i'm mr ashok garg belong to india .i purchased the car vento diesel 11 month ago from dehradun utrakhand ..from the verry first day there was complaint in the steering .due to this i also met with an accident. for the same i went to ambala haryana india ,service center for making a complaint regarding this . but did't get any kind of response from there side . after 15 days dehradun service center updated my car steering . after that i got my stearing in some better position . but from the last 6 month i again suffering problem due to problem in clutch and car jerking problem . then i went to ambala service center they are saying they will charge labor cost for checking and repair the car under warranty. when i asked them to give the written they denied from doing so . after this now they saying that your car is ok and for making any kind of repair you have to pay . i got very rude reply from there side . and kindly request you to plz solve this problem .my mobile number - [protected]

    I have been using VW Polo petrol for more than two years now .but few days back while I was driving it in a decent speed suddenly I could feel a missing in my engine and it went off .when I started it back agin it was not going beyound 3 RPM and a wired sound from the engine .on top of it my road assistance was over after two years and it took 1 day for them to come and pick it up from the road petrol pump. Till now thay haven't called me to tell the exact poblem with it it's been 4 days now and hav send this notification to Volkswagen India coustmer care also but no word from them either .how to get help on this.
    These customer care centre are caring their on Corporate identitites and unfortunately our Government also have no interest on Customers Welfare

      Sir, We bought jeeta in your franchises showroom Tanya Motors pvt ltd. My jeeta’s number is RJ-14 CH 6111. it is run only 35250 km still away, it had complain of a.c. we had sent jeeta several times on your workshop but did not repair a.c. now your workshop member’s tell us your jeeta’s ac compressor is damaged . so you purchase a new compressor.
      We don’t understand that How to soon damage a.c. compressor. We want to inquiry of check my car a.c. compressor and Do the solution

          Dear sir,
          I have VW Vento 1.6 High line petrol .Since (6/06/2012) I purchase the vehicle it's brakes are not working properly .I took the vehicle two or three times in vw Dehradun workshop . But every time they do some thing and gave my vehicle back with a assurance that "sir it will not happened again we checked all and now it is o.k" But the problem is remaining same it's brake is missed some time and three times God save my entire family life. I have lodged my complain through VW Company mail id also in the VW Dehradoon workshop but again they want to play with my life the workshop executive told me that sir give us more chance how I can believe him if I already God give us three chance may be it will be last chance to our life who knows.Till date my conversation is only with the workshop lower executive not a single person from the company even I wrote to face book and twitter but they don't care it's clear message to Indian customer that company dumping there scrape in India through dealers and company not in a picture and dealers required chance and chance......nothing else until the major accident will not take place.
          Dear sir do some thing to me otherwise my hard earn money will go into dust bin just my foolish decision to run after this brand .

            Constant Breakdowns in new car. battery already replaced and still breaking down!!!
            This is regarding our recently bought Volkwagon Vento petrol car in Feb 2012, Delhi. Car is hardly 5 months old, and has given 'faulty battery problem' so many times already. In a new car, the battery has already been replaced once and few days back, even this replaced one, gave problems. Now again the dealer is saying the battery has to be changed. Suddenly they call and say, there is no battery in stock and don't know when it'll come, putting us through soo much inconvenience, faulty car, waste of money and complete lost of trust in brand.

            Secondly, they sold the car quoting 12-13 as the average. Even after repeated complaints, the car is giving a shocking average of only 7-8, which sedans give and not a running car like Vento. Its been a blunder buying the Vento. Huge loss of money.

            This is my second horror with Volkswagon, first being during the Skoda Superb bought from them. It too was extremelyyyy faulty. I mailed them soo many times, to take their car back and replace it or do something about it, all they said was ' we'll repair a brand new car!!!', which is absolutely intolerable, after having paid hefty amount. Their cust care people would call to revert on the mails, understand the problem, say they would get back but not even once, any senior called or anybody called to resolve the matter. Finally I understood, that they are not going to attend to it.

            I have used the CNBC pehredar forum, Akosha, forum, this Indian consumer complaints forum, written to Vento's cust care.
            I also plan to put this up on their facebook page and atleast make them realise what a poor company they are and the kind of faulty cars they make.

