Sir,
This complaint is in reference to my(Vikram Arora, cell :[protected]) conversation with vodafone helpline executive earlier and latest with (swati suresh iyer) on 8.10.08 at 11:10 am. regarding the problem of facing no network most of the times past 2 months, for which i have already made complaints.
At times im in roaming network and if i try, it shows no access.
The error which usually callers face :
1.This number does not exists.
2. Engage tone.
3.Please check the number you have dialled.
4.You seems to have dialled a wrong number.
I have my adverts on air on most of the property portals in the world, for which it takes lot of time and money to work on it.
Vodafone is not at all co-operating with this matter inturn, im preparing documents to go to consumer court and claim for my bussiness loss.
Also, while making complaints, i have recorded my conversation with Vodafone help line executives many times, which ill be producing to the court if needed..
Kindly, look forward to this matter as it is affecting my bussiness to a very great extent.

Vodafone — Inactivation of Post Paid Connection
We have a number of Post Paid Connections from Vodafone in our Company for the past 4-5 years. Suddenly a few days ago - one of our connections was inactivated ( number : [protected]). The reason being given is that KYC documents are required.Have they woken up after 4 years now ? And even after giving them all documents - the number is still out of service.
