The wapsubhot viedo pack service is activated
To deactive the wapsub hot viedo pack subscription
After this amount of Rs.30 reduced every month
I conferm many times to costumer care for this problem...

    Respected Sir/madam,
    I had ordered a product Universal Bluetooth Headset on 31 Oct,2009 by phone through the advertisement of INDIATIMES SHOPPING IN THE MUMBAI MIRROR. The product was delivered two weeks later and I paid in cash. However the the moment I opened the package & started using the device I found out that it was dead. It was not working. I started calling the customer care number however the automated procedure made me wait 10-15 minutes after which the call was attended by a personel. This happened everytime I called them (however sales department number is easily picked up.) They gave me Account code : 55959 for the reverse pickup service of the dead device. However no personel has come for the reverse pickup of the device. Even after repeated attempts of e-mailing them, they just reply an automated message saying " Your matter will be taken into consideration'. But no active step has been taken by them. My Product details are : order no. :[protected]; Ticket no. 356916; Account code : 55959.
    I request you to take the matter very seriously as this company is fooling many other customers like me by selling these products which are out of date, infamous & corrupted! I hope you will surely assure & give justice & help me & fellow customers.

      Absolutedly No after sales service.

      No grievance cell from Indias leading newspaper company, who is reporting complains of other companies.

      I have sent in lots of mails to them to their [protected]@indiatimes email also. But there is absolutely no response. I have called them on their contact number, but after long try, the customer service person said i will be called. This happened before 1 month but still no response.

      Buyers are being cheated by them.

      When the product is faulty, their agreement says it will be taken back. But how to reach them is GOD only KNOWS next to the company people.
      Their Readers are taken for Granted and Cheated by this company. Some one should tell them what is the meaning of practising Customer Friendliness, when they are reporting a lot of complaints against other companies in their news paper.

      Times of India Readers place order in a good faith on line to M/S Shopping indiatimes which belongs to a leading newspaper company of the country but it is regretted to point out that M/S Shoppingindiatimes and its supplier M/S AMS Expoters based at Hyderabad are in connivance with each other and supplying sub standard Chinese products and cheating the buyers.It is a clear case of fraud and cheating when viewed in the light of following facts:

      a) I placed order for 3.2 inch Touch Screen Dual sim with built in MP3/MP4 and Digital Camera. Order No[protected] dated 26 Oct 2009 fpr an amount of Rs. 5199/- These products were to be supplied along with Free Trendy watch, GC worth of Rs. 1000/-, USB Data cable, Two battery, one charger set, ear plug in cable.On opening the packet, I did not find Trendy watch and USB Data cable and GCs . Mobile set N5800 was found defective since it did not function. I reported the matter to Customer service . They stated that product is within the warranty period and I should approach Mr. Sandeep Vig i.e.supplier for repalcement. I have been following thru mails and letters both Shoppingindiatimes and Supplier for the last two months but no body is responding.

      b) I placed order for GSM Wireless Spy Phone Device with Sim card box, Ear audio, Bug listening, Voice detector vide order no. 11198856 but wrong product was supplied.( Only GSM Wireless Spy Phone Device). I reported the matter to Customer service and supplier but no one is responding.

      Can any Reader of Times of India or any other person who can come forward and help me out?

          my order number is [protected] for receiving pendrive and it was delivered in two days time. But i found the delivered goods defective. I am sending many mails to Indiatimes shopping '[protected]@indiatimes.co.in' '[protected]@indiatimes.co.in' , but till now no response. Even i tried toc all their office many times and no one cared to attend the call. VERY VERY POOR RESPONSE AND POOR CUSTOMER RESPONSE. They are thinking Indians are and can be fooled easily by selling low cost products. Some one has to stop this non sense online selling of low quality products which are pushed to indian customers. I trusted them since they belong to a newspaper group which is so long with us.

              Order Descripton : Dolce & Gabbana The One Deodorant For Women - 150Ml.

              I received an empty box on 31/10/2009 from Pafex Courier.

              Order Date : 19/10/09
              It takes 11 days for Indiatimes to send an empty box of item.

              Customer service skills at their call centers are atrocious. Not well trained. Monotonous repetitition of words such as 'apology' without any action/meaning.
              The staff requires serious training to handle customers.