              Hi, I'm yogesh sharma from faridabad . i m sharing my feedback rather a complaint post 1st time i replace the chamber of my car on my cost with in 2months from the date of purchase Volkswagen Polo @ gurgaoun (haryana)they said no claim and no warrantyl.approx amout will pay twenty thosands bugs its happens before.
              Then 21st july on the way of bhiwani i see the indication on my meter then i m confuse for what to do then I call to customer care and we share the problem in my car then they reply go to the neariest service station jo bhi aapke near ho then say go to hissar service station its far approx 55-60 kmand this symbol u can drive 100 km in between not see the problem them we went Sujeet Motors Pvt. Ltd hissar haryana time 6.30pm in evening he said workshop are close plz come on monday (23 july2012) the service adviser (baljeet )they you can drive the car the symoble was not a problem its only simple indication u can drive the car till faridabad then we check the car and start journey through faridabad on that place we drive approx 20 km then car was stop car was fully junked car was not started again we call to customer care they send the toll car to toll the car to: Badhwar Cars Pvt.Ltd. Sonepath Road, Near CSD Canteen Rohtak we met to service advisor Mr darshan and they why you drive the car on this symbol and we said mr baljeet say u drive the car . then he said ok we check the car then he checked they tod me 2-3lac estimate for car reparing (fuel injector fuel pump fuel tank and high pressure pump )and we said my pocket not be able to pay such amount and i m come back to home (bhiwani)next day he call me and said come to showroom branch manager wants to meet u and i reply plz talk on mobile i mgoing to faridabad they reply its not possible to talk to you plz come to workshop and meet manager and then we go to workshop and manager said to me that i talk to volswagen and they replied company 2 pay one lac thirty thousand amount rest of amount u pay and they apply a term condition (9000 bugs for extend warranty and 4000rs for RSA) u pay and you cannt do any complain form my side. at this stage what i can do .
              i m not able to pay rest amount the car would be covered under warranty'.. There were many other promises done to me while taking an new car . . Post this experience, one thing for sure is, whoever I meet in my life, I wont recommend them to buy a VW nor would recommend this service centre. Pure piece of crap.i want that my car will be repair through warranty not a single peny i pay.

              Yogesh, VW guys are used to it. They already know about the poor quality parts of their car. Instead of focusing on quality improvement and customer satisfaction they keep themselves prepared to cheat the customer and charge them hefty money. 2 years warranty is just on paper. They will not give you any sort of warranties until to do a long fight with them.

                I have purchased Volkswagen Passat on[protected] from Frontier Autoworld, Gurgaon. It was defective from day one and my car has stayed more in the service station than at home. The car been sent to the service station for a variety of problems. Each time one problem is solved a new problem is observed in the car. Brief timeline of the complaints : 1. 9 july '12 till today : (20 days approx) exhaust gas warning lamp signal which according to the manual booklet can result in injury or damage to the vehicle. 2. 24 may - 22 june'12 (29 days) complete AC compressor replaced. 3. 16 may - 21 may '12 (6 days) for AC not working. 4. 8 August - 12 August'11 (5 days) towed by chain to service station, battery changed and engine screening. 5. 13 April - 21 May'11 (36 days) complete steering chamber (gateway assembly) changed. I am frustrated with the continuous problems in the so called luxury car. It has failed completely. Also, the after sales service of Volkswagen is hopeless and nobody in the company is bothered to hear my complaints. Now the service station has started to refuse accepting my car in the workshop. I want full replacement of this car.

                  I took delivery of new polo on 6th of july.
                  First of all THE MID switches not working.
                  THERE WAS A noice on the back rear door.

                  MOST OF ALL'THERE WAS A STEERING RACK NOICE ON THE RIGHT SIDE'.
                  When i went with these problems to the dealer on 7th they corrected the MID switch,but as far steering rack problem,they wete sure ITS THERE ON ALL POLOS.The rack noise increased on 8th july.I went again on 8th the dealer took a test drive and promised to rectify the issue.In a reputed brand like VW,these mistakes are surprising.I am a doctor alreafy owning Toyota and Honda.I have never faced such problems in a new vehicle.I dont understand the meaning of Pre delivery Inspection

                    Buying a Volkwagen is the worst mistake of my life. Pathetic Service Centers in Bangalore and only Clowns selling and servicing your cars.



