Till date replaced hard disk not received to my address.though i got information that replaced hard disk despatched from WESTERN DIGITAL on 13 th april,2011.but i dont know by which courier they send it and from where i have to collect it as it is not received .my RMA NO. is 82586488

westerdigital will not repair you drive they will replace the drive for you.
