I had ordered VOX Portable Mini Refrigerator For Home & Car after seeing the advertisement in TOI dated 25th May 2012. However, on 1st June 2012 I got another product via Bluedart by the name called Thermoelectric Cooler and Warmer. When I called customer care for complaining about this, they asked me to send the product back on the same address via Bluedart in account number 113260 for which I'll not have to pay anything to Bluedart. They also told me to put a complaint letter mentioning the details alongwith the copy of invoice and the money will be sent back to me by cheque.
