[Resolved]  Vodafone Prepaid — Sim card disconnected.

Hello,

I am from Bangalore. I have taken new vodafone prepaid sim no. [protected] jus 15 days back. I had handed over all the documents required for the sim. The validity plan is for 2 years. My sim card is disconnected. I enquired in the vodafone customer care, but they are also not knowing the reason. The vodafone dealed from whome I have purchsed the card asked me to submit the documtnes again. on13.08.09 I again submitted the documents.

Since then aslo the card is not activated, now the dealer is not taking the responsibility N asking me to visit the vodafone centre abnd submit the documents ther again.

Poor service from vodafone.

Vodafone Prepaid Service — disconnection of my sim card

i iam really tied of the voda phone survice that they provided me .....from the past two months i have been continuously facing problems making ISD calls some times it works and some times it doesn't ....finally from the past two weeks it when i recharged it to 625rps and and made one ISD call, the balace was 483rps and after few hours ...my phone was completly diconnected ....when i approach the voda phone office sector 3B2 mohali voda phone office ....this lady by the name Kinti told me that there is no entries in the system .....i gave 2 sets of all the neccessary documents to the voda phone office ....but they misplaced it...so the next day i again gave this lady all the neccessary documents ....i ask her if she needs any other information and she replied its all o.k and my phone will be working after 24 hrs it was one week till last week friday when i approach her again and she said it should be fine by tomorrow ....then i spoke to the manager of the voda phone office ....about this problem ....he assured me that he will personally look into this matter and that my phone should be o.k by saturday afternoon ....but its monday now and i cant make any ISD calls .....i think there are some people in the voda pone office who do not diserve to be sitting in the chair and thats why the customers are suffering ....o yes up till today my credit is not being transfered to my sim......i hope this message will reach the higher managers and some action will be taken soon....
