to make a stupid bill payment. it ended up with frustation. i just wanted to say that vodafone needs to work on their customer care reps. they need to be trained on the ethics of tele servicing or they should choose customer service reps who speak correct and fine english.this is a limit now .someone needs to contact me about the same from your company.

[protected]. since i became customer of vodafone it did not get my bills so that i could pay timely after veryfying the bill .After doing all this they imposing me 100Rs late fee additionally. who one is concern Please look into the so that I remain stayed with vodafone

An amount @ Rs. 199/- for October and November 2007 has been
deducted forcefully from my prepaid account of vodafone no. [protected].
I approched two times to the vodafone stores at vikas marg Delhi on dt.
01.12.07 and 19.01.08 regarding above said.

I came to know that the said amount is deducted for activation
of internet on phone. I hereby specify that neither made a request to
activate the internet and nor used any time even it was activated. The
Assistant in vodafone store on 01.12.07 assured me that she has sent an
email to the concerned department and the money will be re credited in
my account with in one week. But it is regreted to say that the
assurance was not fulfilled. I further approach the same vodafone store on
19.01.08 and on the enquiry the assistant said to me that she is not
capable to do the needful.
Hence I request to you that an amount of Rs. 398 may kindly
be recredited to my account.
