I got a external hard disk from snapdeal which western digital, during january 2013 and now during September 2015 it has crashed and i lost my valuable data and i aapruached to the company but they are not reponding properly, since ut has complete 3 years wirrenty so they sold sholud accept wirrenty clam and also recover my important and valuable data....

Hello, I have a 2Tb WD My Book external hard drive that stopped working after a file transfer to an internal HD was suddenly stopped. No PC was able to recognise it after the problem, so I took the hard drive out of the case and tried to install it on my machine, but despite appearing on the BIOS, it does not show the size and the machine does not start anymore.
