i have call at wd service center to change my under warranty Hard disk.but i am unable to get it.plz as soon as possible provide me new Hard disk.

I am very sad to write this but this is true, I am facing the problem for the last couple of months.
My hard disk was crashed in Jan and i submitted to the WD company.RMA number is:82437886.
Whenever i try to contact to the customer care sometimes they give me different-2 excuse or normally they dont pick the phone. I am getting frustered and i dont know what i supposed to do.Hard disk is still in WD company.I am waiting for positive response from your side.

Please suggest me what do i need to do.Quick response will be highly appreciated.

what a poor service and call center no one reply and attend call we are in wait up to 2 hours and no one reply. this is too much and i m not get my hdd from 1 month

i just need to know that why a world renowned brand like WD available all over the world, in perhaps every retail shops happens to have a pathetic sodding service...Is there a service center in Allahabad.

My name is Rajiv I have 250 GB WD Internal HDD. I made request for replacement of my HDD on 14.03.2011 & my RMA No. is 82574288. They told me that someone will come & pick up the HDD from my home & they will send the new or repaired HDD on same address, but no one came to pick the HDD. I am trying to call WD customer care on [protected], but it is saying USER BUSY. I don't Know what to do where to go. I am very annoyed with WD. Go to hell W.D.

I have send complaint on your site dted[protected] regarding replacement of Harddisk sl No-wmat20107434.In reply of this by your email dted[protected] RMA No-8244519 told that postman/Couriers will come for deliver of HARD DISK .But till date NO one have come which Ihave inform by our registerd Dak along with OUR Faulty HARDDISK on dted[protected] .Receivig of material confirmed by your office and insured for dispatch of same but it is veinless today even though contact on telephone no[protected], [protected] (cutmor care) on prper responce obtained
