My car had a manufacturing defect (as admitted by Volkswagen) and so the connecting rod in the engine block broke into pieces. The car stopped while commuting on a highway putting the lives of my family and me in danger as truck just about missed our car by a few inches. The car was taken away by the workshop after 5-6 hours o[censored]s waiting there,...

I have inquired about volkwagen polo at AUTO MARK MOTORS PVT LTD....situated at rajkot....

But they are threatning and exploiting me that i will have to compulsorily take accessories with the car if i want to buy car from there showroom.

and when i inquired abt vento they told me to give premium for it.

They also told me that the procedure of RTO INSURANCE will be done by them....but there amount...

CAR SENT TO VOLKSWAGEN SERVICE CENTER AT LAL BAUG MUMBAI - DEALER SHAMAN CARS
NO PROPER SERVICE PROVIDED AND VERY IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR
THE COMPANY DOES NOT CHECK THE PROBLEM PROPERLY AND JUST HAS A GLANCE THROUGH THE DAMAGED PART. MY SIDE VIEW MIRROR WAS BROKEN AND THE COMPANY SAID I WILL HAVE TO REPLACE THAT MIRROR ALONG WITH THE BODY.
I AGREED TO THE REPAIR AND THE COST ASSOCIATED WITH IT. I ASKED THEM FOR INSURANCE...
