MYSELF SUMIT BHATIA LAST WEEK I BOOKED VOLKSWAGEN VENTO THROUGH ONE OF THEIR SALES REPRESENTATIVE MR.NITIN AGGARWAL -[protected] FROM FRONTIER AUTOWORLD D-192 OKHLA INDUSTRIAL AREA PHASE -1 BRANCH . I TOLD NITIN THAT I AM CONFUSED WHETHER I WILL GO FOR VENTO OR NOT , STILL HE INSISTED ME TO ATLEAST BOOK THE CAR. HE ALSO OFFERED ME DISCOUNTS ON THE CAR I BOOKED . HE SAID WE WILL GIVE YOU THE CAR AT A PRICE OF 9.41 LAKH ON ROAD WITH ALL ACESSORIES .SO I GAVE HIM A CHEQUE OF Rs. 10000/-AS HE SAID WE WON’T BANK THE CHEQUE UNTIL & UNLESS YOU CONFIRM US .BUT HE IMMIDIOATELY BANKED THE CHEQUE .FIRST OF ALL HE BANKED THE CHEQUE WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND ALSO LATER I CAME TO KNOW THAT INSTEAD OF GIVING ME DISCOUNTS ON THE CAR I BOOKED WHAT HE DID WAS HE REMOVED SOME ACESSORIES WORTH RS.35000/- FROM THE LIST WHICH I WAS TOLD I WILL BE GETTING.WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT THIS WAS NOT THE DEAL WHICH HE HAD OFFERED ME AND TAKEN THE BOOKING AMOUNT,INSTEAD OF APPOLOGISING HE STARTED MISBEHAVING WITH ME. HE USED VERY ABBUSIVE WORDS WHICH I CAN’T EVEN MENTION.HE ALSO MENTIONED THAT IF YOU CANCEL THE BOOKING OF THE CAR “MAIN TUJHKO TERE GHAR SE UTHWA LUNGA”.

=>IS THIS THE WAY TO SELL AND ACQUIRE CUSTOMER ??????

=>IS THIS THE TRAINING GIVEN TO THEIR SALES DIVISION?????



IF THEY MAKE CUSTOMERS BY WRONG SELLING AND MISS COMMITMENT ,THE WAY MR .NITIN DID IN MY CASE ,I AM VERY HAPPY THAT I HAVE TAKEN CORRECT DECISION TO CANCEL MY BOOKING & I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO GO FOR VOLKSWAGEN DUE TO YOUR SERVICES.

I HAVE SPEAK TO HIS BRANCH MANAGER MR.HIMANSHU TANDON-[protected] AND MR. NITIN ACCEPTED INFRONT OF HIM TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED HARASSMENT CAUSED TO ME AND HE HAS MISBEHAVED WITH ME .I HAVE ASKED MR. HIMANSHU TO TAKE SERIOUS ACTION AGAINST HIM AS THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO ATTEND CUSTOMERS .

KINDLY TAKE IMMIDIATE ACTION..

    We were taken aback by Volks wagon India services in Kolkata at OSL EXCLUSIVE PVT LTD ,Topsia Road. The Advisors there are are un- courties, they belive that a customer is their slave & when ever they want they can call the car for service.

    Note that our car had gone twice for service firstly they dont have time to book sevive before 15-20 days days, secondly if you have fitted any sound system from them on purchasing the car & if goes wrong they will take atleast 21-45 days to replace 0r repair the same, its not done now , you have to call them up again & again wether you can get back the replacement or not ,its not there responsiblity to inform you, after that also when a time is given to you to send the car for change of system they dont have there tecnician to do work.Thy will either keep your car for the day or sent is back without giving futher any time as to when the job will be completed.

    I would request all users of Volkswagon Cars to be paitence as mistakes are done by users once in lifetime not twice, GOD help all Volkswagon Car users & give them patience & peace of mind.

      Dear sir ,
      myself swati i bought a car polo tdi (diesel) from volkswagen meerut showroom "S J S motor" on 27feb2012,from the very first it shows defect about which we informed to salesagaent & to GM meerut showroom but they dint took matter seriously and from that day car was standing at our home useless ,finally we complained to customercare on 4th april they pick our car and then they said we will replace the car after then they said we will replace the defected part only ,but still they dint told us about the problem,from the day we bought the we are saying them to replace the car but they are not talking the matter seriously even they misbehaved with us & said that we will make it a accidential case then you will not get anything so accept this car,even till now car meter speed is just about 72km which is distance form showroom to my home,from last 2 1/2 month car was standing at home we couldnt use it for a day,and we are paying EMI+interest without any reason,so many times we have called & send them mail,but till now we dint get any response from company even now the condition is dat they dont receive our call ,right now neither we have car neither money ,please suggest what should we do in dat situation.

