my hardisk problem is not running
my computer.

sir, i have purchesed a new western digital160gb hdd but in this time it is not working

sir i brought new western digital harddisk from nehru place . there is a problem in harddisk. can any one tell where is the service center located in new delhi.please reply

i am purchasing the 320GB sata at raver, dist- jalgaon, maharashtra from before 3 to 4 months. but at that time this sata is creating very problem. so please look into these matter and do the needful

My western digital hard disk is not detecting. it is 250 GB HDD. I want it to repair. i have puchased it in may 2008 at Chandigarh . so kindly replace it. What way replacement this HDD Drive. Please suggest me.

Western Digital — Replacement the drive

I baught a 320GB USB hard drive on 26 June when i checked the drive to home it was not working, than i call [protected] service centre he noted my complaint and said that his person will reach in 24 hrs, but he had't come till date, when i call customer care he picked phone and said tomarrow will picked the drive but not responed, next day again i did a call 2 times some one picked phone and hold me 10 to 20 min and after that cut the phone.

sorry to say ! u have very slow services, my HDD is with u from last so many weeks but i did.nt received any message related to my disk, and i m afraid ur support agnts r very bust they don't have time to attend a call .i was holding a call from 15-20 mins.& my RMI 82012393

i purchased JUNE - 2010 wd 1 hard disk500GB from Chadni chowk (shoping name Arihant Infotech ltd, kolkata) market one month ago.now it stop working, when power on it makes sound but my pc is not recognising it.plz solve my problem, After 7days over iam complain loged ( RMA No. 820 353 66 & CASE ID : WD 07xxxxxx ) but atpresent not received my hard disk / no exchenge when am contract in your customercare phone number more time answering called mode "After our technician contract shortly " iam wait for your customercare called but one hours over not respond.
iam AWAIT FOR YOUR VERY BAD SERVICE. When your technician receive my hard disk !
I Hope don't purchege your WD hard disk ANY PERSONS ... VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE ..

Western Digital — pathetic service

i bought a got a WD as a replacement for my rprevious WD HDD which crashed just after a month o[censored]sage now the replacement HDD also gave up pretty much after 6 months and the sily guyz at WD don't know how to work on call they said they will send someone in 24-48hrs to pick my HDD and as expected its been over 15 days not a single person has come to pick the HDD.
their queue as usual is full and hold time is not less than 2 hrs
i[censored] luckily get to a tech he will just tell "it will be done tomorrow " but i guess in Western Digital Tomorrow Never Comes!!!!!!! this service is totally pathetic.!!
WD needs to d osomwthing about this or else say adios to customers in INDIA.!!!!!!!

Western Digital — HARD DISC REPLACEMENT

My computer hard disc IDE was not detecting and hence lodged a complaint on 26 Oct 10.. RMA no.82259673. The item was to be courier picked up. However, the same has not been collected from me yet till date. A number of times tried to contact on phone but was not successfu. Please arrange to collect the item and replace it immediately.