              I had sent a mail thereafter on 31/10/09 which got responded by Desendar Kaur - Customer Service on 01/11/09 with fake promises of delivering the item, promises on wrong SLA's, etc.(Copy of my complaint mail attached).
              No responses from thereafter, despite my reminders.

              Would request you to take some action against such casual shopping experiences which leaves behind unfair experiences.

                  I ordered one baby laptop in the indiatimes shopping portal around 6 weeks back(order no[protected] and I did receive a mail against the order confirmation .

                  Within one week time I received another mail stating that the order has been cancelled due to Non serviceable and they will refund back the money in the form of GC within 48 hours.

                  In spite of repeated communication with the customer care of Indiatimes till now I didn't get back the refund.

                  This is a total negligence from there side and they used to harass customer like anything.

                  They should make arrangement so that customers can know about the serviceable places before ordering.

                  Now I don't know what to do next!

                  May I have to take legal action against them.

                  Indiatimes — non refund of money against cancellation of order

                  I ordered for a Firsttrack Watch in the indiatimes shopping portal on sometime end of Jan'11 ; Order no[protected]

                  Within next one week, I received a call informing me that the order has been canceled due to unavailability( not in stock ) and they will refund back the money.

                  In spite of repeated communication with the customer care of Indiatimes till now I havent got back my refund amount.

                  This is a total negligence from there side and they used to harass customer like anything.

                  They should make arrangement so that customers can know about the serviceable places before ordering.

                  Can anyone suggest me, how can i get my money back.

                    I placed an order at "shopping.indiatimes.com/" for the one year subscription for the magazine " PC QUEST " on 22th June,2009.                     Indiatimes Mobile Sms Service — Non stop incoming messages

                    I was receiving SMS from 58888 which I had never opt for. To stop such incoming SMS firt I sent STOP to 58888. I received back SMS asking me to provide name of company of which stock details are required.
                    Then I sent UNSUB WAPMODEL to 58888 and I got mad. I have already received 78 SMS from 58888 giving details of keywords to subscribe various services and I am still receiving the same SMS.

                    I do not know how to stop this. I searched for contact details of INDIATIMES MOBILE on web site of India Times, but no details are available.

                    Can somebody help me to stop receiving the messages?

                    Indiatimes Online Books — Books not received despite online payment

                    I had ordered books through Indiatimes oline shopping and made a paymen of Rs.500. Even after twoyears an numerous calls and followups with the agency we hve not received the goods. Sad part is that the manager at the agency has been totally clueless and ucooperatve. SHOP350833 dated 03/10/09 I am sorry to say that I am yet to get any solution/reply from INDIATIMES in this matter . Indiatimes has assured an action in 48 hours but this is now almost 96 hrs now & an eager action is solicited.
                        Please note I have recd. wrong & short supplied items against what I had ordered which is a callous mistake on part of supplier & I should be supplied my ordered Jewel Combo on URGENT basis .Kindly arrange for URGENT replacement from supplier urgently & also advice how I send back the incorrect Jewel combo back to supplier.

                        Please note My Order was :~"JEWEL COMBO - 36 SETS + 36 gold plated bangles + 8 1 gm KADAS + 1 JEWEL WATCH + 4 PEARL BANGLES + 4 BRACELETS + PEARL RING + 10 ASSORTED EARRINGS - TOTAL 100 ITEMS". Also your advertisement mentions " All sets come with Hyderabad Pearls Warranty & Authenticity Card " but I am sorry to find no such card with the items.

                        Yes - these Indiatimes Shopping advertisements in TOI editions, Mumbai are really misleading - items are of very poor qulaity & several times not matching as promised in these advertisements. I DONT KNOW WHY TIMES OF INDIA IS GIVING SUCH MISLEADING & FRAUDALENT ADVERTISEMENTS WHERE CUSTOMER ARE FOOLED .
                        These ads must be scanned well for genuine suppliers.
                        I HAVE RETURNED 8GB HIDDEN SPY PEN CAMERA ON 7 NOVEMBER 2009, DO NO-DO[protected] WW, BOOKING NO. 217534, COMPLAINT NO-17039 AND 5474. BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE ABOUT MY COMLAINT TILL DATE. I AM VERY SAD .