          I am a businesman.I bought volkswagon polo (tdi)in sep 2010.
          Three months ago on 16-jan-2012 I am taravelling with my family from haridwar to rashikesh.On the way our car damaged by a heavy sitone and stop immitedlly does't mave a single step ahead then at morning I call the company's toll free no and the send there towing van and took the car at thier service station after they tell us your car's engine was seized due to damage it will take 2 to 4 lacs to repair it.We said please call the insurence company's surveyer give estimate of all loss to company after that we will pay balance amount .After two weeks we call the service centre they reply sir surveyer doesn't came.Then we call they reply we place the for spare parts wait some days they make all diffrent exuses thoughout these three months now today we call the volkswagon's service centre they ask sir if you make the payment of 3,35,000(three lac thirty five thousand)then we can gave the car.
          Nobody listen our problem we make no of call customer care centre that tell us what is our fault.We take cashless insurence policy from the company.
          If there are any solution for this plz help us it my life's biggest mistake that I bought this car.It is cause of high tension on my mind.

            I amarnadh reddy, the owner of POLO TDI bearig vehcile No AP36--AK-0111. the vehcile was handed over to the service point on 07.03.2012., for which the car was stopped on road due to the engine was not started. Previously the oil chamber was damaged twice and it was rectified with reckless answers stating that the Indian road doesn’t suit for these types of cars. The dealer in secundrabad is irresponsible from his side. Another problem arised in steering with some sort of noise it was rectified after paying an amount of 70,000/- but it wasn’t rectified properly. Once again the noise is being noticed. Due to improper wheel alignment in secundrabad service point the tyres were torned out for 7000 Kms after the first service.
            Presently the vehicle is under diagnosis in volksvagon deccan since 7 days they are unable rectify the issues. The vehicle is completely a problem. Kindly replace with a new vehicle or rectify the problems.

              Dear Sir,

              I Have bought my Volkswagen Polo on August last week, 2011. Before 10 days i had hit a speed breaker and next day i noticed my oil tank was leaking and was surprised to see that there were no notification as when i checked the oil it was over and the car engine would have seized. Thankfully insurance covered most of the expense except the engine oil.

              But some of my friends whom i know also own polo has the same Oil chamber breakage problem as in once case engine got seized and has to pay over 4,00,000 for the same. i have even done some research on internet and i have seen that most people face the same oil chamber problem with polo which i have faced.

              Now i think i have made the biggest mistake by buying a German car which has very low ground clearance which hits the speed breaker even when driven slow. I think the components used in India is of very low quality as i am surprised to see a company like Volkswagen having issues like these.

              I really want to know the Volkswagen India's take on this as i feel cheated already as it is a premium hatchback.

              I have Polo TDI. It is the worst car for Indian Roads. Its Oil chamber is broken thrice in 1 and a half year time and the services of its dealers are worst.
              I am agree with you. i am also using POLO diesel and in time span of 6 month Oil chamber is broken two times. Now this time they are estimating 1 lac rupee for Oil chamber leak because they are saying that there is some problem in engine due to this problem.

              even insurance and VW both are saying that this is not covered in your insurance and you have pay this whole amount. This is a ridiculous car I had ever seen. I would suggest all that Please dont buy VW cars if you want to be happy.

              Even I also had a similar problem, There was a leakage observed below the car. I immediately took my car to the workshop in Faridabad, They removed the bottom cover and told that oil sump is damaged and there will be an expenditure of Rs.22, 000.But that dealer didn't have the cashless facility of reliance insurance. So I took my vehicle to Volkwagen Delhi Metropolitan, and they checked the vehicle and told me that there is no damage in the oil sump and the damage is there in the CAM shaft seal. It's a rubber seal which will cost approx.Rs.7000. My car is 10.5 months old, There is no good reason for this damaged part. They are unable to give any reason for damage & i am surprised with the labour required to fix this seal. To my horror they do not have that seal in any of the workshop in NCR. It has to come from pune. I have to wait for such a small part of Rs.7000. I don't trust such a brand like Volkswagen is using poor quality spares. Though the vehicle is in warranty but I am not feeling confident that after some time there will be a another damage and again i have to pay a hefty amount. In India I believe Maruti is the only trusted company. At least spares are cheap and easily available. And you will not face any problem, as the quality is good and cars are maintenance free. Volkswagen is a brand without trust.
              They have untrained and poor quality staff in the dealers workshops.