                    I visited the Downtown VW Service Center on Magrath road this morning to have my breaks checked as i noticed a considerable deterioration in breaking. First of all the workshop was a junk yard with cars all over the place and its impossible to get your car in or out of the narrow lane. Having somehow managed to take the car inside, i was running from pillar to post to get someone to attend to me. I went in at 11 AM and i was finally attended to and 12:30 after i kicked up a fuss. Every single customer out there was extremely disappointed about the service. That place was like a headless chicken, no one knew what they are supposed to do and seemed completely disoriented. Finally i got one of the service adviser's to look at my car who in turn delegated it to some mechanics who checked the brakes and said the discs were worn out but the brake pads were intact. They said they didnt know how that can happen and it was wear and tear.

                    What i don't understand is how a car that has run 5000 Kms completely wear out both the discs, where as the brake pads were intact. I disputed that and have them check on the warranty. They said they were going to take a picture send it to VW and have them investigate it and get back to me in 15 mins. another hour passed and at 1:30 when i went to check on my vehicle i was told everyone's out for lunch and will be back in an hour. If that was the case why was i asked to wait for 15 mins only to realize i've been abandoned? i was asked to come back at 2pm . I went back at 2 pm and i was told that the warranty guy is not around and that i need to come back on Monday.

                    This is extremely frustrating so i took my car and drove out.

                    What i need now is a resolution and i expect to be treated with some courtesy. I've been tested on my patience since the time i booked the car with Palace Cross with false promises and lies. Buying a VW was one of the worst mistakes of my life and i'm going to try my best to dissuade anyone from buying one. This is my 4th car and i've never had a worse experience with Maruti's or Honda's.

                      I have 2011 model vento kl.01.bb.6401. i had given my new car to volkswagen service center for first service.after the service i saw my vehicle right side AC handle was damaged . i suddenly inform the serviceman he said the handle have no stock .they promised to me he should be immediately change the handle under the service warrenty.after a month i try to contact them . but they are doesnt respond for this problem. in the beginning of experience of your service is too bad . i am ashamed of your bad service. i[censored] can take action for these problem

                      VENTO — BAD EXPERIENCE

                      I buy car vento highline diesel from udaipur dealer on 12 april .i dont find car good .Itold them car having very bad suspension .on 15 april I told them to exhange a car but they told me its not possible .i sold the car with loss of 45000 on 20 april .Udaipur dealer havnt give me the bill i dontknow why ..i dont know why they are not giving me bill i paid all amount they told me by cheque .now they are saying 2800 rs due from u .so first pay that than i will give u the billand also saying penlty for late rto payment.

                        Hi,

                        While driving my Polo Highline car (UP 32- DH- 8550) under warranty, the AC burnt and started giving lots of white smoke from the front hood. I called roadside assistance and requested them to take the vehicle but they told me to try to drive it to nearest workshop. On giving the vehicle to the workshop, I received no response from VW Downtown on the vehicle's status for one week. The service engineer's number is turned off for one week and show room is not responding to the query on the vehicle status. I called road side assistance to try to get a response on my car. They took the request and told me they will get back to me in 48 Hrs. They also told me that they will provide an alternate vehicle till my car gets repair.

                        After not hearing form them for 4 days I called back again to check what happened, I learnt that my request is still under process. And 48 Hrs commitment from the company means "48 working hours". And I was told that it takes 6 to 8 "working days" to get a response form VolksWagen.

                        Everybody please be careful while not to fall into trap by VolksWagen's advertisements 24 hrs helpline support. Through which they are selling vehicles with poor materials parts placed which can cause serious safety hazard while driving.

                          I have bought one of the first Volkswagen Polo's vehicle for Delhi. Vehicle is Polo Diesel Highline. After driving the vehicle is driven approx 25k KM. One day while driving the car, suddenly the AC made a loud sharp noise and the white smoke started coming out of front hood form running vehicle. I stopped the car. And called the roadside assistance. They asked me to take the car to nearest VW workshop. On taking the car to VW downtown, I was told that the car's "lock carrier" which hold the radiator and AC duct has broken form one side. The reason is not known why it will break. But the company does not covers the vehicle under warranty if it breaks. The real problem is that the quality of material used in lock carrier is poor and it breaks very often. At workshop, I was told that there are multiple complaints on this and all are attributed to drivers driving and roads in India.

                          The Company does not honours its so called Warranty for two years. And more than that, the Rs. 3500 caused the damage of Rs. 14000 AC pipe too which is supported on this poor quality material.

                          It appears that Volkswagen is dumping all worst material purchased by them world-over at India. Under the title "German engineering Made for India".