                          Most respectfully, I want to submit that I have purchased a 16 GB Spy Hidden Pen camera from your company after seeing advertisement on English Newspaper 'TImes of India'. It has been metioned in the Ad that there is 1 month warranty from seller side. But after receiving and using the product I am unable to know, who is the seller and how to ask my queries about using it. I am finding it difficult to operate it as it does not keep on while I try to use it. It only keeps on when inserted in computer after taking out from computer, it does not works. Pse help me to find out the solution of problem. I have paid Rs. 1749/- towards payment of this product. But till date I am unable to use it whenever required.                               i have orerd for one mobile thru india tiems shopping. on equiry they informed that they have couriered the product on 7th of nov. with way bill No.[protected]. but the same is not delverd to me till date.                                   I have received same set of books THREE times and unfortunately me and my parents in my absence Have paid for the same set of books three times. Then I returned last two sets recieved by my parents in my absence by courier by spending 100, 100 rupees two times as courier charges. Despite of ringing numerous phones on costomer care, no executive solved my problem, Everytime I got reply that we will look into it. My experience with INdia times Books Club is PATHETIC.                                   Indiatimes people have cheated me.They have told me that they have offer of Book Club Membership in which I will get 25% discount on any items purchased on Indiatimes shopping for 1 year.But, I got to know that this discount was only on books.I thought that I may not have listened properly at that time.But it is amazing that they called me again me offered me same.When I told this to the calling person, He disconnected the phone.

                                  Indiatime book club is a big fraud with no process in place. Customer services exectives are the CEO here. I have an email thread going on since 4 months and looks like there is no process that somebody from upper hierarchy can look into it. I ordered a rebook jogging kit on 16 July 09 and after waiting for it nearly 1 month i cancelled the order through phone. When i was eagrly waiting for refund, suddenly after 2 months India times sent me email (for the first time) that your order has been processed and delivered. After communication over mail these guys agreed to send back the parcel and they will refund the money. I sent back the parcel and waiting for refund till date. Customer care executives do reply the queries according to their own comfort. For 2 month they are saying that due to technical problem, parcel sent by you has not been updated in system, 1 week back all of a sudden they asked copy of credit card, any how i sent that also and waiting for their reply since 4 days after 2 reminders.
                                  i have experienced simillar problem. No proper response from India times book club customer care officials.

                                    I'd purchase one hair trimmer/clipper from indiatimes shopping online threw net banking in the month of oct by slecting from so many products given on the company's website according the features.

                                    Indiatimes shopping — Default in supplying ordered products

                                    I had ordered some products using Indiatimes gict vocuher, twice my order got cancelled without any proper justificatio, The latest being out of service area. The fact remains that any courier fellow will reach my home address. After reporting to the company about the problem and that i will approach the consumer problem, i am unable to logg in to my shopping account/ retreive my password.

                                      I received this product on 22/7/2009 but after around 5 days the product was not at all working properly and so i return the same & then i dicided to cancel my order since the way indiatimes executive spoken to me was that "if you will not recd the product with in 10days we will return your money back he was so rude", & and after lots of follow up for my money i got the call from courier guy that he has some book for me, I recd the product on 12th day but it was not the same phone which i order or asked for, but there was same problem the phone was not at all working and can be used.

                                        .I have received that watch on 6th oct .
                                        1) Watch is not Working
                                        2) It is not the same Product as it displayed in Indiatimes shopping list.I think I got 6003SEA

                                        its look like duplicate watch . Really i have very bad experience with indiatimes shopping

                                        For this complaint i have called more than 50 times no one is picking the call
                                        always one pre recored message is there ."....Please call after some times ...."
                                        even i have send so many mails and feed back to operationhead as well as other email id
                                        but no response from them regarding that .
                                        every time i am geting this Ticket Number: SHOP-353533 after that no response i
                                        am fedup with this servie from india times shopping .
                                        I want to cancel this delievered product.Here is my Number ; [protected]

                                        Dear Sir, I have ordered 8gb Spy Pen Camera on 20/10 /2009 with refrence No. [protected] and delivered to me on 2/11/2009.
                                        1. The pen camera is not working at all.
                                        2. I was promised 500 Rs coupon, that is also not given yet. the pen camera is not working . Really this is very bad experience shoppig with indiatimes .
                                        For this compliant I have called more than 30 times nobody is picking phone, always pre recorded massage "please call after some time"...
                                        Even I have send mail to operation head on 4/11/2009 and no responcefrom regarding that as yet You please either change or cancel my order.My phone NO. is [protected].
