Hi, I'm Nilesh Doshi. I'm sharing my feedback rather a complaint post 1st service of my Volkswagen Polo @ Nerul, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. The service was done yesterday, i.e. 15th May 2012. The issue is, 2 out of 4 car AC vents in the car, one located at the extreme left at the passenger seat and another at the centre of the vehicle are broken just after 1 month of buying the car. This is primarily because of poor quality material used in the vents i.e. cheap plastic material. when asked for replacement, the service center people started yelling at me stating I must have mishandled them. Inspite of providing several proofs, they arent listening and state that they wont replace and on top of that say both these vents cost 11000 rupees. this amount in 1st place is 100 times higher than its cost. its made of plastic that can cost not more than 400 rupees in the market and secondly these people are yelling with no resolution. absolute poor customer service inspite of the VW warranty statement stating that 'any manufacturing defect or material quality defetc would be covered under warranty'. I'm not sure if someone reads this and takes it forward, however, I'm writing it since I found this portal online. There were many othger promises done to me while taking an appointment which were not fulfilled such as wheel alignment, checking the car through an expert from below the chassis etc. etc. the people there simply have a reason stating, the machines arent working, staff is busy etc. Post this experience, one thing for sure is, whoever I meet in my life, I wont recommend them to buy a VW nor would recommend this service centre. Pure piece of crap. All I want is my AC vent to be replaced based the warranty statement given by VW. Volkswagen Polo — I PURCHASED BUT COMPANY HAS MONOPOLY
I PURCHASE POLO COMFORTLINE DI, BUT I DO NOT FIX ANY ACCESSORIES DUE TO CAR WARANTY. I DO NOT FIX SECURITY LOCK OR REMOTE LOCK. THIS IS TOTALY MONOPOLY. PLZ SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.
