[Resolved] Western Digital (Intarvo Technology & R T Outsourcing (Delhi) — Western Digital Hard Disk not replace from almost 2 Months | |||
I am writing to inform you that I have put a request to your company for replacement of Western Digital Hard Disk Drive on 06th July 2010 with the following details: RMA No.82019549 for 1.5TB HDD According to the policy it says that it takes 5 working days for replacement but it is almost past 55 days now & has not received any update or mail from your side. From 06th July 2010 I have been calling the customer care which some times connect & maximum time doesn't even connect even after the hold for couple of hours which is ridiculous & I have spoken to Miz. Farah, Mr. Arif & Mr. Mohsin but no one is able to solve my query & always lie me by saying that you will be dispatching the Hard Disk Drive today & you will receive in 2 days it has never turned up & when I ask them that if you have dispatched the Hard Disk Drive please provide me the docket number but they have also fooled me by putting the my line on hold & then disconnected my call. I have also asked them to transfer the line to the head but they say that he never comes to the office which gives me a blank face of the company. This error put me in a difficult position, as we had to make some emergency assignments & projects to fulfill. This has caused a considerable inconvenience as the computer is now fully loaded with the small Hard Disk as its taken such a long time to replace a 1.5 TB Hard Disk if the company is not able to provide service please don't fool us selling such kind of product in the market. I am writing to ask that to please make up the replacement immediately. I look forward to hearing from you by return. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have the same problem, bought a drive in June, in July the Drive stopped running, and its October end approaching, nothing has been done from their side.

i have purchased hard disk of your company on 8th jan 2010 from j.r. computers inc. bangalore. but now it is not working hence i want replacement because the device is still in the warranty period.my western digital not recognised
hiya, my western digital works on my PC, but when i tried it on my ACER notebook it said " Drive :/F is not recognized." HELP plz41%
