Respected Election Commission Officers,

I am Sajeev.k. presently residing at House No. 880, Sidharth Nagar (Hari Nagar), Panipat-132 103 Haryana, since 18 years. I have applied many times with the authorities and recently authorities organised Open - Public Grivences for General public those who have not ID card, I have contacted them with all necessary documents, but they have received some applications initially and later they stopped receiving application without any comments.

I and several public have lost one day duty and as well as I cut my duty for approaching govt. school two times, where they were receiving one or two hours receipt of application.Therefore I understand thay the authorites are sitting there only to complete the formalities but not fulfill the process of ID card.

I fail to understand that why we are the public have been harrased by the authorities for issuing our Citizen ship Voter ID card. We are lossing our time, manpower, money etc.to make Voter ID card, therefore the concerned Election Commission authorites are kindly requested to do the needful for getting me the Voter ID cards, we can also remember that more than 40% of General public are not participating to elect the MP/MLA due to the lack of Voter ID cards.

Therefore I humbly pray to the respected Election commission authorities to do something for getting Voter ID cards.

Respected Sir,
I have been a resident of mp. since birth. Though my details and photo were taken twice in the last two years i have never received my voter id card as of yet. Last time though i was allowed 2 vote i still havent received my voters id card.
I will be grateful to you i[censored] could please look into the matter.

I'm a resident of Kalaimagal nagar, Ekkaduthangal, Chennai-32. I've applied for the voters's id card well before 2009 elections. They had acknowledged and verified my details while visiting my house for door to door verification and told I would be receiving the card very soon. But, I didn't receive the card yet. And I don't know whom to contact regarding this matter.Kindly guide me.

my self and wife apllied for votor id and taken photo on 13 the jan 2009 at hadapsar pune and they commited to deliver the card on 01 mar 20090 till to day not received any reply and visited at hadapsar and clooectrate office at pune and not getting any proper answar from the office. request you to advise WHERE I GET THE CORRECT INFORMATION REGARDING TO COLLECT THE VOTER ID CARD.

My Identity card was issued on 23/6/2009. No:XXL0669919. My name is spelled as Nafisa Kalim Borsadwala instead of Nafisa Huseni Borsadwala. My husband's name is Huseni Borsadwala and Kalim is my Father-in-laws name.
I request the concerned authorities to do the needful and rectify the gross error.

The I-D Card No MT/08/036/478803 was sent for correction in the spelling of my father's name, but received new card no ROL0457954 with additional mistakes.Details as:
1) Another ladies photo affixed.
2) Father's name not rectified ie Harish is still wrongly spelt as Haresh.
3) Surname wrongly written as Bhojvani insted of Bhojwani.
4)Father's name written as husband's name.
5)Date of birth written as XX/XX/1975 instead of 15/07/1976.
6) addition information is added as"surrounding locality" which is not mention in the request form.

Awaiting your quick response with corrective measures to ensure healthy voting.

Hi,

I received the Voted ID card with wrong name printed on it. My name is "Senthil Rajan" but the name on the card is "Senthil Kumar." The photograph is correct.My voter ID number is RTO0379859.

Kindly suggest and help.