                          Was AC pipe not covered under the warranty? It is true that under the German logo its a crap and i have never met a polo owner who is satisfied. My car's lock carrier also got broken probably due to potholes and bad roads here but i am surprised how much hangs onto this carrier and why the plastic is of such a bad grade was chosen to manufacture this part. This is just so Ir-responsible at their part and is just not match with the basic quality. I must mention that after understanding the DNA of VW Polos here in India it 'they are of not great quality and hard to maintain' i never take my car to high speeds on the bad roads and face numerous stares from ohter drivers of driving slow than the average speed and even then something like lock carrier gets broken. VW go back !
                          Today I went to the showroom as the Steering wheel was vibrating when turned completely to the left or right. They told to replace Link rods, Bearing, Bearing cap and also showed me that the left side radiator lock carrier is broken. I was surprised how can it break when I have not driven the car so harsh. They have given me a bill close to 15000!!

                          The parts are extremely poor and low grade. I am fed up with the Polo.
                          Issues I have faced:-
                          1. Power steering lock light used to come on every 20 mins of driving and the steering used to get locked. They kept the vehicle for 5 days to fix some wires under the chassis (Sensor issue may be).

                          2. When one day I tried turning the AC vents it just snapped.If you press the AC vents little hard it just snaps and all the flaps topple inside. All 3 vents are gone.

                          3. Power window left side gets stuck frequently.

                          4. Power window master switch sometimes works and sometimes not.

                          5. I saw once in a day when it was raining, water started dripping inside the vehicle and the whole carpet was wet. Took it to CARZ and they figured out that the front glass seal is gone. I knew if I take it to VW they will ask to remove glass and re apply seal. I got it fixed by asking the CARZ guys to fix sealant from inside. It was fixed after that.

                          6. The engine sucks big time. It's a 3 cylinder petrol engine and creates noise like Diesel. You rev it and it gives such bad coarse noise. Not refined at all. I expected the petrol engine to be smooth and refined but it just sucks!!. The noise inside cabin is a lot even if the windows are closed.

                          It's a piece of junk and the Hyundai cars are far more better and reliable.

                          I will have to sell this car asap and never buy VW again.

                            It is not the very first time I am raising the quality and satisfactory concerns.
                            I am Not satisfied with the services and quality being provided by “Volkswagen South Delhi West (World Class Automobiles Pvt Ltd)” Address:68/3, Near Moti Nagar, Najafgarh Road, Moti Nagar, New Delhi. ,
                            New Delhi, Delhi, 110015.. The reasons are as following:

                            Had given my car Volkswagen Vento Diesel Highline for first service on[protected] and paid Rs 10730/-.
                            While the car handing over to me after service found..
                            1. ECM of the car is hanging in air (not fixed in mounting bracket)
                            2. Sensor close to ECM is Brocken (it was probably Brocken by hanging ECM)
                            3. Another sensor was also not fixed properly
                            Strange to see all of above issues, it was me who know bit about automobile hence could find out issues. If it were a person who really doesn’t know about automobile but has expansive Volkswagen car and getting services from Volkswagen Delhi west could easily have been cheated by the staff of this dealer.

                            Raised the issues with SA Rajesh Verma who immediately called to technician who had worked on my car. The technician straightforward told that the ECM mounting bracket is missing however the bracket was well placed. Then SA called to DTE Ashish. While I asked to Ashish “is this the service and quality you are delivering to customer” he just passed smile because he was with no words. The other technician came and fixed the ECM in bracket but car again went to workshop to replace broken sensor.

                            It is a serious concern regarding the services being provided by Volkswagen Delhi West which finally spoiling the name of world renowned company Volkswagen too.

                            Apart from above there is much other concern as follows:
                            1. The invoice of Rs 10730/- was being handed over to me without placing it in envelop
                            2. There is a play card fixed on notice board in owner’s lounge that tea and coffee is available. I had made complaints two time before too during my visit to this dealer’s service center and made third time yesterday also that no one attend to car owners asking them for tea, coffee and water. Better the play card on which “Tea Coffee is available” should get removed from car owner’s lounge.
                            I would appreciate to Service advisor Jatinder Singh who always had been very kind and supportive during my previous issues and this time Rajesh Verma. It was the mistake made or careless workmanship performed by DTE Ashish who was handing over car without examine it thoroughly.
                            Our and above there are many-many other quality and delivery concerns which I have been faced from day got my car delivered from this dealer “Volkswagen Delhi West”

