I had booked new jetta on 20 aug 10 by paying 1 lac.delivery was on 31aug,which was ramzan idd.global gallarie thane couldnt deliver till 22 sep.so i sent cancellation letter.at time of booking,mr.deepak rao and yashpal told me there wud be no 1% cut on cancellation.mr.anand too told me same later on phone.on 3 oct ,mr.anand told me he.l cut 1%..why?company couldnt deliver for 32 days + on 20 aug they had told they.l not cut..VW INDIA IS...

I bought a Volksgawen Polo from KSM Motors(Mumbai) two weeks ago. At the Point of Sale, I was promised a Music System with Bluetooth Connectivity.

On the day of delivery, the Music System was not in the car and I was advised that due to the system being out of stock, this will be delivered in a few days.

But the car is defected , when i drive it in the absene of sun i.e in morning or evening a huge amount of fog is formed on the front and rear miror and the defoggr is unable to defog that fog.