              Hello friends my car s vento diesel tdi highkine met with accident and oil sump broken . but i did not start the cat after that is there a possibility that my engine is sieze . please help me . car only 4 months old in shed insurance company says they will not bear the loss if engine has seize
              I also faced same problem, I oil.chamber got damaged for the second time..I took may car to work shop and they told me that oil chamber is covered under insurance but then to u will be charged 7500..I was ok with that...Then again they called me and said oil seal is also breaked and this is not covered under warranty and u will be charged 8000 for that more and 1000 labour...Totally expense..16000/-...
              What a stupid it is I insured my car by zero depth insurance then too I have to pay 16000/-
              What a foolish I am...Still using it...Volkswagen is nt at all worth buying.ground clearance very very low...And Volkswagen charge very much for every thing...U can't trust them...
              I was purchased vw polo car last year and faced same problem. Oil leakage from oil chamber and coolant water leakage. I lost above 1.2 lacks in 6 months due to this issue. I will not suggest my friends for purchase vw cars. Reasons are :-1) No fast service in service centre 2) spares are not easily available in indian local market.3) very expensive spare parts. I am highly upset with vw cars.

                Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                I have purchased a new Wolksvagon vento TDI highline from you on 22 Jan 2012 from Artica Automobiles Pvt Ltd. New Delhi, somehow i have been given a faulty car, which has a starting problem, the car has suddenly stopped on road o 16th Feb and then never started, i had called for roadside assistance on Wolksvagon toll free service assistance no. ([protected]) people from Artica Automobiles workshop came and collected the vehicle from me.

                Till now they are not able to identify the problem in the car and not able to give any satisfactory answer, i have also complained to Dealer's representatives about it many times, i have not got any kind of response form the service representatives (Mr. Manish, Mr. Mukesh) at workshop, they never picked call and when i personally visited there then also i have not got and reply from them. i don't know when they will be able to return the vehicle.

                This is causing me harassment and hampering my work to a great extend. this is heights of my patience and can not trust on Wolksvagon, Artica Automobiles Service and the Vento anymore. also there is no point in taking the faulty car back.

                Kindly suggest what i can do now.

                    THE CAR WAS PURCHASED ON 26.04.2010 HAVING A WARRANTY PERIOD OF 2YRS. BUT FROM APPROXIMATELY 6 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE THE STEERING STARTED GETTING LOCKED AUTOMATICALLY WHILE DRIVING ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. I HAVE FACED THIS PROBLEM ALREADY 4 TIMES TILL DATE WHILE DRIVING. EVERY TIME I FACED THE PROBLEM THERE WAS AN ASSURANCE FROM THE SERVICING DEPARTMENT OF THE COMPANY AFTER THE REPAIRS THAT IT WOULD NOT OCCUR HENCEFORTH. BUT UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE MET WITH THE SAME PROBLEM AGAIN & AGAIN. TODAY ALSO WHILE I WAS DRIVING BACK FROM SCHOOL WITH MY WIFE AND DAUGHTER WE NARROWLY ESCAPED WITH A MINOR ACCIDENT DUE TO THE SAME PROBLEM OF THE STEERING GETTING LOCKED IN WHICH THE RIGHT FRONT DOOR GOT HIT. YOU WOULD APPRECIATE THAT SINCE IT WAS PEAK TRAFFIC HOUR IT WAS ONLY A MIRACLE THAT WE ESCAPED FROM A MAJOR ACCIDENT WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN FATAL TO ME & MY FAMILY. SUBSEQUENT TO THE INCIDENT I IMMEDIATELY I CALLED UP MR. TUHIN JANA, SERVICE ADVISER WHO IS SUPPOSED TO TOW THE CAR TO THE GARAGE. KINDLY NOTE THAT THIS PARTICULAR PROBLEM HAS BEEN A RECURRING ONE (& YOUR MR TUHIN IS WELL AWARE OF THE FACT). ONLY 3 MONTHS BACK THE SAME THING HAD HAPPENED AND AFTER REPAIRING THE CAR AT THEIR SERVICING CENTER I WAS ASSURED THAT IN FUTURE THIS WON'T HAPPEN BECAUSE THEY HAVE CHANGED A VITAL PART WHICH WAS CAUSING THIS PROBLEM. I AM SHOCKED WITH TODAY'S RECURRENCE AND I AM FORCED TO CONCLUDE THAT THIS IS A MECHANICAL FAULT &/OR MANUFACTURING DEFECT THAT THE COMPANY IS TRYING TO SUPPRESS TILL APRIL 2012 WHEN MY WARRANTY EXPIRES. UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES I WOULD REQUEST YOU TO REPLACE THE CAR SINCE IT'S NOT POSSIBLE TO DRIVE THE CAR WITH SUCH MECHANICAL PROBLEMS RECURRING FREQUENTLY INSPITE OF ASSURANCES FROM YOUR SERVICE CENTER THAT IT WON'T .                       I had given my Vento (MH12HL2422) to Vidyut motors on 21 Jan 12 for servicing after i met up with an accident. They told that the damage will take 3 weeks to be repaired. After that i am continuously calling them for update but am not able to get any update from the Service center. I myself went to service center on 4 Feb 12 and found that no work has been started on the vehicle and is kept at the place where i left it with no work started on it.

