Hi, My western digital hard drive is not working properly. I have complaint many time regarding my hard drive to wd customer care. But whenever i call them they have new excuse. Your hard drive will be picked up today, tomorrow etc. I am requesting them to replace my hard drive for 20 days. But they are not doing anything. My R.M.A. is 81976384.

I bought a Western Digital hdd
The drive was not detected (I checked with other pc as well). I raised a complaint with WD support and got an RMA#. I was told to sent it back to Western Digital's N office. They offered to pick this up. They said it is going to take 2 business days.
Even after 10 to 15 days, repeated calls/emails, they are yet not to pick up my Hard disk.
Every week i call and there is some new excuse or the other.
Courier company, tomorrow will be done sir, public holidays etc.
You name it and they have the excuse.
The customer care fellows are so shameless, the put you on hold for checking the status and come back to say the same answer "tomorrow it will be done sir".Poor customer has to call again!

Still awaiting pick-up
I just received my replacement internal hd from WD and after inspecting it I see it shows as recertified. I was unaware that they did not replace with a new HD even under warranty.Not a good consumer policy.
Sir, meri HDD repair ke liye bheji gayi thi. jis ka RMA No[protected] tha.HDD repair hone ke baad wrong address pe courier ki gayi, uske baad aaj tak meri hard drive mere ko nahi mili, ye Sep 09 ka case hai. mai pichle kayi din se lagataar [protected] is number se contact kar raha hu, Aaj tak koi sahi reply nahi mila, maine WDindia express pe mail bhi kiya. koyi reply nahi aya. Kirpa kar ke mujhe meri HDD naye pate par bheji jaye. Mera contact number hai [protected], [protected].Mail [protected]@gmail.com.
Same thing is happening with me, they said they have scheduled the courier pickup twice, but i never got a pickup. in the toll free number you ll have to wait hours to get connected and even after that these guys are not responding properly.

and the guy name is kiran he is telling that it will take overall two months to replace the product and i[censored] are not agree with this dont take wdc products and it is a big company nothing is loss from one customer
this is veryu shamless part o[censored]r service for dealers u are not supporting and telling that dont sale wdc products from now onwards we are not supporting any customers to take wdc products please do needful asap

usb device not reognized
