i have booked vento red color , highline diesel on the 17/8/2010 with a booking amount of rs 100000/-.. pmt thru RTGS

1.. At the time of booking i was being committed the date of september end --to october 2nd week 2010, the concerned person being Mr Mitesh.[protected] and my booking no being 21
2... Receipt recieved through fax after 13 days on 31 august 2010. and booking no then said is 28
3.. today i call up the showroom again and ask for schedule and the booking status is now told to december end 2010 ..

i have sold my existing car in anticipation of receiving vento within 15 - 20 days. how would i manage now. ??

does your such a big company gives such big false committments ???
I am very disappointed with such false lies, in december you might tell that you will get in february.
its a request to you give the delivery of my car on time in september end or october 2nd week.
Its you who can take the matter seriously, understand and solve the grievance of your customer.
if delivery of the car would have been so late , i would have never booked it in the first place.
hoping that you give me a positive reply and solution immediately.
i have attached the booking receipt in this mail.

i have not been offered any solution till date after several repeated attempts and requests to solve my problem,
i need the new car very urgently as i have sold my existing car in anticipation of delivery of the car in october...

Global Services (India) — Non delivery of Vehicle

Global Services ( India) was paid to move a Honda Activa from Pune - Viman Nagar to Mumbai - Kandivali. The Activa was taken fm Pune on July 12th 2009, and we paid them Rs.2050/- .
Till date (July 20) the Activa has not reached Mumbai. Every day when we call, they give false assurances, talk as if they are doing us a favour and sometimes disconnect the phone line.

volkswagen booking complaint — taking more time for delivery of car

i m adv.Jayesh Avhad i booked volkswagen polo petrol trandline dated 17th july 2010 with booking amount rs.50000 at there authoriesed delar das moters at thane receipt no. 161 but till date they r not give me actual the date of delivery when i will call them they r not give me propar answer and they r not call me singal time so i am very much disappointed so do the needful in the matter

We Were approached by Sh Harjinder Singh([protected]) for finance of Rs400000/-. for purchasing Vokswagen POLO 1.2 Trendline TDi White Car worth Rs 542000/- as per quotation of Genuss Motors, (Plot No.32 Industrial Area Phase-1 Chandigarh) Ph no.[protected]. Accordingly we issued draft on21.09.2010 for Rs.492000/-.Exclusive of advance amount Rs50000/-.

But inspite of our best efforts ad followup the company has failed to deliver the car on one pretext or the other. Customer Care of Volkswagen company is also not responding despite repeated contacts. Latest complaint no. is CAL4400 dtd 7th January. Kindly intervene to deliver the car to Sh. Harjinder Singh as our bank Finance is involved and our auditors hae objected for non delivery for such a long period.

i 20 — car booking

before 3 months we have booked i20 era model n there is no response kindly make it fast as we want it other wise we will cancel the model.....
it seems that service center of vw in chandigarh do not have trained staff to diagnose orexplain the problem to the owner your advertisement talks of german engneering and known for trouble free but not in my case my car polo highline purchased on 22 dec 2010 has done only 7400 kms has got eingen problems my experience with the staff of chd center is very bad [ twice ].they do not provide satisfactory answers i kept calling them but they did not attend my phone its been four days they havent repaired my cer yet .please consider this as my rightful demand. regards rajwinder [protected] muktsar punjab

I, Anish K Motwani have booked my VENTO trendline diesel on Jan 27th 2011. with Carz Direct (dealer for GLOBAL GALLARIE at Thane).

I was promised 15-20 days delivery. It has been 3 months now but I have not got my car.
I have been Paying EMIs from past 2 months. Is this is how You give delivery to Clients.
It is not Professionalism and never expected this from Company Like VOLKSWAGEN.

I have Honda, Hyundai and Toyota cars but none of them GAVE me False Promises like your dealers do.
And how can you start my EMI when the car is not been delivered. I want an ANSWER to this.

Now the dealers say to take a Highline and pay more. When I have booked trendline than WHY should I buy a Highline. If the delivery is not possible than better say that HONESTLY. Please do not fool the customers this way.

I wanted a German Car but looking at the scenario I feel Korean and japanese car makers are far better in service. At least they did not LIED to me.

I have written THREE EMAILS before to VOLKSWAGEN WEBSITE. But no reply was given to me till date.
I hope my problem will be sorted this time. lets hope for good.

Volkswagon Bangalore - Elite mottors on Hosur Road is the worst automobile company i have dealt with . Right from customer service to delivery everything seems to be sad.

I have booked for a Vw Polo for about a week now. Firstly, the perspon by name Chethan who explained the details about the car went missing whne i was asked to go pay for the vehicle. Me and my wife had to wait for almost 2 hours to get the paper work done which i did not face with Hyundai ( Best customer service provided for my car which i have been using for 5 years now) . A person by name Prince in the showroom asks me to control my emotions and pay attention to what he talks rather than serving us to solve the issue.

I pay for the car and wait to get delivered, as promised i took an off today to get the car home. Now, i get a call from another Customer Service person saying the billing done was incorrect and VAT was not included, thus asking me to pay more for the music system to be installed on the same. The customer service guy tells me what i need to do - he says you please take the music system with only front speakers and later fix the back ones from elsewhere. I am deeply dissappointed and annoyed with the service provided by Vw - A brand which i always dreamt to own.

I am sure a lot of people should read this and make sure they are not dissappointed by the service provided by Vw. Not sure whom i need to address my concern, but feeling sad that after making the complete payment also, customer service of Elite motors of Vw, Bangalore is so pathetic.

I would want to mention that Trident Hyundai - who are my dealers for my car are fantastic and do a great job in customer service. Now i feel the impact of customer satisfaction. Sadly, when i asked for the complaints email / number i was given service guy Girish 's number.

I deeply regret and am still waiting to see my Vw Polo.

I am extreemely dissapointed with my association in any manner to this company through sale, I will not advise anyone buying Volkswagan vehicles. Unless you have useless money on which you can have Volkswagan enjoy.

Infact It is one of the world's best automotive company, in the hands of "corrupt dealers" in India, who are determined to bring a world class car producer to their end in the Indian Market. I guess this is a sabotage attempt by a lobby of Businessmen who want Volkswagen to be reduced to ashes in the Indian Market.
Correction: "Volkswagen Rules but Its Indian Dealers SUCK! Especially - "Frontier Autoworld" - (Gurgaon) who are rouges and cheats and simply ignorant frauds!!
I booked a Vento Trendline Diesel white on 9Th April 2011 and Today Its 3/6/2011 and the Dealer Volkswagen Delhi South ( Bhasin Motors ) has not been Committing when will they deliver the Vehicle even after 55 days of Booking .
The Response/Explanation Given is Pathetic, No customer service so as to inform the Customer in Advance . Already Paid 85% of the Value with them since last One Month .
Even Called up VW Customer Care and Awaiting response since last 2 days . Never have booked, if they have initially told that it will take so long, No acccountability and No Transparency in Booking/Delivery .

Now They Offered HighLine Model, i am ready to take this, but My Loan has already Disbursed and Money is Lying with the Dealer and and Bank will Close this Loan with Penalty and New File Charges, will add upto 5% of Loan, WHO WILL PAY FOR IT ?