                      I am very disappointed with this service. Still, the service adviser is not responding properly.

                        I bought a POLO car on 19 JAN 2011 , on 9 dec 2012 car sent to bhopal for repair under insurance coverage for changing of OIL CHAMBER which got damaged in road pot hole , dealer informed me after 10 days by estimate no 617 dated 24.12.2011 about repair cost to be borne by me is RS 557383 ie higher then the cost of new engine and even highrer then the COST OF NEW CAR , isnt it should be called a scam dealer is playing with customers , after two month of time CAR is still lying in BHOPAL workshop un repaired ., this is the service VOLKSWAGEN DEALER PROVIDING IN INDIA

                        I completely agree with you VW is interested in selling cars. but not worried abt after sales service. The car which has german technology has to consider even indian roads. After selling the car, now the dealear says its ony meant for highways but not for bumpy roads.
                        I dont understand if VW doesnot for indian roads. then wy are the selling their cars in India.
                        Even my polo on Jan 14th, 2012 had same engine oil problem in Hyderabad . Now, the car is still with VW service centre and now suggests to change the engine of the car . The cost of the engine has to be borne by me. Neither Insurance company or comapnies warranty is covering this.
                        I am still talking with the dealer about this issue.
                        Kindly let me know if you get clue to get out of this issue . And I wil also let you know if I have any update on this.

                          Kindly go through the my email 05.12.2011 & your Customer care service reply dated 05.12.2011. I am pained to inform you that my problems have yet not been resolved in spite of the fact that I have send several reminder mail to your Customer care service, approached the Puran motors Allahabad personally, made several telephonic conversation with Mr. Rohan Mehrotra of Puran Motors, Allahabad, but there is no one who could pay any attention to our concern. Please do not only open the Service Centre & Showroom in India Particularly in Uttar Pradesh, as in absence of proper car service mechanism there is no value of only selling the cars. It is kind of be-fooling the customers to promise good service in absence of any proper consumer redressal mechanism. kindly do the needful in the matter immediately to resolve my issue.

                          Kindly take notice to Concern No: CAL9763 dated 05/12/2011. I have requested that the newly opened Service Centre at Allahabad U.P. does not have requisite equipments to provide service to the Customer as in my case I have contacted for the removal of some dents & paints works and my Car is under comprehensive Insurance Policy of bajaj Allainz, but the Service Centre has shown inability to help me for service they do not have paints & the mixture machine of paints for painting of cars. It is nearly a two month that You are unable to equipped your service Centre at Allahabad to provide all the Service to Volkswagen Customer.

                          In last 2 months I have contacted more than 15 times to the Allahabad Volkswagen, but the problem has yet not been redressed. It appears to me that the Volkswagen is working more on selling the cars than providing quality service to the customers.

                          It is therefore requested kindly look in the matter as urgently and do the needful in the matter.

                            Dear sir,

                            it is quite annoying for me to mark a complaint against a world renowned company but i have to as theirs been a lot of negligence i have observed in the last 20 days when i offered my complaint o the VW customer care. as it is not a issue related to the dealer i was marking all my mails to VW but unfortunately left with no answers from them till date.

                            i had taken a delivery of my car on the 1st of Jan and a fortnight after i observed certain paint problems in the car which later were observed at certain other places by me. i marked my first complaint n the 12TH of Jan 2012.

                            i'm not justified by the answers i received from the dealer and now i hope to receive an answer from the VW organization and my question is that when the car goes through a quality check and predelivery inspection than how come such discrepancies are emerging.