                            I have purchased VW Vento from Sadiq motors Nagpur i am extremely disappointed with the service of this car dealer
                            At the time of purchase too i was deeply troubled as the dealer didnt clear my surplus amount available with them for almost 10 days
                            Now at time of servicing it took the company 10 days to repair the vehicle and still the work is incomplete

                              I have purchased a Vento 1.6 CR ( MT ) Highline from Volkswagen dealer Ms Tornado Motors Pvt. Ltd, Andheri on 29 th Feb 2012.
                              My Car No is MH 02 Ch 6905, Ch No. : WVWK1160XCT010623.
                              I was promised Insurance Policy with Zero percent Depreciation and while handing over the car keys I was assuared that the insurance policy is with Zero percent depreciation.
                              However now, when my car has met with an accident and I had called up the Insurer I was shocked to know that my insurance policy is not the one with zero percent depreciation.
                              I have been communicating verbally with Mr Viral Kenia of Tornado Motors, Andheri (W). He had told me that I will soon receive a new policy incluging 0% Dep.
                              I have cooperated in all the possible ways. I have given my car several times to your Andheri (E ) workshop as they wanted my car for making this new policy, but till date I have not received any policy.
                              I feel I have been cheated. I hope I will receive my renewed policy soon.
                              Looking forward for a quick response.

                                Dear Sir/madam,

                                I wish to mention that the very prime reason for purchasing Volkswagen car in Feb 2012 was the inherent qualities of quality and reliability attached to the reputed German brand Volkswagen. Other competition cars in my shortlist were City and Sunny.

                                However, my experience as described below do not substantiate my assumptions stated above.

                                Highlights:

                                1. Face a vehicle breakdown within 3 months of car purchase (car just does not start while I am driving from Ghodbunderroad to Eastern express Highway and needs to be tolled away to your service centre, not to forget the inconvenience caused to my family.)

                                2. Thane service centre just says that there is no problem with the car and they have made all the checks.

                                3. Within 2 weeks of 1st breakdown, again face the same breakdown problem (this time while the car is parked in basement of Korum mall. Neither the car could be towed from basement neither could it be started by dhakka technique. Had to waste week-end attending this issue and inconvenience to family.).

                                Not sure if I have any confidence left with taking the Vento Petrol Highline car that I purchased from their showroom for any longdrive or even within the city after undergoing 2 breakdowns within 3.5 months and that too after having been attended by your service centre on 21st May after the 1st breakdown. Not to forget the mental trauma and inconvenience caused to me and my family.

                                Fundamental problem still persists that how can such problem occur to a brand new car. Either the car sold to me was defective piece and this is not the case with all the other Volkswagen cars. If this is the case, I request the dealer/Volkswagen company to kindly provide me with a replacement car or refund me back my car price with due respect to the quality standards of Volkswagen reputed brand.

                                All the car related (chassis/car no./India assistance file no./Global Galleria SO etc.) details have been furnished in mail below.

                                Breakdown details (In details)

                                Date of purchase and delivery: 15th Feb 2012 ; (Chassis No: WVWD11608BT058614) (Car no: MH04 FA 9754) (Dealer: Global Gallarie Motors Pvt. Ltd., Thane)

                                Concern/Issue: 2 breakdowns till now.

                                Horrifying breakdown Experience 1: (India assistance File no: 77321) (Repair order no: SO121646)

                                1st breakdown took place on 21st May (In the middle of heavy traffic on Eastern express highway in Thane). Breakdown occurs while driving and the car simply does not start. The car had to be towed to the Thane service centre.

                                Thane Service centre response: First time after the vehicle was towed to the Thane service centre on 21st May 2012, I got a call from the service centre saying that everything is ok, no problems were detected during various testings conducted. They enquired about the reason why the car was towed to the service centre. No reasons were provided about the car breakdown. I was made to look as if the car was fine and there were no problems at all, and as if I had no other work than using companys Tow services to send the car to the service centre. I went on explaining them again and again that the car could not be started at all and I was stranded in the middle of the highway with heavy traffic. Since the car had started I took charge of the car on 24th May 2012, assuming that the problem had been resolved.

