Replacement of product not done

Hi
I brought a Western Digital External drive, it stopped functioning after 1 year. I called the Support center they asked me to raise a service request and they told me that a logistics person would pickup the drive...but no one turned up even after 20 days. I called the helpdesk, they told me to send it thru bluedart.
i was supposed to get the disk back with 20 days according to they ...and i am still waiting..

Useless Lazy customer service

I had bought a WD essentials hardisk 2 months ago. It STOPPED working within a month and i have being tryint o get it replaced for over a month. But the useless phone and email support they have i havent yet being able to even send my hdd to them.

Defective Hardware, poor service

Not replaced yet after 16 days

My western digital 250gb hard disk died and I registered with the company's tele support number on 29 March 2010 (RMA #[protected]; the disk was picked up by Gati couriers the next day and as per the promise by WD representative it takes only 4-5 days for the replacement. worst customer care service in whole univesre

I purchased WD 1 tera byte my book essential external HDD just 2 months back. Just after 15 days of purchase, the drive stooped working, i tried to call customer but those just put my call on hpld for 2 hours without answering. I have seen many worst customer care service like HP, but WD is worst of worst, nothing can beat them. my suggestion to fellow indians is please do not purchase any WD products....

How To return Western Digital HDD

Kindly Refer to my RMA no.[protected] Date 17 Sep 2009.
My Western Digital Hard disk drive 500 GB was picked up on 16 Oct 2009 after a several dozen reminder. But was returned to me without replacement.

fraud in case of hard disk

I purchased a hard disk from Direct Advantage Shop at Nehru Place, Delhi on 18th march'2009 . It stopped working recently and when I applied for warranty I did not get it. It was due to fault at the end of Western Digital Company. i contacted them , but they have been telling me work will be done in 2 days and now it has been more than 2 months. Complaint Against Supreme Computers