                            moreover in my regular practice i have sent all the photographs and had no reply in return.

                              I have a Volkswagen Vento Automatic transmission petrol driven car purchased last year from VW Jabalpur. I have been facing problems with the horn from last 6-7 months but last time when i visited the showroom the problem could not be sorted out as the staff was not fully trainedand the airbag unit needed to be replcaed. I am in merchant navy and was out of India and finally came back home in Dec. Since then i have been to the showroom 4-5 times to get rid of the problem. After repeated queries, the SRS/Airbag unit was replaced to sort out the problem but it was a temporary replacement as the problem is still persistent and poses a lot of danger as pressure has to be applied to honk. I have been through 3 near misses due to the faulty operation. I did mail to 'after sales' department online but have not received any reply. I have also mailed to to U.K VW branch today to inform the scenario that has been going on. Fnally today i got a call from the VW showroom in Jablpur to inform me that they cannot help me any further and this is problem with the whole lot. I cannot bear any further risks on my part after spending more than 10 Lakhs on a vehicle and impairing safety of myslef as well as the people traveling with me.

                                VOLKSWAGEN — no response about car delivery

                                I was booking volkswagen vento 1.6 highline at 08/10/2010
                                and my delivery date was 01/01/2011 but now the dealer is called me we are no responsible about your car delivery and I was paid Rs. 75,000 .00 so now what can I do?

                                VOLKSWAGEN — No response to complaint

                                I bought a VW polo from the dealer downtown, Bangalore in Nov 2010. Just after the delivery I had noticed that the plastic used in the A pillars of my car was completely off coloured. I brought it to the notice of the dealer who tried applying some polish which didnt work. In spite of repeated reminders no action was taken. I did number of follows over 6 months including getting the car photographed by the dealer to be sent to VW. I finally went ahead and registered a complaint on the VW site. I did receive a call where I was told that the complaint would be forwarded to the dealer. I again followed up with the dealer but did not get any response. I finally went and met the service manager 3 weeks back who assured me after looking at the photos that there was indeed a problem and it would get sorted out in a couple of days. When I did not get a response I called back to find out that he had quit and there was no one to take this case ahead. I am very frustrated with the attitude of VW and the dealer as they dont seem to have any after service system inspite of being the world no.1 car company. Can someone please tell me how can I get my problem sorted out.
                                I also have the similar feeling that, once car is sold the responsibility is not taken by Dealers of VOLSWAGEN and tries to linger the things as long as they can and always try to avoid giving responces back on the E amils.
                                They never give the response on the mail and never call back to us, always we need to make the follow-ups.This I have seen only in th V_W.
                                Same kind of experince at V_W, ahmedabad.

                                  this complaint we given for poor service/ wrong commitment of your Chennai dealer ABRA Motors Pvt. Ltd.
                                  We booked V W Polo on[protected] by paying Rs 50,000/- advance vide receipt no.6852. with the commitment vehical will be deliver for pooja on 24th oct (DHANTERAS) after getting full payment and delivery on 27th after fulfilling RTO formalities.
                                  We paid 1,44.923/- on 22nd oct vide receipt no.7069 on promise if bank payment (bank loan Rs 4 lac) delay by one or two days even than we will get car for pooja on 24th and delivery will be after full payment.We paid balance Rs 4 Lac on 24th itself vide receipt no.7101, so that their should not be any problem to getting car on DHANTERAS for pooja.
                                  SORRY TO SAY even after full payment paid on or before 24th we did not get car for Pooja on DHANTERAS as promised.Reason told by ABRA Motors that they forget to put in schdule for pooja delivery,Even we were talking this from day one and regular informing and paying the money to make sure we are getting car for Pooja on DHANTERAS.Our sentiments hurt badly we want to cancel our car but sales executive feels sorry for their mistake and promise to deliver vehical on 27th without fail at 5.30 PM.
                                  On 27th morning we receive the call from ABRA Motors that due to Holiday in RTO car will be deliver on 28th same time, we agree and told pl give us a call when the car is ready because we are coming with family we can't wait.
                                  On 28th at 4.45 pm we receive the call your car will be ready by 5.30 PM pl come and take the delivery.
                                  We reach at delivery point at 5.35PM and shocked car was not there, we were told we should finish the delivery formalities by that time car will come with in 20-30 mins.We signed delivery note as per their guidelines.
                                  Car came to delivery point at 7.10 PM with lot of accessories pending.We were very very upset and angry we want to leave the car and want to come back home but Abra Motors sales Executive talked over phone and again feel sorry and promise to complete all accessories at our home with in two days time.We were not having any option because they were already taken our signature on delivery challan..
                                  SORRY TO SAY EVEN AFTER WE MAKE THE COMPLAINT (CAL-9265) NOTHING HAS HAPPEN TILL DATE.
                                  This can not be the practice of VOLKSVAGEN.
                                  Pl. look into this matter URGENTLY and complete all accessories as promised immediately.