                                Horrifying breakdown Experience 2: (India assistance File no: 80078)

                                Have faced breakdown on 8th June (not even 2 weeks after 24th May). This time I had gone to Korum Mall in Thane with family. Around 11:30 pm when we were about to return back home, realized that I faced the same problem, the car could not be started. The vehicle was parked in the basement parking. I had a tough time arranging a transport for me and my family to return home. Organized for a tow vehicle at 12:30 am / 1 am on 8th June, but since the vehicle was parked in the basement of a mall on 8th June 2012, could not get the vehicle towed. Had to stay awake late mid-night for this follow-up with the tow vehicle in the mall. Again I had to waste almost entire Sat (9th June) in the mall basement while the India assistance mechanic was struggling to identify the problem with the car. I proactively tried to get the mechanic speak with the Volkswagen service centre contact person so that there may be some breakthrough. Had to waste my week-end while the mechanic from tow services battled for 3 to 4 hrs to identify the problem onsite in the mall basement. All bypasser car drivers were also giving a shocking look since Vento consistent breakdown is not expected atleast in the 1st year.

                                  I am writing in sheer disappointment with the kind of response I have been receiving w.r.t a mechanical fault which has been identified in my Volkswagen Jettta ( WVWK11161CA551440 , Reg No - MH 04 FL 5500).

                                  To brief you, I had purchased my Volkswagen Jettta 2.0L Diesel from Tornado Motor Pvt Ltd Mumbai in the month of November 2011 and since then the car had a cranking noise coming from its right rear suspension.
                                  Initially this noise not audible to the necked ear however as months past, the noise became clearer.
                                  On contacting the showroom representative at the time I purchased this vehicle, advised me to visit the workshop and speak to the workshop representative.

                                  My first visit to the workshop (at parsi panchayat road) was on 18th April 2012 for this issue. The Car then had clocked roughly 5300 Km
                                  On April the 25th 2012, I visited the workshop for the second time as the problem still persisted.

                                  My 3rd visit to the workshop was on 11th May and since then to date the car is stationed at the workshop.

                                  Time and again I have been informed that the technical team is working on identifying the problem however it’s over a month and a half now that issue has been raised and the works team is still in the process of identifying the issue.

                                  Frankly this is concerning considering the amount one pays to own a prestigious brand like VW and parallelly the service which is rendered.

                                  I am completely dejected and not at all excited in driving this car anymore.
                                  VW India is committed to offer its customers a 2 year warranty on all manufacturing defects and trust the same should be applicable in may case.
                                  As a service gesture and in-line with the VW commitment , I demand for a replacement of my Vehicle without addition charges.
                                  Hope this communication will speed up things in my interest and I am also hopeful to receive a positive revert from your end at the earliest.

                                    I purchased the VW polo & I told that I have to take a Policy from dealer only (With Zero Dep Cover), I agreed to that statement of an executive but when I enquired at the website of the ICICI Lombard General Insurance, I saw a HUGE Difference in a premium Payment.

                                    I was charged Rs. 27830/- by the dealer & the executive of ICICI Lombard called (from[protected] & offered me the same policy for just 21000/- (With Zero Dep Cover).

                                    Please provide me a specific reason why there is a huge gap of 6800/-,

                                      more than a month has passed since my black passat bought on 1st july 20111 n only 8000km driven went to service for minor repair.despite repeated reminders nobody gave us proper reply n still waiting fo my car.
                                      very poor service record here in patiala.

                                        I am complaining about the worst service of Volkswagen cars in the J&K state, whose sale & service are being provided only & only by Indus Autowheels Pvt. Ltd. in the whole state. Moreover they don't even have the spare parts for the cars even after selling more than 900 units of polo alone here... When I asked them about the progress of my accidental car, they gave me the lame excuse by saying the the damaged AXIAL of the car would be made on order by the company, what a JOKE? they are telling to me as if i have given them a ROLLS ROYCE for repair, am myself mechanical engineer & know much more than their workers.
                                        Something must be done by VOLKSWAGEN in this matter coz this type of servicing is bringing a BAD name to such a highly reputed world class company.
                                        I am not only the one but many more people who came here for servicing & repair are not satisfied with Indus Autowheels's servicing.
                                        Many buyers are planning to sell there wagons & go for Suzuki's cars. I am myself a fully satisfied customer of Suzuki 1 day service. I was planning to go for PASSAT, but after looking the condition of servicing provided for VOLKSWAGEN's basic model- polo, i fear to invest such a huge amount of money in this, i would rather go for Suzuki's Kizashi.
