I am a bsnl user. My number is[protected]. I got daily 2 messages. i have already complaint and have not been stopped. Please deactivate this service. Thanks

Without consent Indiatimes has been sending me WAP MODEL pack service and the link to unsubcribe does not work. It is illegal for them to forcefully continue this service on my mobile number [protected]. I tried sending messages to unsubcribe but all in vain. MTNL and IndiaTimes deserve to be sued for the same and if this is not taken care of soon, I am sure enough people together will take them both to court. Please unsubscribe me from all your services immediately. IndiaTimes & MTNL, at least in the New Year try to make it your resolution not to blindly steal from your customers... you guys so far are clearly amongst the worst cheats in the industry.

my no is [protected] each time when i open internet service in my chineese mobile bentel k2009 touch screen Rs. 30/- is deducted immediately as the result since last two months total Rs330/- has been drained out from my Mobile account I have already complaint (in written) to customer care ALLAHABAD BSNL office but till date no action has been taken PLEASE deactivate WAP and reumburse my money . If this is not done then I will lodge a complaint with The CONSUMER COURT at ALLAHABAD