                                    I bought a brand VENTO DIESEL HIGHLINE delivered on 24th dec 2011 and found it to be a defective car with shivering and jerking felt on the left hand side on highway rides above 80 kms speed. we intimated the support team with great confidence but totally disappointed to hear irresponsible excuses like wheel balancing / alignment. how can the dealer / company say such reasons for a 2 day old car. Taken back for clearing the same again returned uncleared. Now the service center has the car at their yard and I had not enjoyed my new car for more than a week with me even after a month of delivery. The car was delivered by Elite Motors, Hosur Road Bangalore. I had done my attempts of replacing faulty manufacture and only compromise on a new car but not again the faulty car. I am going for a legal action and fight against the injustice on my hard earned money spend on the car and in no way can compromise with the same defective piece. I had tried my escalation of the issue with the dealer and they are no way supporting to the solution than redelivering the same car. I will be fighting for compensation for the stress and strain, about 12 lacs spend, and the car now enjoyed by the service center team at the yard to find out the issue and see how I am going to survive with the scrap out of their research.

                                      i purchased a volkswage vento tdi model car from viraj motors kanpur on 23rd ocy2011 under the breeze offer run by the company during that period.till date i have not recd. the breeze kit installed in my car and for which i have been committed several things several times by the company people /dealer staff.
                                      this is surprising that the worlds largest car manufacturer operates in this befooling manner.

                                        LEFT HAND HORN PAD WAS VERY HARD. SAME WAS REPORTED TO SALES
                                        PERSON BUT DUE TO HOILDAY ON THAT DAY COULD NOT ATTENDED BY
                                        VOLSWAGEN STAFF. NEXT DAY SERVICE ADVISOR FROM SHOWROOM
                                        WAS SENT TO MY HOUSE AND AFTER CHECKING MY CAR HE SAID LEFT
                                        HORN PAD WILL REMAIN HARD DUE TO AIR BAG IS LOCATED INSIDE AND
                                        FOR WINDOW PROBLEM U HAVE TO BRING UR CAR TO SHOWROOM.
                                        ON 4TH JANUARY I VISITED SHOWROOM AND CAR WAS TAKEN TO WORKSHOP BY
                                        SHOWROOM SAME SERVICE ADVISOR. THEY OPENED UP REAR RIGHT
                                        WINDOW AND ADJUSTED THE SYSTEM. I WAS THERE FOR ALMOST
                                        THREE HOURS. NEXT DAY WHEN I WAS LEAVING FOR MY WORK, NOTICED
                                        SAME THING ON MY REAR LEFT WINDOW. IMMEDIATELY I CALLED UP
                                        SERVICE ADVISOR , HE FURTHER INFORMED TO WORKSHOP. THEN 6TH
                                        MORNING I GOT A CALL FROM WORKSHOP AND ADVISED TO SEND UR CAR
                                        IN THE AFTERNOON. I SENT MY CAR WITH DRIVER AND LATER MYSELF WENT
                                        TO WORKSHOP AND TOOK DELIEVERY OF CAR AFTER REPAIR OF BOTH
                                        LEFT WINDOW AND HORN PAD. NOW TODAY MORNING AGAIN I NOTICED
                                        REAR RIGHT POWER WINDOW HAVING SAME PROBLEM.

                                        FROM THE ABOVE FACTS, I WOULD LIKE TO TELL YOU THAT THIS IS MY
                                        FIRST VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FROM REPUTED GERMANY COMPANY.
                                        ALSO I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM THAT AFTER REGISTRATION OF CAR,
                                        CAME TO KNOW FROM REGISTRATION SLIP THAT MFG MONTH / YEAR OF
                                        CAR WAS MAY 2011. IT MEANS CAR WAS IN THE YARD FOR ALMOST 7 MONTHS
                                        AND LOOKS LIKE PRE DELIEVRY INSPECTION WAS NOT CARRIED PROPERLY
                                        WITH THE STANDARDS AND PROCEDURES LAID DOWN BY THE COMPANY.
