Vodafone — Poor tower

Dear Sir,

I am vodafone (hutch previously) user for past 6 years. I am residing in adyar, CLRI scientist apartments, ground floor. I have a tower problem inside my home.If i need to call, i have to come out and wait for ten minutes till my tower appears and then only i can make a call. But my friend came with his BSNL number and started to call his friends inside my room . I made a email complaint to the vodafone customer care, But poor action they did. I think they replied without any rectification. Very bad status of vodafone, even in the heart of adyar, chennai. Thinking its service outside chennai would be horrible(just to extrapolate).

with best regards i beg to inform you that there is no any tower within the range of 11km so that all the villagers and i also facing the problem of call drop.no any other customer interested to buy the any sim because there is no network any sim.sir due to unavailability of tower i want to give my land on rent to install the tower any company.There are only 1 signals bar shown in my mobile while i am using the nokia2626.i am facing this problem from ten month.
